Is RTD leaving doctor who? Cause I heard a rumor and, srsly? Only like, what five bloody episodes this season?

Yep! He's stepping down and Stephen Moffat is taking his place.

And there's gonna be 4 "christmas special"-length episodes.
One of 'em already happened. ^^

Not quite, we still have 4 more to look forward to biggrin
Planet of the Dead this Easter (thank god they found a replacement prop sweatdrop )
Another special sometime in the middle of the year, I'd imagine.
And apparently they are saying the last 2 specials will be a 2-parter to end the Fantastic Tennant Era which they are also saying will air Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Apparently the bus they used for filming was shipped somewhere else and damaged. So they got a new one.

Yeep!! A 2-parter within a few days of each other? There's no way I'd be able to sleep after seeing part one. OR part two for that matter. gonk
