{Edit: Tell me when Siti is about to leave and we can do a sort of "confession" + "I'm going to follow you" RP. <3}
Jasiri'ka blinked, blushing slightly as the cub climbed all over him. It felt nice, yes, but it was almost a strange feeling... Like happiness, protectiveness and playfulness wrapped into one huge bundle of emotions. After snapping out of his mini-trance, the male nodded, almost absentmindedly and gave a smile. He felt... Well, almost like family. He just want to get to know Siti better, and the rest of her family.
He wants to be close to them, but he didn't exactly know why.
"Yes, and I will get my revenge on you for getting me wet!" The lion chuckled, teasing the sub as he stood up and got ready to sprint to the sea where Siti was waiting. As he went ahead, he half-turned and gave Lila a grin, "Last one there is a... Uh... Uh, a wet fish!" The thoughts of his recent meal just popped into his head at the wrong time...
Or maybe he just wasn't used to dealing with cubs yet.

{We finished the RP in AIM, so here is the IM log:}
Lila rolled over and jumped to her feet, when Jasiri said he would get his revenge on her. She smiled up and him and looked to her momma. When Jasiri all put challenge her to a race and Lila was estatic. She was beginning to think she could really learn to like the male. Sort of like Uncle Thili, only different. "You're gonna be a wet fish," she spouted before taking off towards her mother. She looked back to see if Jasiri had started too, sure he would overtake her soon and she'd be the wet fish, but she didnt really care. She was all wet anyway.
Siti watched her cub and her new friend and smiled as a sense of pride welled up inside of her. At the same time she braced herself for the waves of cold water that she knew would soon slash up all around her.
It was rather easy for him to overtake the cub, and Jasiri'ka found himself crashing into the waves just beside Siti, ahead of Lila. Shivering a little at the cold seawater, he chuckled softly, and half turned around so that he was facing Siti before turning his head to look at the cub who was running in their direction. If fate had allowed them to be friends, he wondered if fate would allow them to be more... The thought made him a little nervous, and he tried to shake it off, blushing a little as he grinned at Lila, "I think we're all wet fish here."
Lila caught up quickly having had a head start. She splashed through a cold water and pounced on her mother , who fell over, but she could tell her mother was faking an exaggeration. "Im a wet fish, momma."
Siti smiled at her little one and nugded her into the water, causing another small splash, "Is that so now. I guess that makes me you wet fish momma." She turned to look at the very wet Jasiri, "So does that make Jasiri, huh?"
Lila jumped up and laughed at her momma's statement. She grinned at her momma's question and figuring it would be a fun time for a game, "He can be the wet fish papa and you gotta give me the little wet fish a swimming lesson?" She bounded around the pair excitedly missing her mothers blush and curious look.
Jasiri'ka's blush spead to his whole face, and he could even feel his ears heating up a little when he heard what Lila said. Of course, the blush was not very visible due to his dark colored pelt, but it was there nonetheless. Feeling rather awkward, he didn't dare to look at Siti in the eye; however, he did see her blush slightly out of the corner of his eyes. His heart skipped a beat, wondering what it all meant; forcing out a chuckle to ease the awkwardness, he turned his head to look at the cub, following her movement, "Has the wet fish ever gone swimming before?"
Lila froze instantly at Jasiri's question, sure she'd slashed around a bit, but he first time she gonna into the ocean and without her momma's knowing she and one of her sisters Kitandiko had nearly drown. She was thankful the Kitan had managed to save the both. The memory had Lila shaking a bit as she looked out at the big water.
Her mother of course noticed this immediately. It was very odd behavior for her very adventurous cub. "Are you okay Lila?" She nuzzled her cub slightly.
Lila came out of the trance like stance and looked around, "oh um I'm fine, just a bit cold," she lied. She took comfort and her momma's nuzzle and the looked to Jasiri. "Yeah I've been swimming before," she said trying to get away from the uncomfortable situation. She would'nt tell, knowing she would get Kitan into trouble if she did. Right now she really wanted to play, but she'd rather be in a tree.
The male smiled, feeling a little nervous; when Siti had asked Lila if something was wrong, he was rather frightened, wondering if it was something he said. It seems that it wasn't the case though. Nodding, Jasiri'ka smiled, relaxing as he looked to the sea, "Before I came here, I have never seen the sea. I've only gone swimming in lakes and a couple of rivers... Although the rivers are so shallow it wasn't really swimming at all." He chuckled, bending down a little to look at the cub, "When I first saw the ocean, I thought it was a really big lake. Swimming in it is more difficult; its like the ocean has a mind of its own... But its quite fun once you get the hang of it."
Lila smiled as Jasiri spoke enjoying his voice. She was a bit surprise when he became a bit more leveled with her. She relaxed as he continued to talk and smiled thinking he seemed just as wise as her momma. She leaned forward and gave him a little eskimo kiss nuzzingly. "Maybe a swimming lesson could wait till I'm bigger than. You and momma can teach me than Mister Jasiri." She frowned at bit at the words as they slipped out. Much like her momma she like nicknames and wanted him to have one too.
Siti looked watched the pair her heart swelling and nearly skipping a beat. Her smile grew at the interaction between the two and briefly wondered if this how it would have been if Mito knew about the cubs. She pushed the thoughts away when she felt a small amount of guilt from nowhere. She looked at Jasiri and she knew it was because she was falling for the male in front of her and she was overjoyed that Lila seemed to like him. "It wont have to wait that long. There are some shallow pools where I can teach you and your siblings to swim. Ja'ka too," she said giving the male a nickname without realizing it and in a way attaching him to her.
"Ja'ka," Lila repeated grinning appreciatively.
It took him a while to realize that 'Ja'ka' was the nickname given to him, especially after the nuzzle. It froze the lion, and he nuzzled back before straightening up. When he did realize that the nickname was referring to him, however, the male felt happy, his tail wagging slightly as he smiled; it made him feel closer to Siti and her cub, now that he has a nickname... The relationship felt more personal, not so cold nor stranger-like anymore. He nodded, as if to approve the nickname, and smiled at the two females, "Shallow pools are a great place to start! Its a lot safer too."
Lila felt warm at the nuzzled and frowned when the contact was removed, but the frown was replaced with a grin at Jasiri's new nickname. "Yay, I can't wait, " she said as excited as she could although she'd begin to yawn. She was getting really tired, for a while actually, but ever the adventurer she was good at hiding the fact.
Of course Siti noticed immediately and picked up her cub, moving out of the water and back on the sandy beach. She made her way all the way to the tree and placed her little one on the ground. "Naptime, I think, then we head back."
Lila nodded and looked around her momma to see in Ja'ka had followed not really wanting to take a nap at all, but knowing she would.

Jasiri'ka tilted his head curiously as Siti moved the cub, and followed behind, wondering what had happened. Hearing the word 'Nap', the male understood immediately, sitting down beside Lila under the tree as he looked fondly at the cub. Blushing, he picked up the courage to bend down and nuzzle her gently before sitting up again. He turned his head slightly to look at Siti, his tail curling around his side. He didn't want to leave... And he knew it wasn't just a temporary feeling.
Lila smiled when she saw Ja'ka and happily returned the the nuzzled she was given. She watched as she he sat back up and looked to her mother. She was tired and decided she would simply go to sleep. She was quite comfortable were she was, so she only moved slightly, curling up on Ja'ka paws and drifting off to sleep.
Siti who was watching Ja'ka almost didn't notice what Lila was doing, but when she did she smiled and approached the male. She stopped in front of him and lay down curling up with her cub and hoping she was not making Jasiri uncomfortable. She closed her eyes, a nap seemed really great at the moment. She did not however drift off as Lila had done.
Jasiri'ka smiled a little at the sight of the cub; he didn't know why he was so frightened of them or the prospect of having his own cubs before... And the one who helped change him and open his eyes to a lot of things... He looked at Siti, and laid down as well, careful not to move his paw too much as he didn't wish to wake Lila up. Tilting his head upwards to look at the adult lioness, he whispered softly, "Siti... Uh... May I come... Um, visit you again sometime?" He blushed, looking away shyly.
Siti opened her eyeand looked up at Jasiri. when he spoke. She smiled, she just couldn't seem to stop doing that today, "Of course Ja'ka. In fact I think I'd be upset if you didn't." Siti grinned at the male, "Lila would too." She blushed and for once she was happy that her light fur did not hide it. "Now I think we all could use a nap, before I head back to relieve Korrin and Udo of cub sitting duties. Don't you?"
Jasiri'ka nodded, "You're right." The male closed his eyes as he returned the smile, tucking his limbs in closer to his body. The atmosphere was comfortable... It made him just a little sleepy too. It felt nice, sleeping together like this... He hadn't slept together with anyone for a long time now, he was always on the move... Always alone. Seems like those days are ending, he thought happily to himself as he yawned, and slowly drifted off to sleep.
