Reven was shocked when his last name didn't instantly come to his mind, he had to think for a moment, looking down, his hair swallowed his face. After a few moments he replied. "The last name is...Talon." Reven was still looking down, underneath his brunette hair his cheeks were bright with color. "And is Floor 1 Room 2 open?" He added, the number 2 always had a good feel to him, but he much preferred the bottom floor, although he doesn't mind going up and down stairs one bit.

Reven began to look around and saw some students, most of them looked normal, like he did, but some were odd, a woman with bat wings, a man with sharp pointy ears, the rest looked normal to him. Is that a cat I hear? Reven asked as he heard the meowing, and the rattling of something, he could not recall the noise.

As Emille made his way along the pathway to the main building, he looked around slowly at the three buildings, the one directly ahead being the main building he'd surmised. But as he approached it, a male holding a kitten and a girl with bat wings stood in front of the entryway to the building. He didn't care about the male or the kitten which played with his bracelet, but the girl with the bat wings caused him to unconsciously step aside as if to take the long way around them instead of excusing himself between them to get to the door.

His blue-gray eyes glistened behind his goggles for a moment before he shuffled to the right until he'd bypassed the girl and looked around before placing his hand against the wall. A dull glow was the only thing to emit as his whole body began to slip through the firm material of the building slowly until he completely vanished to reappear on the interior of the building. His mind screaming at him to do a barrel roll to avoid the female who already looked more hostile than your average teen, he decided it best to keep on guard as he looked around quickly to assure himself that he hadn't been seen. Picking his bags up, he scurried to the reception desk and quietly awaited the male before him to finish his business so he could get this over with.

"Day one and I'm already avoiding them like the plague...oh well, the less interaction, the better...I don't need to surround myself with people to feel accepted."

"Yes it is; here's the room key. There is currently no one sharing that room yet; it's two people per room, so hopefully it won't feel too crowded. The elevator and stairway is to your right." she said, pointing that direction. "Have a nice day."

"Next." she said in the same kind voice, motioning to the other boy with luggage and goggles who seemed to be the first to form a line. "Welcome to the school. Just give me your last name and what room number you would like, and I"ll tell you if it's avaiable or not. There are 4 floors and 10 rooms on each floor to choose from, two people for each room, so you may or may not have a roommate by the end of the day." she told him, ready to type in a name again. She shifted her glasses on her nose as she awaited an answer.

Silvia noted that one of the students seemed to suddenly see her and go on avoidance. Ah well, that was nothing new; lots of people grew to fear her. Hm, mabye he was at the old middle school, or perhaps the days of tininess. But she would've recgonized the goggles, so probably not.

She began swinging the bracelet around her finger in boredeom as she awaited for the boy to do something other than just stare at the cat in his hands, which made her miss something imporant about Goggle Boy. She had promised herself to stay out of Kit's business, but yet....she couldn't quite force herself to leave yet, and the gaggling girls awwing at kitten cutness didn't make her feel any easier. After all, it seems more people dont realize kittens are fragile if handeled too hard, even with older people. The last thing that girl needed was a hospital trip day 1....wait, scratch that; more like the vet.

"Thank you mamn." Reven replied taking his key and walking out towards the door. Through the glass doors Reven could see the bat winged girl, and the man with the kitten, along with a few girls. The closer he got the more he wanted to go around, but he remembered that he had good enough reflexes not to worry. Reven had reached the door and was completely calm as he walked passed the girl, then stopped for a moment and looked to his left and to his right. "Which to choose?" He muttered to him self, his suitcase now on the ground.

"I guess this way is the dorms." Reven answered his question incorrectly as he went to his right. He had never had an experience with a high school, so he easily got lost, usually it was easy for him to find where he needed to go, but something about new places was very difficult to navigate to him. It must be that the smells of people would get to him, and he would figure out the different smells, perspiration=gym, food=lunch room, mixed smells=dorms, but since nobody had been here before today, other than the builders, there was no way for him to know, the school seemed to have a lack of signs as well.

((Lol, I love how my character is getting to be known as "the man with the kitten."))

I hate animals... thought Ryder as he looked around at the half-a-dozen girls mobbing the kitten in his hands. Shaking the little cat gently off his braclets, the young man gave one of the most googely-eyed girls a death stare and growled, "Shut up," before striding past them to look for the owner of the creature.
His cold gaze was instantly drawn towards a rather pretty young lady sitting on the steps of the main entrance to Eternity High. Approaching her he asked, "Is this yours?"

As Saki got out of her mother's car, her mother yelled to her, "Bye, honey! Have fun! Be nice to the other kids," and kept yelling things like that as if Saki was a little girl.
"Mom, you're embarrassing me," Saki replied. "I'm in high school now. You can stop treating me like a kid."
Just then her mom started to cry, saying, "My little girl is all grown up."
Saki retrieved her suitcase and bookbag from the trunk. "Bye, mom," she said, getting a little annoyed.
"Don't forget to call," her mom yelled as she drove away.
"Finally." Saki sighed. She then started walking toward the main building.

"Esovera...fourth floor, room four..." he said hesitantly for a moment as he averted his gaze from the receptionist and redirected his gaze to his suitcases. Opening a zipper compartment on one side, he drew a hand held computer and looked up the school's website simply so he could have a map on hand and turned to look in the direction of the receptionist, though in reality, he was looking over her. His eyes still hidden behind the goggles, he exhaled slowly through his nostrils and pulled back his sleeves a bit and adjusted his hat impatiently, he did everything he could to keep from standing completely still within the room with the receptionist woman. He wanted this over with as soon as possible, but time seemed to slow down further when he tried to make it pass quicker.

Snapping her gum loudly, the young girl gave the floor another good kick to speed up the ratty skateboard she was on. Her short skirt, just border-lining the school’s dress code, swished out behind her; the black hem fluttering up slightly against the wind. Her hair was just tied up carelessly into two long pig tails.

“Watch out!” Charlie screamed at the student walking in front of her. To avoid crashing, she jerked her board roughly to the right. But she stumbled over her own footing and the board shot straight up…and into the open mouth of the garbage truck. Struggling up from her wobbly feet, Charlie glanced up and winced at the sight of the board being devoured.

“Man, you board’s wrecked,” the student commented. Charlie shrugged and hoisted her sling-bag over her shoulder and grabbed the dropped duffel.

“Lucky for me, it wasn’t my board anyways,” she replied with a grin as she ran up the steps to the school. She had found the board sticking out in someone's trash can. It wasn't too bad looking and it still worked fine, so she decided to take it. Besides, she needed a ride to school anyways...since unlike all the other students- she didn't have loving parents drive her up. Charlie approached the reddish-brown haired lady at the counter.

“Do you have a room with at least a few…convenient windows?” questioned Charlie with a mischievous twinkle in her eye. She cocked her head at the male also at the counter and gave a bright smile.

"New here too mate?" Charlie chriped though wasn't really expecting a reply. She made quick conversations that did not necessary last. Her eyes scanned around the lobby...not exactly looking at the paintings but at the windows- noting them down for any future escapes routes...ahem...reference.

((@currupted: Lol shhh! I sort of made this thing on a whim, and that detail matters not. xd

@Antyhero: Ah, the irony! xd ))

Silvia watched as teh boy seemed to be a grumpy fella, death stares and all. So sad; usually kittens and other gawd-sickenly-cute things seemed to fix that problem. Oh well.

As teh boy approached her and asked if the cat was hers, the vampire stood up, dusted off her short skirt, and walked towards the boy, her heels making a clickign noise. She cleared her thorat and went into a voice that was obviously attempted poetry-voice, but slightly mocking. "It depends on what you mean by that, my good sir; she isn't techinacally owned by me. Rather, she is her own owner, just out of her mind at teh minute. And I, am relative of thy kitten of brown fluff. But I shall perform my final act to return this creature to her formal state."

As she said this, she dug into her skirt pocket and took out a small bell on a red string. Kneeling ever so slightly so she was almost eye level with Kitten Kit, who was now staring with curiousity at the new person. Slivia dangled it infront of said creature of fluff, swining it in a pendelum style as she chanted just for effect:

"Kitty kitty kitty kitty such a pretty kitty kitty kitty SNAP OUT OF IT YOU IDIOT!"

Without warning she switched the pendeulm direction and boped the kitten lightly between teh eyes. The kitten made a disatasified noise and rubbed it's face with it's front paws with a squinted eyes expression, something a normal kitten shoudn't do, and it seemed to realize this, before it looked around in a new sense, suddenlty realizing with wide eyes-

Poof!
"EEEEP!"
Thump!

It took a moment for the small group of girls to realize that the kitten taht they saw was only part kitten.....it had changed into a girl with a red dress, brown hair with cat ears, and blue eyes, and due to the sudden weight increase between kitten and human they both fell over, Kit landing ontop of the boy. Kit looked straight ahead for a moment in still half-daze, before she snapped out of it, her head darting in all directions as reality just snapped on her.

"Wha....who.....OH NO! I went cat again, didn't I? Nononononono....ugh, how embarassing! I'm terribly sorry about that! I do'nt even rememeber-"

Noting that something was moving under her and already red in the face from embarassment, she frekaed out and flailed her arms in panic, and stood back up, helping the boy to his feet and brushing off the dirt on his clothes.

"Oh my goodness! I"m sorry about that; I don't even remember what just happened! I didn't hurt anything did I? No electoinc devices in the pockets I hope?Wait, why are they there?" she asked suddenly noting the three girls who were, in short, amazed, and all non-shape=shifters themselves.

And all this while, Silvia was doubled over laughing.

The woman kept herself from staring as she noted the boy figiting as he waited for a room key. Poor kids didn't need to be so nervous....it's not like people here bite or anything......well, minus the one teacher, but that was a medical condition....

"That floor is in fact avaiable; here's the key. There's no roommate in there at the minute so you have the room to yourself for now." she answered kindly as she gave him the key. "The stairs and elevator are to your right."

As the girl suddenly came foward, the woman was not fazed: "Well, they all have windows miss. Just give me your last name and what room you want, and I'll tell you if it's avaiable or not. There's four floors and ten rooms on each floor, two per room." she answered.

Taking his key, he suddenly heard a new person enter and found himself stumbling away from the desk and fidgeting lightly as he scrambled to pick up his suitcases and backed away from the desk quickly. "Um...uh...thanks." he said to the receptionist before moving away quickly and taking one more look back to make sure the lady at the desk wasn't looking as he moved to the wall he'd come through and sighed gently as he tried to go through the wall again. For a moment, instead of phasing through, he crashed into the wall with a weak 'ow' as he rubbed his nose with his sleeve to assure himself he wasn't bleeding before quickly stepping and vanishing through the wall.

As he came through and looked around, he noted a bit of a scene at the entryway and a new girl was apologizing as she got off of the boy who'd been holding the kitten earlier. He motioned to take a step to make sure everyone was alright, but he quickly took two steps back and half-ran towards the dorm building as he glanced back before he tripped and fell flat on his face. "Ow...."

Reven turned around to see all the ruckus, and saw the two sisters, one fallen on top of the guy who had the kitten. Where'd the kitten go? He wondered and walked over. "Everyone all right? Even to me that sounded painful." He said in general looking at the girl with the cat ears accidentally. Could she really be the kitten? Hmm, I can see the resemblance, both extremely cute, the ears seem to have similiar fur color, both small. Reven pondered, the thought of other creatures was still absurd to him, he had never seen anything non-human before today and was in denial.

Reven himself looked like a normal human. His muscles weren't even extremely bulky, although they now began to ache terribly. His muscles had a delayed reaction to ache, but he feels it, and it hurts. He had to restrain himself from clenching his teeth, and holding in his yelp of pain. After a moment the pain settled to a pounding ache.

It all happened so fast.
One minute he was holding a kitten in his hands and the next, a girl was sprawled ontop of him. It took the boy only a second to figure out what had happened.
Catching his breath as he shook the disorientation out of his head, Ryder stood up and mumbled, "It's quite alright, I mean, I usually like it when girls are on top of me... but this... was different." The young man gave the girl brushing the dirt off his clothes a joking grin. Catching her hands, he placed them to her sides and looked her over.
"Name's McMillan, Ryder McMillan."

Charlie raised an eyebrow at the now fidgeting student. He had scrambled away so quickly as if something was behind him, it was kind of funny. She craned her head to see what else he was doing and chuckled when she watched him fail his first time at passing through the wall. She shook her head, bemused and turned back alert, at the lady.

"Uh...how about floor 2?" Christine asked, scratching her chin lightly. It was best to have lower numbers, to make the getaway much more easily. And she wouldn't be so obvious jumping from the fourth floor... "Room 9?" Hopefully room 9 would be at the far end where there was little security...

Silivia had by now grown back to her usual demeanor, leaning against the wall with her arms folded just watching the scene fold out before her. As yet another boy (and her mind going to his muscles immediately; she believed he wasn't in bad shape. A perfect contestant to her little games!) came down, she noted his sort of semi-stare at the girl and chuclked.

"Not used to those who shift to other forms, eh? Ah, don't worry; you'll get used to it. It actually proves quite entertaining if you figure out how to work with the animal quirks." she said, her bat wings giving a sort of small whip of the wind as seh spoke, a normal stretching motion.

Kit wasn't sure what the guy was doing, or what he meant by his earlier comment (Silvia probalby had a better idea, but she was too busy talking to another at the moment), which probably wasn't a good thing. "Kiyoko Sakura." she answered in a general tone.

It was then when that reason to slip away for a moment came; with a loud WHUMP sound and a small note of pain, another person had fallen over (she must have started a trend....) face first into the ground. Taking this opportunity to both slip away from the sudden commotion and to help another victim of clumsiness, she went over to the boy and helped to lift him to his feet. Again, she was brushing off some of the dirt that probably got on him; it was probably her who distracted the boy in teh first place and therefore he fell out of shock. She sort of babbled on a bit as she checked to make sure he didn't break anything; now that her mind was ssort of back to normal, she was able to go full-on rambling.

"You ok? That looked painful; I fall all the time as well so I know it usualy depends on how you fall, but I didn't see hwo you fell. It's probably my fault, I'm sorry; I seem to be distracting people without realizing it today!

Hm, you look ok though. Anythhing broken? Scratched? Oh, you've got a tiny bump on your head there; that's no good! Or wait, is taht just shadow reflection? I can't tell....I like the goggles; oh good, they're not cracked." she went on, before standing on tiptoe to double check the face, trying to keep a couple feet's distance as not to scare him off (though probably a bit late now....), her ears sort of wiggling a bit as of normality;t hey rarely ever kept still as action went about. She was surprised the other one didn't run off either, especially after her falling on him (to which she didn't even know how she got there in the first place...).

Silvia refrianed from laughing again as her attention now went to Goggle boy, who had apparently tripped. "Mabye Goggle Boy should take OFF the goggles while walking..." she muttered to herself in slight chuckle, then shook her head at Kit.

Ah, such a flirt without realizing it! Actually, wait, more like one of those motherly characters....I dunno whether to be moved or disgusted... she thought to herself, but by that time Kit's ears had perked up at Silvias earlier sentence and she answered back.

"I heard that! Be nice will you?" Kit shot with a small eyebrowraise to her sister. "There's nothing wrong with tripping once in awhile, and I like the goggles." she added in a small definace and a matter-of-fact voice to her vampire sister, before turning back to the boy, looking a bit concerned.

"She nodded and gave the girl her room key, despite her not giving her last name; she just looked it up on database anyways; the pictures matched. "Here you go, Ms. Widdenstein .” she said, once again telling where the stairs were before looking towards the line. "Next."

As he slowly got off the ground he looked at the girl who was now dusting him off and rambling, Emille suddenly felt his anxiety kicking into high gear. His breathing became a lot heavier and quicker as he took a step back from the girl after a moment or so of trying to force his legs to work. Shaking his head quickly, he looked to the girl who'd helped him and nodded a thankful semi-bow before looking around at all the other people.

"I...uh...well...th-thanks...B-but...I gotta...go..." his words stuttered like it was his first time using the English language as he took another step back, but there was a faintly dull white light that emitted from him as he took that step and in a moment he was several yards away. Looking down, he kept his goggles on so no one could really tell who he was and hopefully on the first day of class he could get a fresh start and put all his woman-avoiding to nearly being late for class. Quickly turning around, he made a break for he door to the dorm building and instead of stopping to open the door, he just vanished through the material of the door, not caring who saw him as long as he got out of there.
