KristiElizabeth most places take stuff back if they still have their tages on them and/or you have the reciet --- I have neither, my mom bought the clothes and she also asked me to take the tags off of things b4 my father say how much she spent on baby stuff That's hilarious sound just like something my mom would do. Well I hope it's a girl. I love having a girl they are so much fun. As for things I've bought... I got a bunch of carters newborn jammies that were on clerence in yellow, white and green, then I realized my baby is due in SUMMER redface . Boy did I feel silly, atleast baby can use them in Grandmas room with the AC. There is only a week now 'til my ultrasound i'm on pins and needles. I just hope it's a boy so my hubby doesn't cry, again. Yes he acually cried when we found out our daughter was a girl. The Tech. yelled at him for being such a baby "atleast it's healthy" she said "I have to give to many parents bad news to let you cry over a girl!!!"

At least i'm not the only one who cried at news of a girl! With my second.. I wanted a boy so very badly, that when I found out for sure it was a girl.. I cried.. and cried.. and then felt like the worst mother in the entire world because I was crying because I was having a little girl!... I love my youngest don't get me wrong.. but I still cried back when I found out she was .. well a she. ^_^;; but.. I'm glad she was a girl, now that I actually AM pregnant with a boy.. I'm scared s**tless about having a little boy!.. as I am used to girls! hehe.. my husband doesn't care.. ever. He just wants healthy babies and will be happy no matter what we ended up having.. he was very happy to have 2 little girls, and is very happy to now be having a little boy.. although I know he'd be just as happy to have another little girl. (because he can steal them and make them daddies girls! xd )

How cute that your parents don't want to be called grandma. My mother-in-law acted that way until Sascha was born then she got all excited about being Oma (she's from germany). I'm having car seat confusion... with my daughter I did the infant seat. They only last like 9 months. So I'm not sure if I should just buy the convertiable type... ofcousre then you have to carry them in the store, but I can't just stick baby in the cart anyway, what would I do with Sascha? I just don't know what to do. Also I no longer have her infant seat so I would have to by one. Any suggestions? Oh the other part of the problem is daddy insists that we only buy the very safest seat avalible which of course means$$$.

Ok I'm crocheting baby blankets, and I'm almost done with my first. Chesire_cat I already asked and you said you would like one. What color should I make it? Then I was wondering if anyone ealse would like one. Just tell me you do and what color you would like. It take a few week s to make them, but when it is done I'll let you know and you can tell me how to send it. Alright, just post in here if you want me to make you one. Thanks guys.

Angiemademe How cute that your parents don't want to be called grandma. Lol. My mom is 46 (in April), has been a Grandma for almost 4 years now (as my oldest will be 4 in March) and she STILL doesn't like being referred to as "Grandma" xd . She is one of those people who completely LOATHE aging and anything associated with it. She's really weird like that. If you were to be around her, you'd notice she still acts like a teenager! It took her a long time to come up with a suitable "grandma" name that she could live with. She is now called "Nana" by my kids.

That's funny, because my parents are EXTATIC about being called Grandma and Grandpa. It was funny because Lissa can say Nana and I was trying to get her to call my mom nana, and my mom says. "Why am I nana?" And I told her, because Lissa can say nana and if we get that to be her word for you she can say your name like she says papa. Why don't like nana? and my mom pursed her lips and shook her head no. "I'll just wait until she can say Grandma."
My parents are young as well. They are both 41. But hey that's THEIR fault and not mine that they are young, because I waited until I was 20 to have my baby. It's that my mom was 17 when she got pregnant with me that makes them young.
But as my dad says "I can wrestle and run around with my grandkids, I'm not some old guy in a rocking chair."
