She smiled, if he had been able to tell, it was a more devious than friendly smile. "Thank you." she replied quietly to him. Her eyes continued to scan for danger before looking back over to Ame.

"Do you have anywhere particular you'd like to go?" to be quiet honest, Algaia wanted to go somewhere more public, somewhere so that others could see and her new companion for the day. She preened a bit.

Ame wasn't very good at predicting others intentions. It was especially bad that he couldn't tell good from bad. He wouldn't be the least cautious around strangers. Unless their appearance was a bit frightening.. But he would probably still try to be their friend. It was just how he was. Always trying to be everyone's friend. One might think that would be a good thing. But without any worries for bad intentions, I'd consider it a bad thing~

"You're welcome!" He smiled.

Looking around. Ame had no idea where they could go. He was still trying to familiarize himself with the area. He didn't know what was close by, or where anything would lead to. Looking around for another second, he brought his attention to his new company. Only in hopes that she would know what to do next.

"I don't no where anything is.. So, I'd say no?" His smiled faded to a bit of a nervous and embarrassed one.

Ren walked slowly through the woods, her mother was here...she was -just- here. Her eyes searched over the bushes she could see over and down the path that she had followed....that was the path wasn't it?

She was calm, for now. She was sure that her mother couldn't be far at all. She listened to the birds as she walked, watch them flit from one branch to another. Her small hooves, unknowingly, carrying her further and further from the safety of her mother's side.

"Well then, we'll explore." She smiled and cast a fake enthusiastic stride. Knowing her way around, she decided to lead them a little closer to others. She knew that several soquili liked to spend there time near the tree line that lie just near the meadows.

"Let's go this way..." she turned her body and started walking steadily towards the east. "Maybe we can find some flowers to snack on..."

He was definately a good catch visually, but he didn't seem to be much of one on conversation. She shrugged slightly to herself, it wouldn't hurt to have a stallion that knew his place.

Ame became excited when she mentioned exploring. He loved to do that! Even though sometimes he didn't remember his day when he woke up the next morning. So, he let her lead the way. But to mention he probably didn't know the area as well as she did. He was exploring to figure areas out, wasn't he? He delightfully smiled as she lead the way. Ame wasn't going to try and take charge if someone wasn't already doing it. He probably wouldn't even try to take charge if he had the choice.

"This is fun!" He smiled.

Even though they weren't really doing much just yet.. He enjoyed the company. He'd like to think that it was going to be a good day. With that in mind, he continued to follow Aglaia gleefully. What bad could really happen? Right? Heh.. Here's for wishing.
His ears suddenly began to twitch. He could hear something in the area. He looked around for a minute.. But he didn't see anything, or anyone. So, he brought his attention back to Aglaia. Waiting to arrive to their destination.

She looked over to her new toy and smiled. "Yes, yes it is." She enjoyed having a stallion that didn't want to try to tell her what to do. She wasn't fond of over bearing stallions, she'd told more than her share where they could put their demands.

Her ears swiveled, she heard footsteps. She smiled even wider, though they sounded small. Perhaps a mare?

Ren continued searching, she could hear footsteps...they didn't seem too far. "Mom!" she picked up her pace and started trotting toward the sound. She couldn't see through the thicket, but she charged through like a fool. The thought that enemies could be on the other side never crossed her mind.

"Mom!" she yelled as she broke through the thicket, only to halt seeing strangers. "You're not my mom..." her voice faded off.

Ame kept a smile on his face. He may be of few words this moment, but that didn't cross his mind. In his mind, he was just enjoying his company. To him, he probably felt that were having conversation. But it was only in his mind. His crazy little mind. Keeping up with Padma, he began to hear footsteps again. His ears flicked at the sound, as he looked around. He looked around as if he was supposed to be able to see where the footsteps were coming from. When he finally realized he couldn't see where it was coming from he just looked at where the sound was coming from and tilted his head to the side.

Then suddenly to his surprise, a very pink Soq appeared from behind the thick bushes. Ame stepped back for a second, as he wasn't expecting that. He also didn't realize that was why he couldn't see where the footsteps were coming from. He examined her, never seeing quite the colorful Soq like her. He didn't know what to say to her abrupt appearance, and just stood there staring at her. Maybe his company would have something better to way to their new company.

((Are you RPing her as a foal or adult? o Ao ))

(Foal stage still)

Aglaia's eyes widened and she sighed. "You have GOT to be kidding," she huffed more to herself than anyone. Pesky little brat, what was she going to do with a foal?

"Run along now, we're not your mother." she gestured to the young filly with her nose to get a move on.

Her ears flattened against her head as she looked to the mare, then to the silent stallion. "But..." she stopped, tears filling her eyes. She didn't understand why the female had been so mean. "I've lost my mom..." she almost whispered.

Looking to Aglaia, then to Ame, "Have you seen her?"

Ame looked over at Aglaia when she let out a huff. She seemed rather annoyed that the poor little filly had found them. His smile turned into a frown of much confusion. It was just a foal.. Looking back to the filly, she was beginning to cry. He was now becoming quite worried. Usually when others cried, there was something wrong. She had lost her mother.. I suppose that was bad..

Ame had lost his mother plenty a times as a foal. But he always seemed to make his way back.. Or she would find him. And even if it took days, he had much fun exploring the surroundings. I suppose this little filly wasn't apart from her mother.. As Ame was with his. His first instinct was to help.. But it could surely be turned around with good reason. He began to walk a little closer to the girl. I suppose, to try and comfort her in some way.

"Sorry, we haven't seen her.." He soft spokenly said, before looking back to Aglaia.

"Go on now, we don't know where she is." she tried to shoo the little filly on. She didn't like foals, much less those outside of her family. How could she possibly tempt this stallion into staying at her side if she was having to babysit a lost child?

"Ame, Come on, Dear. She'll find her mother soon enough..." She nuzzled the stallion and tried to get him to moving again.

That mare was so mean! Her eyes welled up even more with tears. The stallion, he seemed much nicer... at least for now. She took a few cautious steps towards the stranger. "I... I don't know... what to do." her ears were flattened against her head and her tail just hung there out of fear. "What...what do I do?"

Ame looked back and forth from the mare to the filly. He was such at a across. If he was alone, he would've surely helped the poor little lost foal. But Aglaia didn't seem to want anything to do with her. What was he going to do? Leave his company to help a lost child.. Or ignore her and move on with what he was doing? He was so confused.. At a lost of which was the better thing to do. He didn't want to see the filly cry anymore.. But if he helped her, Aglaia might become angry at him.. He didn't like when others were angry or frustrated with him. It bother him dearly. The filly was already lost when she came around.. Ignoring her would be so bad.. Right..?

He looked back over to Aglaia. "Are you sure we can't help her?" He whispered.

He felt so terrible for the filly. But with the way things were going, and how Ame was.. He'd probably feel more terrible if Aglaia was unhappy with him. And with a good enough reason, he would surely just let the filly be.

"Great...a softy..." she thought to herself. She stood there quiet for a moment, looking from Ame to the filly. "Fine. But only for a little bit." her tail swished back and forth quickly and her ears tilted just a little bit backwards.

Looking to the filly she spoke again in a stern voice, "I want to hear -nothing- out of you. Understand?"

Ren froze as the mare spoke, nodding her head quickly in agreement. Once the mare finished, she quickly moved towards Ame, hiding herself under his body like she did her own mother when she was scared. She would move when he did and no sooner.

Truely, Ame was a big softy. He knew nothing but that. How to be nice, and caring. He had never been mean in his life. And even if he were to be, he wouldn't know he was doing it. His mind didn't know how nice/mean, good/bad worked. He didn't even realize that Aglaia was being somewhat mean to the filly. He just thought she didn't want her around. And though she didn't, there could've been nicer ways to express that. Other then shooing her away. But he didn't get that.

"Thank you!" He smiled at Aglaia, then down at the filly.

He was glad they could help her. That everything was surely going to be alright. That was what he thought anyway. His mind couldn't possibly think anything bad would happen.. With such an angel as Aglaia as company. Really.. Who could go wrong?

She started walking again, her head and tail held high but her pride just a little tarnished as she now had a filly in her company. What good was a filly to her? Nothing but a lot of trouble.

"Well," She looked over her shoulder to Ame, "Where were we?"

She was so upset that she couldn't even think of where to start in a conversation with him now.

She didn't dare say a word, but she stayed close to the stallion's side or underneath him. Her mother couldn't be far, she had only wandered into the forest to find something to eat. They'd find her mom soon enough. As she relaxed, her ears perked back up and her body wasn't near as tense as they walked.

He followed Aglaia again. But he seemed much more content then she did. He was actually very joyous. Probably more so then either of his company. But he didn't even think Aglaia was upset.. AT ALL! She accepted to helping out the mare.. So there for, Ame thought she was okay. He knew the filly still, probably, wasn't well. She was still lost.. And now with strangers. But I suppose she was better off, with Ame there as well.. Who knows what could've went down if it was just Aglaia.. How knows what could still go down, even with Ame around. So naive.. So oblivious..

He thought for a moment.. Also forgetting what they were saying. "I have no idea." He just smiled and laughed.. It was just how he was.

She sighed and hung her head just slightly, maybe this just wasn't such a good idea. Next time, she'd have to find a stallion that wasn't quite so...good hearted. She didn't realize just how hard this made her planning. She looked back over her shoulder at the stallion and the young filly. Maybe she should just excuse herself and let them deal with finding the pink girl's mother. She didn't have time to deal with this.

"Yeah...Me either...

Ren looked up at the stallion, wanting to talk to him, but the mare had told her not to talk unless spoken to. She continued to stay close to him though, she rather be close to the stallion than the rude mare.

After a few more moments, she looked up to him and whispered, "Psst." She waited for him to notice her.
