((1. I simply said you were allowed to make something up if you wanted for the job, 2. I never said the job involved fighting 3. Just because the job was accepted doesn't mean they have all the details, they're going to meet the contact then get details for the job))
The mercs fanned out, preparing their gear.
Zain walked up to Cyrus, "If there's any fighting help out, if not, then do what your skills allow." he said with a nod.
Rene went up to her room and changed into a better outfit, she needed to run her old one through the wash later.

Cyrus nodded. "Got any aircraft? I can drive 'em all. I'm ready either way, though."

((lmao, when someone points out a plothole in my story I fill it quickly and efficiently, as you can see))
Zain grinned, "Sorry, I drive the big ship, when we get back though I'll run you through on the fighter controls, deal?"
Rene came back down stairs, her tight white tank top showing off her generous figure, she ignored most of the stares some of the other mercs gave her, she didn't care what they thought, she wore the shirt because it was comfortable and effective, nothing more.

Cyrus nodded, and left the vicinity of the dining tables to stand near the door. "Ready to move out."

Zain grinned, "Not that way, follow me." He leads Cyrus through the base and finally into the hanger, looking up at the Baron's Wings, "Here's our girl, Baron's Wings, our flagship, since the Great Halen crashed it's the most powerful ship in Arelia, well that we know of. Military in every city has been trying to get hold of the schematics since she was built." Zain looked at Cyrus and grinned, "Whadda ya think?"
Rene was already heading to the command deck of the ship.

Cyrus looked the aircraft up and down and made no effort to conceal his awe. "She's beautiful," he replied softly, meaning it. Truly, beautiful. Cyrus considered the thought of him suggesting to drive this, earlier, inadvertently, and suppressed the shudder at the disrespect he might have made.

Zain beamed proudly, "Me and Rene built her ourselves from the ground up, took us forever, been designing it since e were kids. Now come on, I'll give you the grand tour." He nodded and lead Cyrus into the ship with the other mercs, the door closed behind them as Rene fired up the engines and the hanger opened, the enormous metal doors on the top of the Baron Mercs HQ opening up to the free air, the Baron's Wings lifted up into the sky and soared away from the city as the HQ hanger closed behind them.

"What kind of engine power does she have?" Cyrus asked, wishing to go straight to the engine room and to pull the thing apart. Of course, he wouldn't do that, but....

"It uses a modified Treil'la crystal to funnel two hundred Helias into the engines, our average power output is about 700 Krail units." Zain hoped that Cyrus understood all that, if he did Zain expected Cyrus to loose his jaw it would fall so far down.

Cyrus chuckled, nearly-hysteric. To save face, he coughed into the crook of his arm, blinked a few times, and coughed again.

Zain laughed and patted Cyrus on the back, "let's head up to the bridge, I'll show you the engine room once we've finished the mission."

Rene smiled and fired up the engines, blue light flaring from the back of the ship as it's dark wings flared out, and it soared through the sky, a black omen of strength and power as it traveled through the air, flying over to hover above Halen Sanctuary, they knew the Baron city mercs, they had clearance to flew over the city.
Zain grinned and looked at Cyrus, "Wanna see the fighters?"

Zain nodded and lead Cyrus through the halls of the ship and into the hanger, where Rene met them.
Rene grinned, "All right, we fly down he flies up right?"
Zain smirked and glanced at Cyrus, "Think you can watch and learn well enough to fly us back up?"
