Aradoa joined her giggling. "I imagine it was. I couldn't imagine anyone tangling with any of these Aes Sedai. They are more intimidating than any story I've ever heard!" Her breath quickened in excitement. "I can't wait to become one! What Ajah do you want to choose?"

She pondered the question for a while. "I was thinking about the green...the women in that Ajah seem so strong, and I heard they sometimes fight along side their warders!" She stated excitedly, like most Saldean girls she was trained to use a knife and knew a fair amount of hand to hand combat. "Do you think they would let me practice hand fighting with the warders..." She asked staring into space.

"I do not know about that last part," Aradoa laughed, "but I want to be a Green too and have fifteen warders!" She giggled. "I myself know the way of knives." She dug under her pillow to grab the knife Cirithil loaned her until she got hers back, and found a note. She read it quickly. "You know, Kuro, I know we just met, but I feel like we could be very good friends. If I tell you something, will you promise not to tell the Mistress of Novices?"

"Well" she began "I had a really hard day yesterday. I have a block and the Aes Sedai trying to break it took my knife from me. I wasn't able to sleep without my knife near me, so I snuck out of the Tower. . ."

"I went into an inn called the Falcon. Inside there was a warder-in-training. He stopped me and offered me a meal. We talked and he gave me his knife until I get mine back. This morning I find a note under my pillow from him. I don't know how he managed that. I hope no one saw him else we could both get in a lot of trouble." Aradoa giggled. "I can't wait to get a warder."

Kuro stretched out on the bed and face the ceiling. "Is it true that the green Aes Sedai sometimes marry their warders..." She murmured sleepily.

Aradoa yawned and replied "I think so. I don't know if I would marry mine though; the other fourteen might get jealous. . ."

A bell tolled in the distance and Kuro groaned. "Please tell me that isnt the bell summoning us to morning duties. The sun isnt even up yet." She muttered.

Aradoa groaned before replying. "Yes it is time to get up. If we hurry, we can shove some food into our mouths before we have to begin our chores. I myself have another lesson this morning to break my block so my chores will not come until after that; unfortunately that means I will have to scrub the pots after lunch and dinner."

Kuro rolled off the bed and dressed quickly. After running a brush through her thick hair she pulled open the door and waited for Aradoa...she realized while dressing she had no idea how to find the dining hall.

Aradoa dressed, brushed her hair, and scrubbed her teeth before meeting Kuro outside. When Kuro made mention that she did not know where the dining hall was, Aradoa burst into laughter. "Oh what a good pair we make! I have no idea where it is either. I didn't have time to eat yesterday. I know in theory where it is, but I've always been terrible with directions."

She laughed as well. "I guess we better start heading that way then." She smiled and began walking down the hall, hoping it was the right way.
