Toki just smiled at Amaris. Her company was nice, a bit refreshing from the quiet day he had been having. And her questions didn't bother him in the slightest. It was funny how his personalities could change. Around mares and foals he was quite nice, charming, some might say. Yet around stallions he could be rather competitive, and quite the opposite. But I suppose there were many stallions like he was. Right?

He continued to follow her, she was leading the way after all. Toki more so adored cool weather then the heat. He did live in the mountains after all. So, the shade was his preferred stepping. However, he did enjoy how the sun made his wings shine bright, like the night stars. Them being one of his obsessions. But he more so enjoyed when the moon light made his wings shimmer, somewhat differently then the sun did. His star markings also shown differently in the lights. Odd, but quite alluring.

"I've only met one other with wings such as mine. But her whole body shined like stars." He let out a slight laugh.

It was nice remember other Soq he had encounter in his random traveling. He had really enjoyed this certain mares company as well. She was rather unique, and pleasant to be around. She was definitely someone he had wish to meet again one day. And he was beginning to think, after this day would start to come to an end. It would be rather nice if he could meet Amaris again as well.

He smiled. "I think I was quite lucky to meet her."

She was surely a mare he would never forget. And was glad that he met her. But he was glad he met most the new Soq he had. All so different, leaving many impressions. That was one of the good things about traveling.. And being able to do it so easily. He could come across so many different Soq, learn so many new things. Sometimes he couldn't come across a Soq in days.. To many days, other times. But once he met another new Soq, it was all good. He found himself nibbling on some of the grass, eventually. His tail moving back and forth, calmly. Until the silence was broken, and his attention went back to Amaris.

He smiled. "I miss my home every now and again. But I always bring myself to go back.. Sometimes I find myself wondering the area of my home for days.. Just to stay close by." He nodded, sometimes he just wanted to go back. "I wouldn't say the sky is my home.. More like my get away.. Though, I could stay up there forever." A charming smiled stayed glued to his face.

It was all true what he said. He would of course miss his home from time. He had been there for most of his life. Taken care of by a two legger, after being abandoned. She was like his mother now.. It was always nice to show her he was still doing alright.. Even if she could probably see how he was doing without him being there. But it was always nice to go back. Especially since he could go there whenever he wanted.. It wouldn't take very long. The sky is almost like a home to Toki.. But not quite. Just his way of letting his mind wonder.. Getting away from the things he didn't want to deal with. Being free from everything. Like a sanctuary. But home was much better.. Even if it didn't sound as so.
