Apologies for also falling off the face of the earth (into the void known as Professional Work).
Perhaps PMing the entire guild would be a waste of time, but it would certainly remind some folks that GaiaOnline is more than just zOMG and the Chatterbox ^^
On that note, stickying the popular/long-standing threads and then just opening up the forum GD-style might work. You'd have to have a dedicated team of folks posting regularly for a little while though, to lead by example as it were. I find that I'm much more likely to post in threads with recent activity, because the most recent posters are more likely to stop back in and respond, even if it's just the same 2 or 3 people who have been posting.

Dusk Faust Neitsabes Okay, seems like ths guild is in a coma, and in memory of Spency and BB, I'd actually like to do my job as a crew member and try to fix this. SO WHAT'S UP PEOPLE, are the threads just not spontaneous enough? Did they lose their je-ne-sais-quoi? WOuld you like more members? More activity from the staff? Tell meh what you waaaaant! what happened with Spence and BB? I missed a lot during my time away apparently >>? They both moved on to their adult lives, SPency being too busy with real life, BB realising he wanted to spend more time out of the internet.

I'd say I/aye/eye, but I've hardly been active for the past couple months....I'd like to be active though razz maybe next time, when I've had a chance to reestablish my regularity ^^

"I/aye/eye" would like to be a mod, I constantly post and this is my favorite guild. And like Shadow__Dweller said I have a clan and people just forget about it so I know how it feels.... cry This was my very first guild and it was introduced to me by my cousin Blessed Blade, I don't know why but I am drawn to this guild, and like I said before I run a clan so I can invite everyone at once!!!

The grammar, the capitalization, the spelling. *tears up* I'm so proud. Anyway, Gaia is an unfocused place. There's too much to do. People don't hit the forums and the guilds the way they used to. Now they hit zOMG and some other games and change up their avatar and call it good. You'll need to create a culture of membership in this Guild if you want to get anywhere. The guild is a part of the your Gaia identity, a part of the things you do here. The signature pics are supposed to be a part of that. Anyway, I would definitely agree with anyone who wants to try new stuff. My concept of having a bunch of themed threads where people post regularly has dead-ended. Try it another way if need be. But most importantly, take the time out your day to come in and post. I'll promise a few posts every week if everyone else will.
