I think Clay'd get along with Dominique just fine. He's pretty laid back. I think I'm going to give him a little more credit this time and not make him a dorkwad. I think from what little bits he heard of his dad he'll want to be the prefect example of a cool, calm person without being a flake-ish bookworm.
I bet he has to help her get her corset on before they sneak out to go clubbing during summer holiday. That image keeps popping up in my head.

I also bet Molly doesn't like Freddy a lot simply because she sometimes wishes George was her dad instead and that Freddy would like Percy as a dad more. Molls is kind of a bitchy teenager. XD Pshhh *was so like that*

XD I dunno either. I blab about lots of stuff.
So here's what you'd need to know:
Timeline:
1. Harry arrives from his world.
2. Harry passes OWLS and NEWTS and decides to become a healer in training
3. Harry gets assigned to the permanent care ward, meets Lockhart.
4. Harry cares for Lockhart, and begins to like the man, though he knows it's unethical.
5. Harry cures Lockhart using TEH POWAH OF LOVE. Or an otherworld method, which would be illegal, if it could have been proven. >_>
6. 8D LOVINS
7. HONEYMOON IN AFRICA
8. They get attacked by rogue magical people (Goblins? Wizards? xD) Harry and Gilderoy get separated. Harry spends three days alone without his wand, consumes weird mushrooms in hunger. Is rescued not an hour later, by coincidence.
9. HIGH RANDY LOVINS
10. NINE MONTHS LATER- BIRTH
11. TEN YEARS OR SO OF MARITAL BLISS.
12. Harry and Gilderoy start to draw apart.
13. Harry and Gilderoy separate when Adela and Godfrey are 10.
14. A year and a bit later, Gilderoy has a bad accident and hits his head, slips into a short coma, comes out of it an amnesiac, but now briefly remembers his life with Harry and the kids as well as everythign else in his life
15.A few years go by, like 2, and Harry gets new accountant, Xeno Lovegood
16. (Lovegood is an otherworlder, who came to the world when meddling with an ancient book, trying to find Snorcaks or somethign else weird. xD)
17. Harry and Xeno start to date
18. A year later, Xeno gets preggers.
19. Roderick Ignotus Potter is born.
20. PRESENT DAY
Harry and Gilderoy could either just be still separated, or maybe divorced, whatever you want. xD
So all you had to really know was that Harry and Gilderoy had been splitsville for about a year and a half before Gilderoy had his accident and went back into St. Mungo's.
And as said above, Lovegood is an otherworlder who came to this world unwillingly through his meddling in some magics (Maybe somethign of his late wife's) Xeno had no family here, and took a job as an Accountant to make money, and that's where he met Harry. biggrin
I've always used that Harry and Gilderoy split up because Gilderoy wanted to go back to travelling and being famous, and the distance hurt them, and other thigns...
XD And it's really flimsy and crappy. crying
But the pink elephants aside, they were split up.
SO YES. It's pretty bare, so I won't impose on you like, at all. 8D
Harry doesn't visit Gilderoy too much at the hospital, but Godfrey goes every week to wash and brush Gilderoy's hair and make him look pretty and put creams and things on him, like Gilderoy would do if he wasn't such a nutter.
I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT ADELA. SHE IS FULL OF MYSTERIOUSNESS. 8D
XD I'm imagining Gilderoy fallign down the stairs on accident, ending up with a broken leg and his memory back.

I has ideas... oh yesssss, I does....
And Gilly (which is what I call Lockhart because it is OMGSOCUTE) wanting to travel and flounce about in the spotlight is a very reasonable reason for them falling apart. 3nodding

Harry contributed to the breakup by being distant and just not...... all there in the relationship. He kept himself/parts of himself back.
He's spent the better part of 15 years alternately ruminating on and avoiding his past, and consequently he lost years, his husband, missed out on his kids growing up, all sorts of things.
Harry 'woke up' when Roderick was born, and has been trying to make up from being a distant parent by trying to spend more time with Adela and Godfrey. (I'm thinking it's Lovegood who sort of counseled him, which is what he needed in the first place, severe counseling.)
Harry and Lovegood have a weird relationship. It's sort of like..... boyfriends, and a bit of a father/son type thing when they're in private.

Harry also became the Seeker for the tornados about two-three years after they married, and was making a great deal of money as well as being in the spotlight himself a lot with wins. Do you think Gilderoy would have been jealous of this? :O
I just see Gilderoy as the type who wouldn't like it that he wasn't getting in a great deal of money for himself, and who always had to be the one smiling in the background.

He'd never outrightly admit it, but I can definitely see Gilderoy getting pouty over not being the most famous. Sitting at the table, just sulking when Harry came home from a game, the radio playing a Harry Potter interview behind him... Harry's like "we won" and Gilly stabs at his food and sniffs, "It isn't as though it's a REAL challenge for you, is it?"
And then angry sex. OMFG ANGRY SEX.
