"Hell yeah we wanna go!" Addy grabbed her fretting twin's arm and pulled her closer. "We gonna travel through some sort of extra dimension or something?"
Since their mother had moved the family to Gaia, the twins hadn't gone to another dimension and before that they'd only been allowed to stay in Midpoint, considering their age... which meant they really wouldn't have remembered it anyway. Addy was beginning to really like her tutor.

"well, since we're on the same dimension we won't be exactly dimension hopping, just a point to point relocation. Either way, its done the same."
Sekenre looked around again until his eyes rested on the glass door in front of him. "This will have to do, there's enough of a reflection none the less."
He raised his right hand, closed and opened it, and produced a ball of blue flame. He created a Sorcerer's Mirror by blowing the fire on the glass. An image of Japi's house appeared. He focused a little more and found the mirror Japi let him keep there for this very reason.
He smiled and turned to the kids and outstretched his hands.
"Come now, hold my hands and don't let go. Its safe as long as you stay with me."

Lilly was quick to grab Uncle Sekenre's hand. She certainly didn't want to get separated. Getting left behind at the school was fine. Being stuck somewhere in between was not.

Addy was a little more reluctant, but only by a few moments. While holding hands seemed a little childish, it was a lot better to do that for a couple of seconds than have a disagreement about doing it.
But she wasn't going to put up with it for longer that necessary. She started toward the mirror, guessing it probably worked the same way her mother did. Just because she didn't remember traveling that way didn't mean she didn't know how it worked.

"It will go back to the way it was, right?" Lilly asked, meaning the portal-turned-door, just as they were about to step through it. Not much time to back out now.

"Yes it will" Sekenre said in mid-step. "Here we go, easy as one, two, Three." On three they stepped through the door. It was like walking through a doorway. One room to the next. The power diminished behind them and the door and the mirror became what they originally were, a door and a mirror.
If the girls were to look behind them, they'd see a reflection on themselves looking back on a mirror leaning against a tree. There was a reason for this, but the girls didn't have to know just yet.
He looked down at the girls, "You can open your eyes now."

Lilly slowly opened her eyes and looked around. She was definitely home. "Thanks Uncle Sekenre," she turned to him and gave him another hug. "for the ride? home?" She wasn't really sure what to call that transportation. Their mother hadn't really used that kind of magic since they had all moved to Gaia. Lilly wondered why.
"I guess you two have things to do," Lilly said, not quite feeling left out. "I'm gonna go to the garden to do my homework." She dashed off swinging her backpack off her back and dashing out the backdoor.

"I wasn't closing my eyes," Addy protested. It was a lie.
They were home alright. She heard the usual Voices of the neighborhood buzzing in her ears and her mother in the next room. Dad wasn't there yet and neither was her little brother Erik. Her was already situated in the garden. She noted each of the presences within the house, all the animals and such, all the things she had grown accustomed to, and then turned to Uncle Sekenre. "Did you wanna talk to Mom?" she asked. "I can go get her for you."

Sekenre looked around after Addy left and attempted to make himself a tad bit more presentable for Japi...considering she saw him in another form earlier this morning.

Addy nodded and dashed off to her mother's room, where she had felt her mother's presence before. She was there playing with their kitten, Frostbite. "We're home Mommy!"
She jumped onto the bed next to her mother which scared the kitten. She didn't quite dash away, but she readied herself to if Addy made any other sudden movements.
"Uncle Sekenre brought us home."

"Oh good," Japi replied, moving to give her daughter a hug. "I wasn't sure if he'd be done with all his errands." She stood up, which was the last straw for the kitten. She dashed underneath Japi's bed. She'd come out later when she wanted more petting... or food.
Japi stood and straightened out he kimono before following Addy to the living room where she saw Sekenre standing there waiting. "Your trip go alright?" she as as she gave him a welcoming hug. She had no actual knowledge of where that errand might have taken him.

After a short embrace, Sekenre looked away.
"I was still unable to get her..."
Perhaps this is not a conversations for you. We will be just a moment. Do me a favor and go check on Lilly Sekenre showed no outward sign of his telepathic contact with Addy.
After a moment he looked back at Japi. "Was there anything in particular that I am to train Addy in or shall we take the spontaneous route? Also, have you found a tutor for Lilly?"

Addy decided it wasn't a good idea to pry. "Just come get me when you're ready," she said before she dashed out to the backyard to join her sister.

"Honestly I don't have any idea what to suggest," Japi shrugged. "That was the main reason I contacted you about it. As for Lilly, there are several people I've contacted, but nobody's really available for it. Pretty much everyone in The World of Two Moons has been occupied lately, so that leaves out Redlance and his kind. Other than that, I really don't know who else to contact, at least not that I have significant ties with. Though your friend...?" She clasped her hands together. "Think you could do me that favor?"

"Well. I can talk to him. I'll send word, but you know how his kind is, they're respond if they want."
Sekenre seemed to be looking into the distance...past Japi.
"My latest attempt to get my sister has failed. I'm thinking it may be hopeless."
