My favorite "yuri couple" as weird and complicated as it is would be Tsunada and Subaru from .hack//sign.
I know what you're thinking- but Tsubaru is a guy!!! No she's not and she's not transsexual either, just cross dressing to escape emotional trauma.
But you only get hints of Tsunada possibly being female in most of the show, and a big hint in the last episode.
You have to see .hack//gift (available online or at the end of the video game series) to see her give her online character breasts.
And read the official novels to learn about her and Subaru's offline characters dating both as girls.
Oh yeah- one of those hidden but definitely cannon yuri pairings.
I also suggest Plastic Little--- features a very cute boi dyke.
Anime needs some more boy dykes seriously.

I would say Maka-maka, then again it is the only yuri I've read so far. biggrin It is in color too.

i dont just have one i have a few strawberry panic, aoi hana, sasameki koto, best student council,Kannazuki No Miko,Kashimashi Girl Meets Girl, Maria-sama Ga miteru, candy boy,mai hime& mai otome natsuki and shizuru one of my fave yuri couples!!!!!

Strawberry Panic, which seems to be a popular choice among us.
Sasameki Koto, Aoi Hana, Kashimashi Girl Meets Girl (although I feel obliged to state that I thought the manga was much better than the anime, not to say I didn't enjoy the anime, I did, just not nearly as much as the manga), and Candy Boy are also among my top favorites.
Basically all the yuri anime/manga I've seen entirely except Blue Drop: Tenshi-tachi no Gikyoku. Ending! It's the ending, Ricchan!
Still have more I've been meaning to watch, some other anime has been hogging my time, (hint: pay attention to what I've said earlier, if you get it, you'll know what anime I'm watching) so I haven't seen any yuri in a while.
But yeah, I consider this list is a work in progress and may very well change at any point.
