ANYWAYS. This thread WAS making me not want to read twilight. But then I realized your hate for it is kind of like the HSM hate, and Hannah Montana hate, and waaay back in the day the Nsync hate, and yet I was/am completely in love/obsessed with those things even though so many people hate them, and so therefore why would I hate twilight just because lots of other people do?
Besides I read 4 books from The Clique before I could read no more. If I could read THAT I'm pretty sure I can read anything for teens xd
And I really really like reading about hott guys ;D So if half the book is just describing Edward that's fine by me.

I know just because I liked those things doesnt mean I'll like Twilight, I'm just saying I shouldnt not read it just because lots of people dont like it, because if I always did that alot of the things I love would not have been in my life : )

OK, then you might like Twilight.
I liked it at first.
But then I remembered this really good book by Anne Rice, called "Pandora"...
Yeah. Same story. Prince charming doesn't want to hurt his princess.
Except Anne Rice wrote it nicely. And there were no werewolves. LOL, WEREWOLVES

HO SNAP. Quotes are back. eek Anyway.... TWILIGHT CHAPTER REPORT:
FIRST SIGHT Before I even know the book, I knew that our main femail is positive about 3 things: 1. Edward's a Vampire 2. For some reason, he wants her blood 3. She is madly in love with him So I know a few spoilers allready. We start with the Preference, in which our heroine is supposedly about to die. It made her sound emo. In the first chapter, we meed Bella. Obscure Refrence Man isn't that the name of the asian girl's frog in The Magic School Bus? No, this is a diffrent bella. Anyway, she is moving from sunny Pheonix to Forks, Washington. She dosen't want to go, but she lies to her mom saying she wants to go. Why? Pehaps Miss emo wants to drown in her sorrows? surprised When she gets to Forks, she meets up with her dad, who gives her a used truck which apparently still runs. She thank him for it before she cries to sleep. Cheer up, emo kid. smile In her first day of school, some people talk to her, and she tries to have fun. She spends most of the day just being, you guessed it, emo. Then lunch came along.... During that time, she notices a group of people who are pale, but unhumanly hot. She especially notices a fella by the name of Edward *Nudge Nudge* and instantly has the hots for him. Later in science, the two are assigned to be lab partners, but Edward just goes in a corner, as if he was saying, "DON'T LOOK AT ME! gonk " Then Bella goes home, being emo again. QUESTIONS I HAVE SO FAR: 1. Is Bella really emo? 2. Why the crap did she go ahead with the "LET'S MOVE TO FORKS LAWL" plan? 3. Will Edward open up to Bella? (Probably.) SOME OF THOSE QUESTIONS MIGHT BE ANSWERED IN: CHAPTER 2: OPEN BOOK.

I LOVE EMO KID BOOKS. I love emo kids lives. I practically live in LI because of that. They are so dramatic, it fills me with GLEE.
Luna - I've actually never read an Anne Rice book surprised I'll totally look that book up sometime if I remember. I wont have a library anymore in just 3 weeks though so it will probably be a while sad Unless my parents have her books, which they probably do.

I had about three people invite me to watch the movies. Two groups who are watching it seriously and the last group who are watching it for the laughs.
My schedule is hectic, sadly, I'll be watching it with one of the groups who are seriously watching it.
Let's hope they don't notice me laughing because Twilight is just. that. funny.
And, "No, Bella. Edward will not make you a damn vampire."

Bella is pretty much a normal girl. This is what goes on in our brains! I can totally relate to her. She's probably a little more whiny then I am, but not as whiny as some. You'll find out the answer to the third question as you read.

I'm working on getting my hand on eclipse right now. Read the first two.

ew Bella annoys the crap out of me. :/
You can only hate Twilight if you take it seriously. It's addictive and other than Edward and Bella it has super ******** awesome characters.
The writing is precocious and I hear that breaking dawn is the stupidest thing to ever, ever be published , and really meyer's is the worst thing to happen to the story, but whatever. xD
And people jumping off because it got huge: ******** you. :/
Harry Potter got huge. Things that are awesome get huge. It ******** happens. With huge comes assholes. Get the ******** over it.
And also a huge ******** you to anyone who is all LOL if you like it I gonna haet u. It's not worth hating a book that isn't the best thing ever. Worse things have been printed. Worse things will continue to be printed. Teenage girls will continue to be smitten by Edward. Get over it.

TWILIGHT CHAPTER REPORT:
OPEN BOOK We start this chapter with good news and bad neds from Bella. Good News: It's not raining, and she is starting to get along with people at school. Bad News: She was called on in Trig, and EDWARD WASN'T THERE. D: That day, she came home, and got some e-mails. It was mostly her mom saying: Bella's Mom Bella? Everything OK out there? I'm OK. I MISS YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU! gonk gonk gonk And Bella replied by saying: Bella Mom. I'm OK. Everything's fine. Quit being a creepy stalker. scream Afterwars when Bella and Charlie had dinner, she discussed the Cullens. Charlie yelled at her saying, "THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE DANGIT! scream " After a week, it appeared that Edward wasn't comming to school anymore. Bella was wondering if he dropped out. The next day, it was snowing, and Bella was all mopey because of it. Everything started normal, other than Bella complaining about the snow, untill lunchtime. It was then that Bella noticed, HE'S BAAAAAAAAAAAACK! Yes, Edward was back with his Posse. Edward then looked at her, and she tried to hide in her hair (Apparently it was long). It did not help at all that someone mentioned to her, "EDWARD IS LOOKING AT YOU LOLOLOLOLOLOL." because for all Bella knew, Edward may have been thining, "I'm gonna murder her! 4laugh " Biology came, and it turns out that Edward is a nice person after all! Not creepy nice, but still nice! After they finish their lab early, (Since Bella cheated did the lab before in Pheonix) they talk, with Bella mentioning to Edward why she decided to go to Forks in the first place (So she can be with he crappy baseball player husband). Edward mentioned that Bella's mind was like an open book which, unlike what Bella thought, is difficult to read. Afterwards, school was done, and Bella went home, being mopey about the snow again. When she came home, however, she noticed that Edward was outside, going "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL." Questions I have so far: 1.Why is Edward there? 2. How was Edward able te "read" Bella well? 3. Did Bella allready take this exact same course in Pheonix? THOSE QUESTIONS MIGHT BE ANSWERED IN: CHAPTER 3: PHENOMENON

TWILIGHT CHAPTER REPORT:
PHENOMENON The next day, Bella is absolutely horrified that there is SNOW ON THE GROUND. gonk She beared it, and drove off to school. While on her way there, she notices something wrong with the car. She goes out to check, and hears some screaching. She notices Edward a few cars away with a look of horror ( gonk ). Next thing Bella knows, she was next to Edward, with a car next to them with a dent. Edward thinks that Bella has a concussion, but Bella firmly believes she is allright, and tries to promise Edward to say that she is allright. Edward quickly breaks that promise, and Bella is angered over his betrayal. In the hospital, a fella by the name of Tyler pulls a Hanyuu and says to bella that he's sorry over and over again (He almost crashed into Bella). Other people visit him, including Edward, who has an argument with Bella, and Dr. Cullen, Edward's foster father. Bella tells Edward that he pushed the car away, but Edward told him nobody would believe that story. After a while, Charlie came to take Bella home. When Bella came home, she was horrified to find out that CHARLIE CLLED HER MOM. gonk She then called her, telling her about thirty times that she is fine. That night... she dreams about Edward. QUESTIONS I HAVE SO FAR: 1. What was Bella's dream like? 2. Was Bella really fine? 3. Whe does Tyler remind me of Hanyuu? THOSE QUESTIONS MAY BE ANSWERED IN: CHAPTER 4: INVITATIONS

OMG! I bought Twilight today! I just finished Chapter 3 and love it.
Except I kind of only love it because every time Edward is mentioned I think of Robert Patterson only hotter and sparkly, and Robert Patterson IS JUST SO TASTY gonk And im all MMMMMMEDWARD the whole time I'm reading the book.
But when I look at the writing its like...not the best...but then im like ... MMMMEDWARD MMMMMMROBERT and forget about the writing.
BUT WHATEVER scream Thats a good enough reason to like a book talk2hand
