Have an actual form to submit for new applicants.
I always feel awkward when filling out non-specific join requests.
It doesn't have to be intense, just activity level, literacy level, and anything they'd like to see in a guild (so even if they're rejected we have some ideas on improvement?)
Bring back the LSGWeekly.
Wtf Deb, wtf.
Encourage recruitment somehow, like for every five people that join and stay active for two weeks you get some golds.
And then have certain stipulations (gaia join date) so people aren't just inviting mules..
No mods for lols.

In the past 24 hours I've thought of having applicants answer some question. Something irrelevant but that would have them typing a lot.

Also read my edit on the link list and use those, or tell me what's wrong with them. Or just add the actual link list (puss in boots, lsgoogle, zomg, birthday) to that list.
