Kiyoshi laughed, "It's fate I tell you... A little one I had found on my ventures was curious of my past and I tell her stories every night... well last night she wanted to hear mine." he brought his laughter down to a slight chuckle and bowed, "It's a pleasure meeting you all... Thank you for keeping her safe over the years."

Sariel nodded with a laugh, "Same here, this trouble-maker here was bugging me for a story the other night, I offered several but she wanted to know about my past..."
The other painters had nodded in acknowledgment of Kiyoshi, then dispersed to do whatever it is they do, except for Nerina who was hiding (badly) behind a bush and trying to spy on them.
"Well, it's late; do you want to stay over and then go home in the morning? I'd like to meet this child you speak of."

Kiyoshi brushed the side of her face and smiled, "I would love to stay, but if you wish to see my house tomorrow i must collect the rest of the items on my list." he kissed her, a bit more passionate than before, and stepped back, "I promise i'll return by morning. The items are pretty easy to find, and not far from one another. I love you, and I'll return soon, get some rest."

Sariel frowned, it seemed like he was leaving her all over again.
'You'd better be back in the morning...' she mumbled, sullen but accepting that he had to leave.

Kiyoshi had finished sooner than expected. It's almost as though some other force had stepped in, took his list, and laid all the ingredients out in a one mile span. he took a few moments to get his pack organized and then made it back to Sariel's den far earlier than expected.
Slipping his bag off of his long neck he set it down by the entrance of the cavern and slipped inside. after peeping into several rooms he found Sariel's room and laid next to her, "I'm back love..." he whispered as he rested a hand on her back and snuggled close to her, "I'm back."

Sariel awoke slowly to the feeling of another body in her bed.
"Kiyoshi, is that you?" she mumbled, surprised at his early return, "Are we going to see your home today?"

"When ever you'd like... I'm ready when you are," he answered, keeping his voice low in respect for her and the others asleep, "I'm sure everyone will be very excited to meet you."
Kiyoshi kissed her softly and nuzzled her cheek, "But there's no need to rush, so take your time. I'm sure miss Akuma is still sleeping."

"We should go now. I'm eager to meet the little girl whom I share your heart with..." she trailed.
Rising from her bed, she ruffled her wings to set them all to rights and gestured for him to follow her to the exit.
"I'll leave a note, but let's go."

Kiyoshi smiled at her eagerness to leave and followed her out of the of the grotto.
He looked back at her, the rising sun lighting his hair and Anette's crystal statue garden giving of the perfect romantic glow, "Ready?" Without waiting for an answer he took flight over the scrub forest to the cliffs by Crater lake.
The sun was just off the horizon and the continent of Hal'ia was just waking up. The beautiful Twin light Chalet was just coming into view, and Kiyoshi dropped back to check up on Sariel, "There it is... Do you need a break or do you want to continue our flight there?"

Sariel snorted in disdain, "I don't need a break, but you sound like you might..."
Seeing the Chalet in the distance, she sped up and pulled ahead of Kiyoshi.
"Can you keep up?" she asked with a playful smirk.

Kiyoshi smirked and sped up, matching Sariel in speed. he noticed how close they were coming to the Chalet and began to slow down , "We should start slowing down now, unless you plan to circle around it to land..."
He slowed and landed, doing his best not to dig his feet into the ground. slipping the bag of supplies off his neck he waited to see if the door would open, but to his surprise it didn't. a look of concern crossed his face and he picked the bag up with his teeth, turning the knobs of the massive double doors to enter his home.
He hung the supplies on a tall pole with arms and walked up the wide steps, "Helloooo?" he called, his voice echoing throughout the empty home. Kiyoshi turned and looked back at the open door, "Mebaiah must have taken her out to go sledding. they should be back soon..."

Sariel hadn't heard Kiyoshi when he had told her to slow down and land, and so was surprised when she looked back to see how far ahead she was to see he wasn't behind her anymore. The Chalet was a little ways behind her now, and she began to circle around to land and see if she could find her love, when the sounds of delighted laughter filled the air and drew her to an odd sight; a small girl-child playing happily with a frigid looking Pan'lun.
Curious, Sariel headed towards the odd duo to investigate and see what was going on.

Mebaiah had taken Akuma out for a little walk to the hills near the Chalet. she watched as Akuma built up a snow fort, and made snow angels, and made slides down the hill. she found it relaxing, and at the same time entertaining. Akuma had just gotten to the top of the hill and waved at Mabaiah, but noticed something. she shuttered and slid down the slide she made and ran straight to Mebaiah, whom looked at her funny, "What's wrong little one?"
"Someone's here..."
Mebaiah looked off into the woods and noticed something, "Well, I doubt it's harmful... Do you want to head home?"Akuma nodded and crawled up on Mebaiah's head when she lowered it.

Seeing her quarry was about to leave, Sariel put on a burst of speed which she almost instantly regretted as she was too close to the ground to stop efficiently...
Thus, with a curse that she would have to apologize to the child for later, Sariel hit the snow and made an impressive crater.
She groaned as she sat up and smiled sheepishly at the duo who were now looking at her.
"Hi. Sorry about that..."

Akuma giggled and brushed the snow off of her, "I'm okay... So who are you?" she shifted about on Mebaiah's head eagerly awaiting her answer.Mebaiah sighed, "dear, we have to get home."Akuma grabbed her horns and shook around, "But i want to talk to her for a little while..." she settled into sitting crossed legged with her arms crossed and a pout on her face.
Mebaiah shook her head to get her equilibrium back in focus and sighed, admitting defeat. 'she behaves so much better when Kiyoshi's around' she thought as she settled into the snow.
