Soraven shrugged. Yeah, I've had others tell me that before. It's not uncommon. so, are we heading back to our homes or what? I know I'm rather well awake, and I'm sure that with two together, we have less of a chance of being attacked. Cougars and what not don't seem to like pairs.

Wait...did you just suggest that, we....you and I, go traveling the evening together? Totally forgetting about trying to get onto her good side Eviotil laughed, We've only just met and you're trusting me this much around you? Are you a brain dead Soquili? Were you dropped as a basket or something?
Shaking her head it was too perplexing to believe, Aren't unicorns supposed to have an innate fear of Kalona's? I mean, we're the embodiment of evil, and unicorns are the pure good creatures and what not. Fear....terror....Danger....any of this filtering through that head of yours or is that horn a hindrance to your baser instincts?

Soraven looked at her surprised. WEll, that's rude. And no, I wasn't dropped as a basket. You might have been though with that attitude. Se wasn't one that liked to get angry, but she wasn't one that couldn't be provoked. I just thought we would be safer as a pair. It's dangerous out there is all I'm saying.

Eviotil looked at her, The reason this forest is said to be dangerous is because I live here. If she had been human she would have been holding her head, this mare didn't get a clue, This is obviously not working and you've entirely thrown me off of what I was planning... Looking at Soraven seriously, You're too much of a flake to make a pawn...or even a good chase. Her voice wasn't sweetness and light any longer the tone shifting to her natural sarcasm, I swear, any other Soquili would have been suspicious, but you...for some reason you're blindly trusting and it's...perplexing. Shaking her head she turned to start walking away, almost thinking that if she stuck around the unicorn's idiocy would rub off on her.

Wait. What do you mean? I'm not a flake. I'm trusting because I believe in the best of ourselves. Even those who look vicious, sometimes they are not. I'd rather give everyone an equal chance, then give them no chance at all.

Equal, that was a lie. Even other Soquili understood this. There is no such thing as an Equal chance. No one else upon these lands thinks of a Kalona, or a unicorn, or even a winged as equals. There is nothing equal about it, and you are a fool to believe it as such. Looking back to the forest she snorted, I look this way because I am vicious, I am a weapon, I kill to live and I enjoy using others as pawns, because that is what a lesser Soquili is to me, and once I have had enough of them they are to be thrown away like the trash they are. There was a cold unfeeling tone in her voice, because she knew well that is how life worked, she was able to depend upon herself and no other. Smoke like flames drifted around her as she began walking again, no gentle hoof beats this time. At each step animals that had been slowly creeping up on the two scattered in fear.

That isn't always the case! Soraven yelled, upset by the other mares words. And don't you walk away from me! I'm talking to you. She stamped her hoof in anger at the larger mare. You're being rude again.

Eviotil continued walking. What was this mare's issue? She heard the other speak and rolled her eyes, Oh please. Stopping she blinked, Did that mare just stomp her hoof...?
Rude? Turning around and at a fair distance, she smirked nastily, You want rude? Licking her muzzle she growled, You know, rude is not what I'm being, if I was being rude, I'd be insulting that single horn of yours you shrimpy little mare. You're half my size, and a total idiot who can't even realize when you're in danger. You're lieing to yourself about the world, since you haven't run into anyone, and really, you look weaker than any rabbit I've eaten, so, I'm done being nice and talking to you. Snorting she turned and walked off again, Really, just go hole up somewhere till a nice uni stallion comes along to save you, little damsel.

That was it. The dark mare smirked and turned away, Soraven saw red. You pain in the a**! you thorny-horned freak. What, don't even know proper hygene to keep your wings clean and your feathers from falling out? And I need a stallion to come save me? Hah! At least I may have a stallion one day. All you'll have is your tail for companionship! She snorted angrily, pawing the ground.

Hygiene? Her feathers fell because...well that's just what they did...Eviotil didn't understand the point of that, but the insults of her being unable to mate were entirely annoying.She looked back again and snorted, I'd rather not be tied down and have to rely on a stallion to keep me safe. My tail will keep more than just that at bay. Besides, you'll be loved and adored and kept away from the world, nice and safe with your little foals. While I will take what I want and live by my own worth. Much better than a worthless little breeder like you.
She looked bored, or at least she tried to, she was actually enjoying the verbal banter. She'd never gotten a chance to argue...or even really fight, it was kind of fun...Eviotil was enjoying this back and forth with the mare. Besides, why would I want one when I could have hundreds? She smirked at the other mare.

Live by your own worth? Wow, you'll be dead in less then a week then. And hundreds? She snorted in mirth. And I'm the deluded one? Hah! You would be lucky if you have even one. And that one will only be out of pity. And I need no stallion to keep me safe. I do it well enough on my own. There's nothing to worry about out here if snivveling little vultures like you are all I have to worry about. You can talk, and your big, that's true. But your talk is just that, a lot of hot air. And when I say big, I mean fat. She faced the mare fully, and flared her nostrils with scorn.

Oh this was funny. Eviotil stifled a laugh. The entire look of a miffed unicorn was priceless. Seemingly she was ruffling up this unicorn more and more, just with the indifference, Pity, well then a pity banging is still a banging. I'm sure even if you got a mate, he wouldn't be loyal to you. Not like a delicate princess can really get a stallion's blood flowing anyway. They're fun for a time, but the stallions tend to think that little mares like you will break. She shrugged at the fat comment, Cushioning for that nice pity mating I might get. I'll be sure the stallion is out of his mind too, that way he won't have to remember how bad it was.
Eviotil hadn't enjoyed herself this much...since long before she could remember, Now what is that all about, is the little uni so irritated that she's going to throw a fit? She pouted a little at her, hiding the fact that she was about to start giggling any moment.

The more she infuriated the unicorn the more she grinned. Candy a**? Well then come at me and find out what I can do, little mare. There was a cocky look in her eyes, as she turned to face the mare, this was much more fun that manipulating rabbits, Unless of course the kick was just for show. She laughed, not thinking through the fact that she had just challenged the mare. It was elating to press the other mare's buttons.
