Casonova was still dreaming, but as far as he was concerned, the dream had pretty much turned into a nightmare. He was drowning, yes, drowning in a sea made out of milkshakes. It was like a junk food spree gone wrong. He flailed as he tried to keep his head above water. The milky substance seeped into his nostrils as he bobbed up and down kicking at the bottom with his hoofs, but unfortunately, there seemed to be nothing underneath his hoofs to kick. Then he sank under.
The little brown filly, now Astraea, nodded as she listened to the words that came out of the blue stallion's mouth. She croached down on top of the little bed. It was soft, very unlike the hard exterior of the basket she had been in. Her blue eyes still stared up at the sky, at the pinpricks of light. She flicked her ears as she heard the stallion's, no, Aeolus's next words,"Good night." She watched as he fell asleep and then looked up at the sky again, not noticing a green stallion kicking at his blankets uncomfortably at the back of the teepee.

Before he could realize what was happening the blood spots turned into lava, bubbling up from beneath the sand and growing into larger pools, almost engulfing him. He could not breath past the smoke and when he was too blinded to see he heard Shakespearean quotes and poems echo around him, and an annoying immature giggle. He heard his own voice, quite sour as always, and something about a summer day. What summer day? He hated summer days! He coughed, the burning in his throat growing worse, and tried to run, but he seemed tied down by himself, like he would not let himself leave. Like he hated it but could not help but love it, whoever it was, at the same time. Slowly when the smoke and fog dispersed Aeolus did not find himself on the same beach but back in the teepee. He had woken up.

Casonova woke up from his dream with a start. He sat up groggily as he looked around at his surroundings to make sure that he was not in another dream. Awesome wavy green hair, check. Green horn, check. Long green tail, check. Condition, good. He then checked his surroundings. Teepee, check. Blankies, check. Long smothered fire, check. His supreme collection of odd shells, check. Serious no fun stallion aka Aeolus, check. A little brown filly, check. Food, ch-wait, wait, what? He doubled back mentally at his list, little brown filly? He blinked. What??? His emerald green eyes drifted towards the torn basket and then back at the little brown sleeping form. It had come out this early? And a FILLY?
The events of punching the hole in the basket and then finally climbing out of it seemed to have exhausted her immensely. After a minutes of quiet stargazing, her eyes had started to drop and she gave up and fell asleep, only moments before the green stallion behind her woke up.

Aeolus turned his head to Casonova, glaring at him telling his to "shush" before he makes a sound. He sighed, closing his eyes for a moment, before opening them again and whispering. "Yeah, she came out of the basket already, and a girl at that." He looked at the filly, glad that she wasn't still up or hadn't been woken up. He glanced at Cas, mouthing "I hate you, now go back to sleep" before putting his own head back down, though not able to return to sleep himself.

Casonova blinked, still a bit shocked at the relevation. But once the surprise had all put passed, a broud grin showed on his face at the thought. Totally awwwwwwwwwwwwwwesome! He shot a glance at the filly, a bit plain right now, but no doubt once she got older and with a bit of instruction from himself, she would be a stunning mare...but in the meantime, the great Casonova wasn't going to waste his time chasing after little fillies, Aeolus could do that. The green stallion ignored whatever the other was trying to say which made him look like a dying guppy and said,"You're still going to take care of her, yush? Yush. Good."
Astraea tossed around uneasily in her sleep, the colors and sounds whirling around her. It was no definite dream, just a subconscious stage between the dream world and reality.

Aeolus glared at him, rolling his eyes. Why did he have to live here? Why? Seriously. Life was not fair. He looked at the filly, but did nothing. If she couldn't quite fall asleep peacefully there wasn't much he could do to help her. Sighing he closed his eyes and tried to fall back asleep, though couldn't do so due to the murderous intent that lurked around in his mind.

Casonova grinned absentmindly before setting his head back to his 'pillow' again. Hopefully the bad dreams, nightmares, nightcrawlers would just errrrr...crawl away? Maybe towards Aeolus? Yes, that would be quite interesting. He hummed a bit as his eyes started to drop, sleep overtaking him again. The whist of chocolate came as he fell asleep again.
Astraea had arrived at her dreamland...the world of Stars. Happiness flowed through her as she made her way into the big, bright world. She wasn't alone, she had her big brother, Aeolus, with her. She smiled in joy as she laughed at the hardships and obstacles before her. Those were nothing to worry about, she'll make her way through...in the end.
