"Oh, well um.....your guardian. The lady who takes care of you." Ebby explained with a smile. "You may not have to. That may actually be yours."

Cera blinked. "She mine?" She looked back at Laura, before looking back at Ebby. "But she WEIRD!"
Laura frowned. Great. Already, no respect. Wasn't this supposed to happen in the teenage years?
It took her a little while to shrug, and hug Laura. Well, she was hers, like it or not. And anything that was hers, stays hers. No, she had never heard the "if you love someone" lesson, and she would never understand it if she did.

"It's okay. If everyone were normal, things would be boring." Ebby giggled.

(( Maybe we should get around to ending this? ))
Laura sighed. "Well... Cera... could I have the jewelry back...? It's for the customers." The girl grudgingly complied, VERY slowly giving the necklaces and bracelets back to Laura. The woman put away the jewelry, before looking back to Dartsmoore. "So, have you found anything you like yet?"

Dartie shrugged. "It's Ebony whose supposed to be choosing. So she should probably get back over here." the last few words were semi-pointed.
The purple one giggled a bit and rushed over to her guardian's side, looking at the stuff quickly before choosing. She found a few spangly little necklace, bracelet and earring sets for herself (well, Dartie'd had Laura add in the earrings, they were a surprise for Ebby), some simple studs for her brothers, and Dartie picked out a neat set of small pearly earrings that she bought while the girl wasn't looking.
After they were rung up, Dartie walked to the door, preparing to leave with their things when Ebby ran back to give Cera a hug.
"It was nice meeting you, Cera. And since you were good and gave your guardian back the jewelry for her customers, here's something just for you." and with that, the small one pulled out her blue fox plushie and handed it off to the smaller toddlerl with a bright smile.

Laura nodded and watched, so happy to get a sale... things had been getting rough with the way the economy was going (( yes, even on Gaia... *stares at the prices of anything good* )) and was glad to get a sale. She was surprised when she saw the studs go up... an experiment she did once, but thought it didn't really work well... Still, boys didn't like dangles, so maybe he wouldn't care.
Cera wagged her tail happily when Ebby hugged her, and hugged her back. "Yeah... nice..." She smiled... before staring at the doll in her hands. She couldn't be any happier if she tried. "Mine?" She hoped... she really, REALLY hoped...

"Yep that's all yours! Bye for now Cera!" and with that, the purple girl and her mother left the store.
