MadPad I'd love to be more active, but RL kept me quite busy lately. Whenever I have time for Gaia, I'm usually occupied with E-Corp business, it's not like this guild doesn't have enough to offer. Thanks for the reassurance MadPad, I do work my but off trying to think of things to do and getting enough gold to fund it all. I know RL is raking us all over the coals atm but that is even more reason to have this guild be THE place people want to unwind in. smile

well, the only reason i'm on gaia period is because of art. i'm not interested in much else, unfortunately XD so if the art community here was bigger and not full of rude people like in the real gaia art forums, i'd be a lot more active. but, nit sure if that's something you could manage to put together. takes a lot of work :/

Oddly enough I asked E-corp to affiliate but apparently they don't take affiliates. I would be more than happy to link swap with them if this ever changes however! I do understand IRL kinda kills most peoples free time so its not a problem.

If you ever want something there then please don't hesitate to ask. As for peoples personal conduct short of kicking them from the guild that's not something I can help. If you have any friends you want invited then please do ask them to join or ask me to send them a request! smile

I just want to say that I think this is a great guild! I'm happy to be a part of it! I don't have a lot of time to be on Gaia. It's sporadic at best, but I will try to stop by the guild more often. Thank you for all the hard work you do in its upkeep!

Yeah, like others, I am also spread a little thin. I work a lot and am dealing with some family stuff as well, plus trying to branch out into a new field of music as a kind of second job. I also help administrate a forum outside of Gaia and am vice captain in another guild, plus I spend a lot of time in the SFR guild and now a good chunk of my Gaia time is devoted to booty grab/tank care/aquarium community, then that gold I earn goes towards alchemy. sweatdrop I try to visit but can't always really find an active thread that I feel I can really contribute to.
Maybe if there are other alchemists here we could have an alchemy area somewhere to discuss our strategies, what formulas we're working on, etc?

If it looks like I'm not posting in the guild much, it's because I mainly post in the Relaxing Lounge sub-forum. I like playing some of the word games in there. I also liked that tektek contest you had for the guild mule. So, more of those kind of contests would be nice.

I'm spread thin over all the guilds I'm in - especially with the one I run which is my focus. That doesn't mean I can't devote any attention at all to H.U.B.
I like writing activities when I've got the time, but otherwise I like me a few tektek contests. I'm amateur, so I prefer low budget with a theme. I like designing avis. I dunno, I've just been into avatar/pet-oriented sites since childhood.
Also a beginner role-player, but I don't have much time for that.
I like little creative contests too where you say something meaningful or silly. Word games too.
I dunno, I like a lot of things. I would like to be a more active member of the guild though.

well since this seems like a pretty friendly guild can we open up a sort of "guild marketplace"? then maybe inflation wouldn't be so bad and it might be a little easier for folks to find both buyers and sellers, and well hopefully to avoid the meanies that appear to enjoy starting an argument or accusing ppl of things they aren't intending to do with their shop
edit: o and the "marketplace" can be split up into broad item categories too like "fishing", "aquarium", "alchemy","clothes" (just for a few possibly categories)
