Leer streched opened his wings also, and stood up. he was just about to take off when he heard some spitting sounds coming from behind a rock. he turned twords it just in time to see his corn baby, jack, come out from the rock. jack was spitting sand out of his mouth and turned to frown at leer. leer laughed at the sight of his familiar.
"oh, speaking of the devil, here he is isis. this is jack my familiar i was talking about."
jack waddled over to isis and licked her front leg, and then sat down. "baba green cow!"

Isis didn't mind the lick, and laughed with Leer. "He is a cutie, and seems really attached to you," she smiled down at the corn baby. "Hello jack," she spoke softly, like a mother would to a baby.
Anise had finished preening her feathers again, when she caught sight of the corn baby. She stood on the branch of the tree and let herself fall a few inches before swooping down over at Isis' feet. "And what do we have here?" she cooed curious as she watched Jack.
Isis looked down at Anise. "This is Jack. Be nice now."
Anise nodded and hooted a hello to Jack.
Tomo danced over and nodded a hello to the corn baby as well. He didn't say anythin, as he moved toward Jack and plopped down beside him.
While her familiars were busy with seeing just who Jack was, Isis moved over near Leer. "What an odd trio. A corn baby, dire owl, and a spirit."

Jack smiled at the owl and corn baby. he giggled and started hitting his hands on the ground to a beat. he looked over at tomo while hitting the beat. "play?"
Leer laughed at what isis had said. "very odd mix i must agree. hey they look pretty occupied with each other. do you want to go on a flight. the winds pretty strong and it would be fun?"

Tomo smiled and nodded. The flute was playing out pretty up-beat notes to the rythm the corn baby was making.
Isis looked to Leer and nodded, a warm smile crossed her face. "I'd love to, just like old times," she said stretching her wings. In one elegant flap of them, she was hovering only a few feet off the ground.

Leer nodded and turned checked to make sure that Jak wasent looking. the poor corn baby hated being without leer. Leer jumped into the air and with a few flaps of his wings he was far above the familiars. he turned with the wind and let it carry him up higher.

Isis followed after him. She stared at the familiars for a moment or two before looking to him. He was a few feet above her and she watched him as he glided on the air. Still he was an graceful as ever. Isis began to think about how goregous he was and felt her cheeks heat up, and tried to think of something else to occupy her mind. There was no luck, as she gave up and flapped twice so she was at his side.

Leer flashed isis a smile and turned to the canyon. he turned over his shoulder and shouted back to her, "lets see it you are still as good a flyer as i remember." he swooped into the canyon diving down and then whipping out his wings to stop himself from hitting the ground. he preformed flips and daring manovers through the tight walls of the canyon. he sure hoped that she was impressed.

Isis smirked flashing him a playful smile. "I hope you're still fast enough to keep up," she said as she swooped between the narrowest of canyon walls. She watched Leer, as she kept a few feet behind. He was magnificent as he soared through the air. Still he loved to dive down, Isis laughed silently as she watched.
"You're just as graceful as always," she commented coming up beside him. She turned sideways, pulling her wings in just enough to avoid a bad crash. Isis swerved sharply to the left, as her wings snapped back out in full length. Then began to zig-zag among the tight walls only a foot from him.
