"There! Ready!" Maha beamed proudly. Her first sand-fish, it was be-a-utiful! Well, maybe not so much, but she liked it. She pounced next to Omoa to get a better look at her starfish. "Wow, Omoa! It's great!" She said smiling at her.
"I don't know." Maha said truthfully. "Maybe we can make one together?"

"It's so pretty!" Omoa gushed at her little sister. "You'll be better than me at this in no time." She smiled as well.
That was actually a good idea. "Okay, what do you think we should make?"

Maha grinned widely. "Something big! Like a..a," her eyes searched the beach for ideas and then she spotted a rock in the distance that reminded her of something "turtle! Or at least the shell, anyway. And we can cover it with sea weeds and shells and make it look all pretty!" She looked up at her sister with bright eyes wondering what she thought about the idea.
Maha had seen a sea turtle only once and it hadn't been that big, but to a cub small like her it looked quite large. She found them very interesting, especially the colors of their shells.

Omoa tilted her head to one side and blinked, thinking of how they could possibly make such a big sea turtle. But they could! It might take a while, but they definitely could.
"Sure! Let's make a turtle; that's a great idea," she told her little sister. She moved off to the side a bit, away from their first creations, to have a bit more room for such a big undertaking like a turtle shell. "I think we should make the shell first, and then go find seaweed and seashells to decorate it with, how's that?"
((I think it would be alright if we ended it soon? :3 ))

"Yay!" Maha jumped over the sand shapes the two of them had just made and followed her big sister. "We're gonna need a looot of sand!" She said as she started piling up the sand they were going to shape into a shell. She dug up several seashells along the way and put them away so they wouldn't get buried again.
"It has to be sort of an...oval? Right?" It took the cub a few seconds to remember the right word and she proud of herself when she did. Meanwhile she was pressing the pile of sand down with her front paws so it would stick together better.

Omoa giggled and helped her little sister begin piling up the sand. Then she took wet paws and started shaping the sand, helping it to stick together. She nodded. "Yep, that's right. It has to be an oval shape. So a bit different than a circle, longer ends. Like this." And her paws expertly began to shape out the rounded ends, sprinkling water where she could, so it would stick together even more.

Maha nodded "Okay." She began mimicking Omoa's actions. When the shell-like shape was ready, Maha took a step back and giggled. "Sis, this thing is almost bigger than me!"
"Okay, now let's put some pretty shells on it!" The dark gray cub went over to the small pile of shells she had set aside earlier. She picket the larger ones and brought them over to the soon-to-be turtle. She placed them on top and looked at Omoa for approval. "Do they look okay like this?"

She laughed. "Yeah, it is! There are a bunch of things bigger than you, though, silly!" She noogied Maha's head affectionately. "Although, soon you'll be bigger than me." Which was no surprise.
Omoa went over to the pile as well and grabbed some more shells. "Yes, that looks perfect! It'll be a very pretty, very girly turtle," she giggled, placing more and more shells on the turtle's own shell. They were random, but with some kind of pattern, since a real turtle's shell had a bunch of spots placed in a pattern too.
Once all the sea shells were placed on the molded sand, the older lioness took a few steps back to look at their creation. "I think that looks pretty good, what about you?"

Maha looked at her curiously "You really think so? But..you're my big sister. I'm the younger one." She furrowed her brows, trying to imagine what would it be like to be bigger than her sister.
She grinned happily when Omoa approved and helped her cover the rest of the turtle. She then stood next to her sister and smiled. "Yes. I think it looks lovely. Like a very, very pretty girl turtle."
Maha nuzzled Omoa affectionately. "Thanks, sis."

"Yep. I'm just a small lioness; always have been, and probably always will be." Omoa shrugged, smiling. She licked her little sister's face. "So when you get bigger, you will really be bigger, even though I'm older than you." It was just what the Gods wanted, the green female supposed, and she wasn't one to complain to them. Nothing they could do about it now, anyway.
She giggled. "Yes, a very pretty girl turtle," she agreed. Omoa nuzzled Maha in return, and then nibbled her ear.
"Alright, little 'un, time to get back home. It's probably time for dinner by now, anyway, and we wouldn't want them to worry about us! Next time we come out here, though, we should bring the other two." Their other sister and brother, of course. "It can be a whole family outing!" And then Omoa took Maha home, after a fantastic day of bonding on the beach, making sand turtles.
