"Oh, uh, yeah." Now there was an idea. "Why don't you slip out while I pay for my wetsuit?" he offered. "They'll be distracted if I'm paying, and stuff. And I don't think they'd care that much if I got arrested, or something. I'm not a legal adult. No one would know once I turned eighteen." Cheshire smile.
Leviathan swiveled and grabbed his choice of wet suit, checked the size, and nodded. "Alright. Ready to put this plan into action, Phel?" he purred, trying one of those things he'd seen on TV. Guys always gave their girl friends nickname things. Or something. He was digging a deeper grave.

As far as nicknames went, 'Phel' was certainly preferable to 'Squishy'. Ophelia nodded at him. "I'll meet you outside," she said. She waggled her fingers at him in a little bit of a wave, and then slipped away down the aisle.

...girls were so weird.
Leviathan watched Ophelia go, shaking his head all the while before walking over to the cash register. He pawed out a couple crumpled bills and stuffed the receipt back in his pocket, making sure to draw the process out as long as possible. Ask the guy about their membership deal, ask lots of annoying questions, and then decide it really wasn't for him.
The boy took his bag and headed outside.
Mission accomplished?
