Though he smiled at Iris' antics, Suvius had noticed that Mag hadn't shared a part of her story with them. "And what of you mon chéri? How did you end up in this lovely place?" He winked at her as they walked, "You must have slipped away in the night, for them to allow a beauté such as you to escape."

Iris fell back slightly as Suvius inquired about Mag's past. He too had grown curious suddenly wanting to know more about the gorgeous Herla. She and Suvius both were quite exotic, to him he didn't see himself as anything on their level. Suvius seemed to have a complicated past, Mag's was covered in mystery... what about his own? He remained silent for the time being.

Mag looked at Suvius a long moment before looking away her voice quiet.
"I can see now...but it wasn't always so. The gift of sight comes at a price..."
Thats why I avoid most bucks and does She thought to herself before her eyes flickered and glowed a beautiful hologram of herself standing beside a lake. The image faded and she blinked turning back to Suvius and Iris startled.
"Forgive me...I shouldn't be filling the air with silly chatter...lets go...find that honey hmm?" She forged ahead her back tense.

Sensing her obvious discomfort, Suvius didn't want to dwell on the subject for too much longer.
"Well, mon chéri, whatever happened to gift you with vision I am glad for it, as it has brought you to us." Walking up behind her he softly nudged her flank with his nose. "And I highly doubt you say many silly things." Winking at her as he walked even with her.
Suvius still had questions about this mysterious doe, but he left them alone for now. Turning his head to address Iris, "Alright mon ami, any ideas where we are?"

Iris beamed happy that the topic was more cheerful now. Even his curiousity had to be quailed over another's discomfort. "It should be around here some place... the bees started swarming around here." Nudging bushes and rocks, Iris looked around sighing to himself as a sudden buzz of a bee flitted by. "Oh!" With a surprised expression he looked up noting bees buzzing around a hive. "There!"

Mag looked up surprised and halted scanning the hive she glanced at Suvius hoping he had an idea for how to collect the sweet treasure inside without being stung.
Her eyes moved over him and she grinned. "You could always stand under the hive and smoke them out." She held back a soft laugh.

Winking at her and smiling at her insight, Suvius replied positively. "Oui, mon chéri. That is exactly what we are going to do. Even if I get stung a time or two, it will matter not." Shrugging his shoulder to bring attention to it. "I have tough skin, no?"
Walking to the hive, and standing under it, Suvius began to concentrate. His inner heat, usually kept under tight control, had to be let out at a controlled rate. He needed enough that he and the grass would start to smoke, but not enough that he would catch the bushes on fire. Nothing ruined a nice treat worse than burning to death.
"It shouldn't take too long, mes amis." He said as his eyes started to glow orange.

Iris watched closing admiring the buck a great deal. He was glad to have brought him along least he'd be fleeing for his life of getting stung. Though his hard pearly hind made that impossible, Iris wasn't aware of his small and useful abilities. He didn't know much else then what his people told him.
Watching carefully he stayed a safe distance away, anticipating the yummy sticky treat to come.

"Your talent is a most useful one Suvius!" She smiled watching as the bees drifted away leaving the hive empty and ready for the taking.
Mag felt her mouth water with anticipation, she couldn't wait to taste the fresh natural sweetness. It was an uncommon treat, and she was in such wonderful company how could she fail to enjoy it.

Mentally toning down his heat, Suvius shook himself into awareness. "Now is the time to gather the honey mes amis, the bees should be gone for more than enough time."
Stepping away from the hive, Suvius made room for the other two to gather around it.
