SCREW MERU! HI NYMPHIE! and everyone else.
I got a 4g Mp3 player and a 1Gb card for my phone.
Wasn't expecting anything, as get older I don't care much for gifts and would prefer no one to spend anything on me and I just want the holidays to be over with. Aren't as fun anymore. ):
New Years Resolution:
Break Procrastination (I have been doing well on it so far, except in my History class)
Start to work out/get back into running!(I want my running shoes and I'm tired I have to walk everyday because my tennis shoes aren't very supportive!), I'm tired of my wimpy muscles.
Get a job, although that's going to be hard down here in CA. So MANY stores are closing, went to the mall today. Did not expect that many to be closing. Even Virgin's was closing! 0.0 That made me realize it. (For those of you who don't know. Virgin's is a POPULAR music/video store that crosses through the entire mall. It's humongous.)
And, poke all the people who aren't satisfied with what they got for presents. mrgreen
Be thankful biotches! xD

BUT, I will say, that in the following year, that I'd LIKE to get rid of my belly, and try not to procrastinate so badly. (I was BAD this last semester... x_x)

Amigox3 I got: ... All the game things are for the xbox 360. But here is the kicker. MY XBOX RED RINGED YESTERDAY. SO EVERYTHING I GOT IS POINTLESS RIGHT NOW!!!!! FYI Red Ringed means it has a critcal hardware failure and is broken. New Years resolution is to get crack machine fixed. I feel bad that I lawld ._. Its like when Mickey sold his Harmonica to buy Minnie a gold chain for her heirloom watch and she sold her watch for a harmonica case for Mickey.... except less sweet and less mice.

I'm probably missing stuff, but yeah. XD
Resolution- Well, I'm planning on withdrawing from any and all violent media, scary/violent/disturbing topics, and anything else like it for at least a week sometime soon. Which means... no Stabby Time, no Happy Tree Friends, no horror movies, no other violent media, no researching serial killers (for reasons involving RPing), just generally nothing that involves death or violence for at least 7 days. I'm also refraining from sexual things, as well, so... yeah. I'm planning on giving myself some cute and innocent things to watch, read, and participate in, like many Disney movies, perhaps Hello Kitty (the thread about the MMORPG made me want to get into those characters again), shows I grew up with, just anything that has an innocent feel to it. Wish me luck? XD
I'm also planning on spending less time online.

I did some research and microsoft replaces red rings for free. Thank God, but it takes awhile. The ship you a coffin (box made for 360) and you send it through the mail and they replace the broken part and sent it back free of charge.

I got a coupon book for Christmas, and I was super geeked out/excited
about it. Best gift ever though, because I'm always broke, and there are
a lot of buy one get one free coupons in there for things like bowling and
movies and food. Basically my friends and family are the "buy one" and
I'm the "get one free".
I also got $50 for Lane Bryant which is the only place I can buy bras for
these tig ol' bitties. And they're having a sale. Buy two bras get two
FREE! SQUEEEE!
I also got some little things like a new robe, and a super soft new blanket
and cinnamon tea.
As for resolutions?
My friends are all fighting and I want to fix it if I can. Basically two of my
group were dating and then they broke up and everyone picked sides, and
no one talks to anyone sad You'd know how truly tragic that was if you
knew these people. It was because they were all so close that they all
took it so personally. But, and I know that this is intensely selfish, things
like holidays or my birthday have become very hard to plan. It's all one
big complicated formula of "who's still talking to who?". That will change
or I'll simply have to find friends who are less petty.
I want to lose weight. My goal is 130lbs. (Crazy huh?) I was thinking of
doing that whole "picture a day" thing that seems so popular on YouTube.
If I attained my goal it would certainly look dramatic wouldn't it?
Which brings me to my next goal.
I want to be well on my way to enlisting in the military. I'm thinking Navy,
because I like the Cryptologic programs, but I would be open to the other
branches if there's something comparable. Losing the weight is a must.
It would also be nice if I didn't have more than four different jobs this
year. My goal is one job for a whole year, but let's not be overly
optimistic shall we? Anywhere under the twelve mark would be
acceptable. I had 14 W-2s last year. Taxes were nightmarish to say the
least.
So there you have it.
1.) Save the world. (Or at least those who mean the world to me)
2.) Save myself. (And perhaps become a YouTube star in the process?)
3.) Worry my freshly united band of friends to death. (They earned it twisted )
4.) Stifle my occupational ADD.
I typically make between three to five resolutions in a year. On average I
keep one. The difference this year is that my resolutions are a bit layered.
It'll be fun to see how the chips fall I think. Bring it on MMIX.
