Wasn't the other Hugo from Suikoden 1 (not 2) and I highly, highly doubt that he's the father.

after much consideration and rational thinking...i must say Hugo's father is most likely.. Abizboah Hugo just hasn't transform yet.

its mentioned somewhere that hugo's father died before he was born....cannot remember if that was in the game or the manga though..i think it was in an article inthe game, or someone mentioned it..but i am not playing it all through just to find out.....
