Wild watched Sahara, and noticed a look of strict horror spread across her features. "What is wrong Sahara? Sahara?" He asked. Then with the sickening cracks filling the air, he knew she was growing. He smiled warmly at her new features, and glanced at Arandell. "No longer a pup, but the heart is still young."

A yawn, and a mutter about how the sun should be dimmer in the morning announced the entrence of the Canid known as Kirai. The mint and blue canid carefully picked his way down the path from the spot he'd chosen as his bed. The wild mint always smelled good, and by now, everyone knew the patch was his. He was a loner by nature, skirting the fringes of the many wolf packs on the mainland. He was lonely, but he prefered it that way. So to him, all was right in the world.

As Sahara dashed off, Arandell moved a tentative paw forward, debating with herself whether to go after the fae or remain where she was. She turned to the handsome cream male, her orbs questioning. However, after noticing his calm and calculating expression, the confused glint faded from her eyes. Arandell turned her head forward once more, perked her ears for any sign of the elaborately marked wolfess. After a series of frenzied steps, it was silent for a moment, then the cracking and forming of bones found its way to her sensitive ears. It was then that she smiled, hearing Wild's words. She had grown.

Sahara smiled sheepishly, a warm pink blush coloring her features somewhat coyly. Now that she had grown, she found herself standing almost at the same height at the shoulder with Arandell. She no longer felt like a helpless little pup squirming around near an adult's paws, and it raised her confidence somewhat.

Oki sighed and slowly put one paw in front of the other, then she broke out into a flat out run. There was no reason to her running, she was just simply running. Before she knew it her paws had taken her to a mint patch.
The blue and white femme looked around, this looked like an interesting place to explore. She knew this patch was someones territory, but she was simply exploring, she meant absolutley no harm to the land or the male that owned it. So off she went, carefully picking about, but being sure to not disturb anything, or anyone for that matter.

Kirais ears flickered backwards, hearing someone prowling behind him. He could smell the females scent, for the wind was blowing in his favor, and he stopped. She was in his bit of territory and while he didn't like it, he also didn't have a pack that could back him, if she decided to be hostile. He snorted and waited for her to come closer, perhaps tell him what she wanted.

Oki kept on walking towards Kirai. She certainly couldn't smell him, the enticing scent of mint made sure of that. Then when he came into view she stopped. 'that must be him' She thought, taking a few hesatant steps in his direction.

Amber eyes took in the silver and blue female with thinly veiled distant. She was hesitatnt, and easy on the eye- What was he thinking?!? His gaze hadn't been filled with her image for no longer then 30 seconds, and here he was thinking of starting, or joining a pack all because of her! "Yes?" He said simply, the fur along his spine starting to raise a bit, his head lowered about an inch. He did not like her already, merely because she invoked such traitorious thoughts.

Wild sniffed the air. "Others are near." He growled softly. Now that he had land to control, none would take it from him. His stiffened his legs, and raised his hackles in silence.
Timber yawned, clearing the cloud of sleep that overtook him. He smiled sheepishly, and rose to his paws.

Oki stopped for a moment, and looked him over, he was quite a bit larger than she was she could see the muscles under his fur, and that provoked her curiosty. She continued on towards him, she was a bit nervous though, as she had never met another full grown canid like herself. When she reached where Kirai was she simply said "I mean you no harm". Her tail twitched nervously as she made eye contact with him. She slightly smiled as she looked on into his amber eyes.

Hishin_Kazuri Oki stopped for a moment, and looked him over, he was quite a bit larger than she was she could see the muscles under his fur, and that provoked her curiosty. She continued on towards him, she was a bit nervous though, as she had never met another full grown canid like herself. When she reached where Kirai was she simply said "I mean you no harm". Her tail twitched nervously as she made eye contact with him. She slightly smiled as she looked on into his amber eyes. Wild's bright yellow eyes gazed at the fae. His muscles rippled softly as they loosened. He lifted a brow curiously, and inhaled deeply, taking in her scent. "You may join us if you give me your word that your heart shall remain pure, and that your soul will never betray us." He spoke with a smooth commanding voice. He padded over to Arandell, and lay beside her. His muscles tensed and jerked in unvoluntary spasms. He rose again to avoid embarrassment, and as he turned to walk away, he slipped on his tail and landed fell forward. He landed with his face in her neck, in an accidental nuzzle. He jerked back, his skin turning hot. He smiled weakly, and trotted a few yards away to recover.

Kirai snorted, and felt somewhat difensive when the strange wolf tripped and nuzzled the female he'd laid beside. "What makes you think I'd want to join you? I have been without a pack for as long as I can remember."

Sahara growled softly, her deep chocolate eyes flickered toward Timber as he rose. Her eyes did a small, involuntary double take as she re-viewed the male. He was smaller than Wild, but still slightly larger than her. He had a handsome brown face, eyes that looked bold and strong, his tan legs and tail a deep contrast from the brown. She blinked twice, flushing slightly as she tried to keep from flashing him a warm smile.

He snorted, They're just a bunch of blundering pups in adult bodies. Kirai thought and abruptly turned on his heels. "I feel sorry for the pack you are trying to form. If their leader trips on his own tail, how could he defend the rest from danger?" He started to walk away, "Or is it some kind of mating performance? Seeing who bumbles the most? If so, I am glad I am not female. It is terribly unamusing and quite embarasing." He continued along, until he was at least five feet away from the others before he sat down, his back turned purposely in the others direction.

Sahara's ears turned forward, and her attention was broken from Timber, as she regarded the male. Her eyes seemed to flare up angrily, and a deep-throated growl erupted from her chest - quite the change from her usually calm and melodious voice. She lifted her chin so she was staring down her tattooed muzzle to see the mint and blue male(right?) as he walked away. "Who do you think you are?" She snarled. Something about this arrogant Canid's words had awakened a defensive flame inside of her, one that she hadn't felt alight for so long. One that angered her even more to know it was alive. She lifted a side of her lip, flashing strong fangs as she glared at the male.
