At the comment that gold was too over used, the girl's headwing was once again pointed at by a patchy-coloured hand. "Still, is worth more," he stated, trying to keep more of an even temper, as he liked this girl well enough, and would prefer not end up being her enemy simply because she thought that he was prettier than she was, which was not true by any means at all. The boy blinked a few times when asked if he knew Adhara, pulling a bit of a face.
"'Dhara is 'Ludra's big sister," he stated plainly, as though it was common knowledge to everyone in the universe. He nodded a couple times at the question about the whole stars thing he'd been talking about for a brief moment. "'Dhara's star in constemalation. 'Ludra star in same one," he replied, assuming the explanation would suffice, given the girl seemed to talk in a way that very much resembled his own way of speaking.

How on Gaia was her's worth more? They were both just feathers. "Are same?" she offered, trying the whole 'compromise" thing Mother had been pushing on them lately. True, she thought that he had to be the prettier one since he didn't look like a stitched-together monster, but she was willing to keep that opinion to herself for now.
'Zuba blinked; she had no idea Adhara has a younger brother. She must be a horrible friend for not knowing that. She'd have to apologize to Adhara later for that. She then nodded; now what he said made sense. He had been talking about a constellation! "Ah...'s cool you have matching names." she complimented.

Aludra blinked up at the girl after she claimed that both were the same, and mulled over the thought for a while. True, her's were gold, a colour that he was definitely fond of in comparison to his own weird greenish colour. Though, from what he could gather, the girl was under the same impression, though it was the other way around. With a bit of a muffled sigh, he gave a shrug. "Fine. Same."
He smiled a bit at it being cool that he and his sister had names that matched, and he nodded a few times, actually agreeing with that statement. "Noah friend named 'Ludra," he added on to that, nodding a couple times. As usual, as long as they were talking about someone else, he was quick to respond, and very eager to do so as well. Of all things, he seemed to like his name more than the rest of himself. "Techs called 'Ludra 'Alu' 'fore that." he nodded a little bit, before smiling up at 'Zuba, curious. "How 'Zuba get name?"

'Zuba nodded once, offering a small, half-formed smile. She was glad they were able to come to a compromise. She didn't see why he couldn't accept that he was prettier, but she could deal with it.
She listened contently as he explained the background of his name, interested. It was fascinating all the little facts that circled around his name. A small frown formed as he asked about her name. "I..." she paused, thinking, her frown growing. "Don't know...Mother never said." To be honest, she had no idea where her name oriented from. "Ask Mother later, then tell you. Okay?"

Aludra's tail swished happily behind him, a bit of a smile on his face, though it wasn't much, given he'd had to admit to being of the same worth as this girl, which he really didn't think was true. Ah, well; he could probably deal with it. Maybe. Well, he certainly hoped so, at least. This girl seemed nice, and he would rather like to have her as a friend, if she would even want to be his, especially with the pain he'd been about not wanting to be considered better than the other.
"Alright. Will wait for then," he said with a nod and a slight smile, looking around a bit, before pointing to the playplace and tipping his head a bit. "Like park?"

'Zuba was just happy that the younger child wasn't mad at her, and to be honest, a little surprised. She knew she could be a little irritating. It was nice to see that he didn't seem too annoyed with her.
"Park's nice." she said, nodding and matching his slight smile with one of her own. "Want to play? Sliding faster in snow...." She motioned to one of the slides, chuckling. She'd found that little fact out by surprise yesterday. "Can get some nice air. Like sledding, but no sled."

"Rully?" Aludra asked curiously, glancing over at the slide with a curious expression. He looked up at the girl and gestured toward the slide as well. "Show first?" he asked; though he wouldn't admit it, he was rather nervous about a slide going faster than it normally did, and wanted to see exactly what it was like before he tried it himself. That way, he would actually know what to expect instead of being taken completely off-guard. "'Less not want; then 'Ludra can," he said, nodding a couple times. If the girl didn't want to go first, of course, he didn't mind in the least.

'Zuba nodded. "Really." she said, happy to share her fun little tidbit of knowledge. "Can show. No problem." She began making her way to the slide, waving to the younger boy, motioning for him to follow her. "'S easy." she said, climbing up to the top. The snow had been compressed to pack ice, ensuring even more speed. She sat down, positioning herself before shoving herself down. She flew down, landing feet-and-bottom-first into the snow. She let out a high, tinkling peal of laughter that lasted only a couple of moments, though laughter at all was a rarity when it came to her. She stood back up, brushing the snow off and moving to the side so Aludra wouldn't have to worry about hitting her.

Aludra nodded and followed behind 'Zuba, though paused to stand next to the slide for a better view, rather than watching her from behind. He grinned when she flew up into the air, giggling happily and clapping a couple times in a childish manner. He nodded a couple times to unspoken words, and climbed up the playground, positioning himself at the top of the slide. He steadied his breathing for a moment, the wings on his ankles fluttering a bit, before he let go of the sides and flew down the slide, then up as he reached the bottom. He squeaked a bit before falling onto his feet, but with the momentum, he tried to take a step forward to stable himself, instead falling face first in the snow. At first, it would almost appear as though he was crying, until he rolled onto his back and leaned up, in almost hysterics at what had just happened. "Was awesome, 'Zuba!!"

'Zuba chuckled, walking over to him. "Glad you think so." she said, offering him a hand to help him up. "'S fun, isn't it?" Oh, yes, anything that almost guaranteed falling and laughing HAD to be fun, right? "You know any fun things?" she asked, wondering if he had any fun ideas.

Aludra giggled a bit, taking the offered hand to help himself up and dusting off his pants, pulling the sock that was still on his tail on completely, so that it wasn't at risk of falling off. He nodded rapidly at the question of it being fun. It was definitely fun; moreso than just wandering around a snowy park all afternoon, which was what would have happened if he hadn't met 'Zuba.
"Fun things...?" he reiterated, blinking a few times before setting the gears of his brain in motion, trying to remember if he knew any fun things that they could do. Really, he didn't know a lot. "Mostly inside. Chess, puzzles, like that," he said with a nod, before shrugging a bit. "Outside 'Ludra only know tag, hide'n'seek." He wagged his tail a bit, pointing toward his new friend. "'Zuba know more fun?"

'Zuba blinked, tilting her head to the side. "Chess?" she asked, having no idea what the younger boy was talking about. She'd never heard of this "chess" thing, but apparently, it was a fun inside....thing.
"Swings. Can jump and land'n snow. But hurts if land wrong." she pressed a finger to her lips, thinking. "Snowball fight?" she suggested. That was a bit safer than jumping out of swings.

Aludra nodded simply a few times. "Chess. Plays with pieces and tiled board; black, white, black, white, black, white, black, white," he commented, dropping to his knees and drawing a little diagram when he started talking about the appearance of the board. He glanced back up after that for a reaction. "Has pieces, all move diff'rent. Well... most move diff'rent." He blinked thoughtfully a couple times. "Is fun."
At the idea of jumping off the swings, he immediately glanced over to them, and then back to 'Zuba when she commented about a snowball fight. He thought a moment, mind warring with itself, before he finally gave into thinking that his opinion wasn't a good thing to trust. He gestured toward 'Zuba. "Which want do? Both sounds good. Fun."

'Zuba listened intently. "'S a board game?" she asked, tilting her head to the side. "Sounds complicated." All the pieces moved differently? My, that must be confusing. She definitely gave the boy credit if he could play it. Still, complicated things could be fun, so she'd look into this 'chess' thing.
"Snowball fight." she said. After all, she didn't want Alu hurting himself by jumping off the swings. "Know how?" she asked, kneeling down a bit as she gathered a handful of snow, either as an example or as a start to her ammo supply.

"'Bit," he noted at the complicated part. He didn't think chess was too hard, but he'd also been playing it for way too long. He had most of his techniques completely memorized, after all. Then again, it was probably the only thing that he was good at. Probably.
He nodded a few times when she chose and picked up a handfull of snow for himself, packing it into a loose ball so that it wouldn't be painful when it hit and would instead explode into a fluff of snow. He preferred snowball fights when they were full of people, but this could be fun, too. "'Know how," he commented, before throwing the fluffy snowball he'd made in her direction, only for it to crumble into something much smaller before it could make it.
