((I added a map of the Calivert Hunter Guardian Corps. Check it out.)) William led the way out of the Dormitory building and across the short walk to the Veterans Dormitory. He cut through the lobby at the ground floor there and back out on the other side. from there it was only about a dozen yards to the Cafeteria. He led the way in and made his way to the buffet counter. He picked up a plate and stacked it with eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, and toast. As he walked by the end of the tables he flashed his Corps Card to the lady working the logbook so she could write down his name and meal, and it would be deducted form his payment later. He walked to his favorite table, which was off to one side and near the back of the room, and plopped down in a seat, set his plate down in front of him, and set to work on devouring his breakfast.

Even though Kiro was the most eager to get his food, he was coming up behind William in receiving it. He lazily did just as William did, except all he did was grab meat, meat, and more meat. Kiro's plate was of several kinds, sausage, bacon, ham, pork, chicken, and the biggest piece of steak he could get.
Kiro sat down across from William and sat down. "You know, I can never get tired of this." Kiro announced to William as he began stuffing his face with multiple strips of bacon and sausage. "The only thing I ever spend my money on anyway is food. So I have no complaints that they deduct the food from our pay." Kiro said with a mouthful of partially eaten food and almost began choking. Kiro sighed after he finally got a hold of himself and swallowed fully. "It would have been pretty embarrassing if I died so early in the morning. And from sausage and bacon!" Kiro said to William as he pointed at him with a fork with a sliced portion of steak on it.

Isaac was almost done with his own breakfast when the two veterans entered the room. He didn't study up on anyone's story or files or anything really, so he had no clue who they were. But he knew this much, he wasn't the only one having trouble with his breakfast today. He had to try and stop himself from laughing out loud when the slightly less armed one started to choke a little. Especially after the comment he added to his own moment.
Isaac couldn't hold it in any more. He started to burst out a little, and then a lot. When Isaac leaned back he accidentally knocked over his halberd. The huge crash of his halberd fighting a few seats and the floor made Isaac stop laughing. He was reduced to chuckling as he leaned over in his seat to pick it up. Luckily no one was near him, so his halberd didn't damage anything.
Killing someone on accident would have been even more embarrassing then just choking. Isaac didn't try to finish off his breakfast yet, he was still shaking a little bit with laughter. He wasn't in a hurry to get stabbed again.

"Yeah," William agreed with his friend, "I'd have to make sure they put that on your headstone too. 'Here lies Kiro, he was killed eating sausage and bacon. R.I.P.' YOu do know that you get charged a lot more than anyone else right, since all you eat is meat. It's more expensive. If you'd throw some vegetable or something in every now and then it'd bring down your bill a bit.
"Anyways, how do you feel about getting in some training after we're done? Ty challenged me to a training session. I don't know how much of a chance I stand against that guy on my own..."

Kiro looked for a moment at the boy with a halberd and then back at William. Rookies... Kiro thought to himself and then sighed again. "Well, if that's how you die, that's how you die." Kiro said with a shrug.
"By the way, you won't ever see me putting something like vegetables on my plate. Meat is all you need!" Kiro exclaimed and then continued down his food. When he was almost finished he listened to William's suggestion for training.
"Tyrone challenged you, eh? I've never faught him myself, but I heard he is pretty strong. I'll observe until your begging for my help, hahaha." Kiro laughed.

Isaac had noticed the glance at him, and the extremely long fuse that he had was cut to a third. Isaac knew that look, it was the look he gotten so many times before that made him so angry all the time. "That guy thinks he's better than me..." And considering that Isaac was slightly new to his 'job,' having had to learn on the fly with his journey just getting to the complex, but he wasn't a bad as most newbies. In fact, he had found someone on his way there that had been an official hunter for two years, even had a gun, but Isaac forced him into submission. Of course, what Isaac didn't know was that the gun had been a recent addition for the man and he had no idea how to use it. But that's besides the point.
The plan Isaac was forming in his head also had some practicality. He didn't know exactly where to train in this friggan place, until now he had been practicing hand to hand combat alone in his room. If he followed these people when they were done, he would find the place. And then he would challenge mister high and mighty. Isaac's face was a little more grim as he chomped on his fork, which was surprisingly laden with food.

"Great. We're gonna get there and he's gonna start swinging that giant freakin sword of his around and I'm gonna be lucky not to get knocked through a wall. I swear, that man has got to have some fiend blood in him. It's just not natural the way he swings that thing around like it's nothing." William said. He mashed the last of his eggs together and scooped them up onto his toast. "Man, this is kind of a sad last meal..." He said and took a bite of his toast and eggs. "Maybe I'll just tell Ty that you heard he was doing some training and that you wanted a round with him first. That way you could fight him while he's still fresh." William said with a grin.

"Ehh..." Kiro stammered. "I'll pass. Heh... Heh..." Kiro said and stood up. He went to throw away what was left of his plate and waited for William to lead the way to the arena. Kiro stretched and then groaned while holding his stomach. "I guess fighting right after eating a ton isn't the best idea." Kiro spoke a little loudly so William could hear him from where he stood near the doorway. I think I might throw up if I move too much. Kiro thought and smiled to himself over it.

"Cheater, you ate too much on purpose so you'd have an excuse didn't you? Damn, can't be helped now." William said, and sighed. "Crap, this is going to hurt." William led the way out of the cafeteria, back across the walk to the Veterans Dormitory and then east to the Arena. The Arena was the central building of the Corps complex. It was among the largest buildings on the grounds and cylindrical in shape for the first nearly eighty feet then capped at the the top with a dome. It was a large wood and brick building with many windows, to let in as much light as possible. William walked in confidently, he knew his way around the building quite well. He walked across the entry way and made his way to the cage they called the 'lift'. This was essentially a square room set into a vertical shaft in the building that was raised and lowered by the men manning the large cranks on either side of the rectangular 'room'. "Take it up to the Dome, please." William instructed the crank men. Tyrone had managed to schedule the top floor, the domed arena for their practice today. William had rarely been on this level, only for tournaments and such, the waiting list for using this level was significant, so he normally didn't bother. The crank men brought the lift to a rest at the top floor and engaged the stops, allowing them to let off of the cranks without worrying about falling all the way back to the bottom. They slid the gate back and William stepped out. "Thanks, guys." William always tried to be friendly and polite with everybody that worked at the Corps, no matter what their job title was. They were all just working men. It didn't matter to him that their professions were different. William walked the short distance to the raised stone arena and up the stairs. Tyrone was sitting on the opposite side with his legs crossed, eyes closed, and sword sitting in front of him, waiting. "I'm here." William said. "Hey, Will."Tyrone said as he opened his eyes and leaped to his feet. He bent down took hold of his sword one handed. He stood back up and swung the giant black blade up and onto his shoulder as if it were nothing. This is gonna hurt... William thought to himself. The ensuing combat was viscous, brutal, and ferocious. Both of them swinging blades far faster than should have been accepted as normal. William had a slight advantage in having two swords to counter one, but Tys freakish strength overpowered him and ground him to exhaustion. Finally, gasping for breath, William acceded defeat... ((Here's visual information on Tyrone Tyrone Calcyte Body Structure: Very muscular and athletic. His upper body is very slightly bulky with a very well defined muscluator. Skin Tone: Dark, a rich chocolate brown color. Height: 6'5" Weight: 219 Hair Color: Black Hair Style: Dreadlocks, tied back at the base of his neck. Eye Color: Left brown, right red. Other Features: 3 jagged scars run diagonally across his upper back. 2 smaller scars run from his hairline, across his temple, and down to his jawline on the right side of his face. There are 3 more scars running from his shoulder to his forearm on his right side. Upper Clothing: Wears a sleeveless black shirt. A white trenchcoat is worn over that. The right sleeve has been removed, it would appear torn torn off. There are three long stiches diagonally across the back. There are curved steel plates over both shoulders. Lower Clothing: Black baggy jeans. Shoes: Black combat boots. Gloves: Cloth wraps on his hands that leave his fingers exposed. Other: A heavy chain his worn around his neck. Weapon of choice: He carries a huge broadsword. It is nine feet in length, with only two of that being handle. The blade is nearly 2 feet wide with jagged and irregular edges. Also the entire sword is pitch black, so it appears almost as if the entire thing were formed of cut and chipped obsidian. Similar to this. Also, he's a bit older than the rest of our characters. 36 years old to be precise.))

Kiro observed the match intently, but by the end of the match and seeing as William lost, Kiro burst out laughing at his beaten old friend. "Hahaha! Ohh.." Kiro laughed and then immediately stopped after feeling as if he was about to vomit up his breakfast.
"I should try not to laugh so hard." Kiro mumbled to himself.

Having looked down only for a moment to find the last few morsels of his breakfast, he looked up to find the two men gone already. "Accursed food!" Isaac cursed mentally. He didn't really mean it though, the glorious food comment would always stand for him.
Grabbing his halberd and plate, he booked it out one of the exits after dropping off his plate. When he got outside he looked around quickly and just saw the sword tip of William's larger sword. "That was the other guy!" Isaac thought as he started running again. He had just reached the elevator of the Arena when the pair reached the top. He looked at the crank men and told them: "I'm with them. I'm kinda new, so they thought it would be funny to leave me behind... Losers..." Isaac glared at the top of the Arena, making sure that he played the part. When the crank men signaled for him to get in, he smiled and thanked him for understanding.
It took him only seconds to find Kiro, standing behind him. Ready to tell him just what Isaac thought of him, Isaac got caught up in watching the match. He was impressed by William's performance, he hadn't seen anything like it. But he was shocked by Tyrone. He would never ever accept or give a challenge to him, ever. Such monstrous strength. Even the most notorious fiends in Taolizohrn would be hard pressed to even arm wrestle Tyrone.
But after the fight, Isaac was all business again. Hearing Kiro's comment, he thought of a witty smack in the face. He leaned in on his halberd a little. "Why's that? You not so good at not eating too much?" It wasn't great, but it got Isaac's point across.

Kiro turned to face the boy who approached him. Kiro did not know his name nor much anything else about him other then he saw him around the building once or twice.
"Heh? Well, It's not that I can't handle eating a lot, I just usually never get around to having breakfast in time to get the food I want. So when I do get it, I stuff myself past no return. Hahahh..." Kiro trailed off as she scratched the back of his head. I'm a pretty bad role model, aren't I?... Kiro questioned himself in thought.
"Anyway, who are you again?" Kiro asked the young recruit.

"Thanks for taking me up on a little match, Will." Tyrone said as he swung his huge sword up and onto his shoulder.
"Yeah, no problem." William said. "It was good practice."
Good thing for him I didn't reveal all of my tricks... William thought to himself, particularly about how he hadn't once drawn his fathers sword during the match.
"Kiro," William called to his friend. "Are you going to get in some practice yet this morning?"
"Yeah, I could go for another match. And I've got the dome here until noon." Ty said.

Sarisol'sarnor S'Lathalindnautkyn, Aries as some call him, or Kyn for others, he’s learned to answer to all them, among other names; was walking back to the complex from his families estate just a few miles away. It was still early in the morning, but it didn’t matter to Aries darkness was light and light, darkness. He wore his jacket, the buttons gleaming with the morning light, and his other usual attire.
It had almost been an hour since he left the estate and he’d imagine that if he could see, the complex would be well over the horizon and anyone outside would see him approaching. As he walked he utilized his staff almost like a walking stick, not that he needed one, he could see everything around him that was close that is, whether it were the trees along his path or the animals that made their home in them, he saw them all.
It wasn’t long until he was in one of his favorite places to hang around, the dome. He had come here as soon as he got back to the complex and well before the fighting of the two down on the fighting floor began. However, he was up near the top of the arena’s seating and was likely unnoticeable. He hadn’t even been able to ‘see’ the fight from hear, but he heard it. How Ty weathered the younger fighter down to exhaustion and the inevitable sigh of defeat.
He smirked slightly the rod leaned against his shoulder, speaking to himself of course, “Good show.”
