Ogato turned to Ren then to Tenrai then back to Ren. Ogato cleared his throat then said, "Nice to meet you Ren, I'm Ogato Shiraki. By the way if you don't mind me asking why are you transferring and what position did you hold in
Bullene's squad?"

Looking away from Ogato "I didn't have a seat," said Ren choking on the words a littleh,then looking back at Ogato," and, even thoughi have friends in squad 7, I was looking for someone that I can train with more often and not to be rash but I've been needing someone who can train for my shikai."

Ogato rubbed his chin and nodded his head as he listened to Ren. Once he was done speaking he said, "Well I'd be happy to let you join us but this squad specializes in raw combat while squad seven in a more specific type. My point is are you sure about your transfer?" Ogato clasped his hands together waiting for a response.

Ogato nodded in agreement as he rested his hands to his side. Placing his hand on Ren's shoulder he said, "Well then, I see you though this through. I guess all I can say at the moment is once you've spoke to the proper people and your cleared welcome to the squad." Ogato finished his sentence with a friendly smile on his face.

[Enters form where ever we were.]
A light green haze fills a small corner of the room and slowly grows thicker until it is almost a complete wall of haze. A large misshapen silhouette slowly takes shape, and as it fully develops the haze pulls back wrapping around the shape then vanishing to reveal Captain Maximoru with Hikari held lightly in his arms. "And here we are Missy, let me know if you need me again." Maxi leans over and leans her up against the wall beside them, before tipping his hat and heading for the door, "Dont mind me I am just a figment of your imagination. See ya." And with that his coat swirls in a nonexistant wind and he vanishes.

"Thanks again, Captain Maximoru," Hikari muttered as the captain left.
I'll pay you back someday, she vowed.
We'll pay him back someday, the Presence amended.
Hikari smiled and glanced up at the other people in the room, searching for her captain.
"Gomenasai, Captain Ogato," she began, raising her voice so he could hear. "I'd stand but I'm temporarily paralyzed from the waist down. My name is Hikari Fushineko and I'm one of the shinigami who were taken prisoner. By some miracle, a group of rescuers found me and, thanks to Captain Maximoru, I made it here. Unfortunately, haven't met before, though I am a member of squad 11. It's a pleasure-"
Hikari broke off as she noticed Tenrai.
"Tenrai?" she gasped. "So you're okay! Thank god! You didn't go to Hueco Mundo, did you?"
Hikari genuinely hoped he hadn't, if only for his safety.
(Haha, finally home! If you're still reading, Maxi-taichou, I really am thankful! Blaze-Hikari is unaware of her rank or anything else really.)

Tenrai stopped in the doorway as Ogato spoke to him. As Tenrai turned a frown formed on his face, but hopefully no one noticed for at that moment Captain Maxi made his grand enterance into the room. To Tenrai's surprise Hikari was with him, in an instant the frown was gone. As Maxi exited the room Tenrai bowed and whispered, "Thank you for brining her back, sir." He hoped it was low enough that only Maxi had heard.
Tenrai turned his attention back to Captain Ogato. "I am truely sorry sir, but it seems that there are more pressing matters at hand than my small needs. I will take Hikari to Squad 4 for some healing, then I will come back and hopefully discuss things with you if you don't mind." Tenrai said, putting a sense of urgency into his voice.

Ogato smiled then bowed back to Ren. Once he left a vain popped in his head once he realized Ren called him sir. Banishing the though Maxi had slipped in and left someone. Once he was gone a beat of sweat rolled down his head as he said softly to himself, "Maxi seems to get weirder every time I see him but, weirds always fun."
Once he was done with his conversation he turned to Hikari as she introduced herself. As she finished he said, "Well nice to meet you. I'm glad to see my squad members, even though that's not the condition I want to see you in. I knew one of my squad members were taken prisoner, but I'm glad your back. By the way did all the other prisoners escape? I meant to help out with that matter, but I had to return."
Ogato thought to himself for a moment then realized his stomach was still injured. Walking over to a closed off area he opened the door and grabbed some bandages and an ointment. He then applied the ointment and wrapped the injured area as he listened to Tenrai. As he finished up he said to Tenrai, "Well if I'm not here when you return then leave a note somewhere I can find it."

Tenrai planted a smile on his face at Ogato's words. "Thank you Captain Ogato, I will indeed leave you a note on your desk when I return." Tenrai then proceeded to walk over to Hikari and gently lifted her off of the ground, taking care to not harm her any further. "It is nice to see you again, I had feared that when I came back from Las Noches without you I wouldn't ever see you again." said Tenrai to Hikari. He then carried her slowly, so not to further injure her, out the door towards the healing squad.

Ryou wonders into the Captain's office to find him sitting at his desk mauling over some paper work. With a bow,"Forgive me captain, I just wanted to ask you if I could have some heavy duty training weights. I need them for my arms, waist, and legs. I am preparing to intensify my training." Ryou bows once again awaiting his captains approval.
Ogato cleared his throat,"Sure, take all the weights you need. I encourage all my members to be so enthusiastic about their training and strength." Ogato gave a smile and went back to mauling over his paperwork, pointing out the weight equipment in the corner of his office.
Ryou bowed once again with an eager smile, ran over to the weight equipment and found some decent weights. He tried them all on, once on they all made it really hard for him to walk. Ryou, hunched over form the weight in his arms and dragging his feet a lot from the waist and leg weights, made his way out of the office. It only took him 10 minutes to walk out through the door that wasn't but maybe 15 ft. away.

walking into the office A'ah stands near the center of the room, and unloops the swallow-tailed staff from his back, putting one of the bladed edges into the floor, he leans on the staff slightly hunched over, resting his face against the flat of the blade near the edge, at his ease he asks a question to the captain,
"sir, i've come today to ask a question of you, i know useing kidou to attack is troublesome, but i've heard that you can do some without incantations after you have become familier with them, i joined this squad because i like to fight and train, but this kidou restriction is bothering me, i've come to ask if i can seek someone to train me in kidou up to 35 to the point where i can do it without incantation, is this acceptible sir?" asked A'ah still leaning on the staff
"to make it clear i dont want to leave the squad, i just want to train in kidou..." he said as an afterthought to his confusing statment...
