IDEA. Maybe once this storyline is over.
There is rioting in the streets of new york. Bodies of innocent mortals have been popping up all over the city, decapitated and bloodless. The army has been called in to stop the rioting, to no avail. For the majority, the army has joined the rioters in their search for these killers. There have been thousands of victims. Some victims have been left bloodless, others, skinless. The citizens suspect witchcraft. So do the hunters and immortals. Uknown to them all, the demons are behind it. They are trying to incite a war between the hunters and the vampires, unfortunatly, they have so far failed. They will begin to start posessing key mortal figures, to try and kill the a few hunters and make them believe them the threat. Order in the city has all but deteriorated. Hunters and immortals have been reduced to police forces in the city, but for the most part, the demons have free reign of it all.

Now if the demons were being controled some how that would add more probabilty. It could be mad to work but you would need more detail and such.

Saria, you're correct, Neko is OUR elder....but not the elder of the entirety of the Daemon race.
What if it was an outside source pulling the strings, and there were a few demons that had been placed in our midst as spies/pawns. That could work...

Wow, no one has come up with a better idea in the 2 or 3 months that i've been gone? cool. Are you still thinking of ways to make this work? because i've got a few ideas that i could send out, if you are still interested that is.

The Blood Festival
A band of vampires and demons have come together to form a group of 'wandering travelers'. They are basically your runaway circus that travels randomly from town to town. Since they have gotten away with pulling this scheme before they're now hitting bigger, better places to have a more interesting time and get some more people's blood. The vampries feed on those who wander too far or alone and they make sure that it is slowly. Of course, the festival is only opened at night time when it is easier to pick prey off. There are countless stands, attractions, and events taking place, giving New York a busy time.
It is absolute chaos for hunters and these vampires and demons have a bomb messing around with the other races. They are aware that they jeapordize exposing their races, but they are careful planners and know what they're doing. No one is really safe so long as these killers stick around.

- Can you nominate people to pioneer your storyline: I haven't teh slightest clue... >.> Myself?? lol
- Will there be a real resolve? Will it come to a clear concluision or will it be left open ended so it can be revived later on: Depending on whether or not they end up getting slaughtered, they could make a valiant return later on.
- Has it been done? Is it predictable: Dun think so. Parts of it yeah.
- Is it plausable: So long as people still are in teh circus/fair business then I think we're good.
- Does it affect the mortals? Will it lead them closer to finding out that they aren't alone in the world: Probably
- How is it going to affect the guild in general: Give it a kick for good measure. blaugh

Demons Lycans Vampires Hunters
A Lycan is found having fallen from a 25 story building (in human form), and is found by the mortals. This prompts an investigation by all four of the groups within themselves to try and figure out how the Lycan was killed-- whether it was merely misstep or whether it was murder. Clues left behind at the crime scene slowly unravel who the Lycan was, and that it was an important Lycan. After several days it is reported that a promenent Werewolf has gone missing, and it is revealed that the body it him/her.
Another odd occurrence begins. There are several sniper shootings at the scene of the crime each time someone tries to investigate further. This solidifies that it was murder and that someone is attempting to cover it up. A single player will get very close to the truth, and that player will begin to get hunted down by a mule account (I know the mule account thing has been done before, but it's always a useful tool).
The shooter is later revealed to be part of one of three of the races (not a vampire, so Lycan, Hunter, or Tainted) which sparks the war and begins to take it to the streets. Eventually in this war, all parties involved begin to see the risk they put themselves in revealing the war to mortals...but the war has already been intensified too much to be stopped.
Races involved: All
Nominated to pioneer: I would have to discuss with the Admin who would pilot it, because whoever would would be behind the mask of the mule. The storyline would be fueled by the person controlling the mule, and the people figuring out who is controlling the mule.
Real resolve? If the fighting can be stopped in time. I'm seeing a huge climax, something pretty epic that if it isn't stopped, really reveals it or has to be explained as like a terrorist attack, so like a bomb or several bombs.
Has it been done? Don't think so, but maybe.
Plausability? It is plausable.
Mortals? It will affect mortals, yes.
Affecting the guild? I'm not entirely sure on that one.

two npc's both tainted
demon lord: malchior
age: 200
appearance: like the guy from the tatoo store except with rams horns
info: he wants to help the vampires, wants equality for all
enemy: wing commander horus garfang
age: 24
apearance: wings but he cant fly, has red armor all over his body( think duke from disciples 2), has a sword for a right hand
info:controls fire, wants to kill all vamps even the hunter ones, creates a machine that creates a solar eclipse every night(hence no night for vampires) to kill all of them. supposedly humans would think its some kind of natural phenomenon. every 5 hours he regenerates all damage done to him so he has to be killed.he can see through walls.
Races involved. tainted, vampires ,hunter vampires, anyone else who wants to
Can you nominate people to pioneer your storline... any one that wants to can pioneer it, someone else can control malchior but i want horus
Will there be a real resolve? horus has to be frozen in liquid nitrogen
or if someone gets to the machine and destroys it(but i would appreciate it if no tainted just turn rouge and blow it up that would be anticlimactic)

Is it plausable i bet there could be that kind of phenomenon(this storylines only ment to last about a month)
Does it affect the mortals? it will probably just give there scientists something to study for a while and then thell just give some fake explanation and say it was a once in a lifetime thing.
How is it going to affect the guild in general? i dont really know if someone wants to quit they could get killed in it a bunch of npc's could die

Hey this is just a pitch...
Sooooo....because of the recent rises of interracial dating/engagements, elders/lords/etc. are becoming increasingly wary about the integrity of the members of the races and therefore are hiring people to do hits and reconnaisance on select members of the pack/covent/etc.
What I mean is that since Crow and Takiko were until recently dating...(lycan and vampire) and Runt and Wynter are dating (also lycan and vampire) and numerous other couples between the two races, that the Vampires and Lycans stir up old bloodfeuds, tyring to separate the couples and friendships with hatred.
The Hunters would see this as a perfect oppurtunity to begun attacking tainted at random, framing the Lycans and Vampires for collateral damages, causing all the numbers to begin thinning. The hunters would then collect intelligence and evidence on behalf of the mortal human population and "leaking" this to the media and citizens. The Hunters would then gain an upper hand on the city as the nightwalkers hide to escape prosecution.

Well then I'm thinking on a storyline. This'll depend on either there being a large group of orginized hunters world wide or a militent arm of an orginized religion based around the defeat of supernatural beings.
That being said it seems that in New York activity has gone way up. In a bad noticeable way. Clubs being blown up, big fights at the docks, bar room brawls of nasty proportions. And that's just with the elders. The shadow world has come dangerously close to coming into the lights.
In responce to such a surge in activity said orginization has instigated a hunt/crusade/whatever you want to call it to cleanse the city. Mainly targetting the respective elders, but all supernatural beings are in danger. And cleanse does mean that you vampires turned hunter get off the hook. This is a death warrent on all things supernatural.
This involves all the supernatural races as well as the hunters (Who get the choice to help in the hunt or fight against it depending on their leniency. The hunt sponsor is not going to be lenient in this. You are with them or against them).
If you guys think this idea has merit tell me so and I'll get to fleshing it out. If not I'll go back to the drawing board and try and work up some other scenario.
