crying I can't listen to LP when my parents are around. . . crying They don't hate LP, but they do dislike it to a great extent. . . unfortunately. My mom came into my room, without knocking again stressed , and I had LP playing, she screamed at me, and she nearly threw out my cd!!!! Luckly, I got it back before she got near the window. . . *hugs LP cds*

I listen to Linki Park about at least 3 times a day. I listen to it before school, after school, home, driving places. I'm a crazed Chester fan ^^ so it's all good ^0^ he's sooo OMFG! o_O

maybe it's just because parents are used to a different kind of music. it used to be an issue between me and my parents but i insist on listening to the music i like so now they listen to Linkin Park as well. ^_^

My dad hates Linkin Park unless Chester isn't screaming. And even when he's not doing the scream hook, dad says all Linkin Park does is complain about how unfair things are. Therefore they suck. He says I need to listen to Van Halen more because they know how to 'have a good time.'
Pfft. Who cares? I like LP! I heart Linkin Park! *grabs all LP CDs* *hugs them* DON'T TAKE THEM AWAY! NOOOO!
And my mom doesn't really care. She's just trying to figure out why I like LP. She says I must like Asian guys or something, because Mike and Joe are Asians and I also like Hoobastank. Doug of Hoobastank has Japanese blood like Mike does...so somehow that makes my mom think I like any crap Asians sing. Not true. I didn't even know what the guys of LP looked like until I bought the CD's and started watching the music videos.
GOD! Lemmee listen to whatever Crap I want!

My parents dont really like LP but they really dont care if I listen to it, they hardly oversee my tatse in music because they trusts me * sneaks in Green Day records.. cough* anyways I prefer cds without so much cursing.. even though some of the stuff I like has swears..

Luckly, I got it back before she got near the window. . . *hugs LP cds* wow your parents hate LP?!!!!!! my parents dont really care about them or any kind of music i listen to as long as they dopnt have to hear it they're fine.......my parnets like some LP songs...they just cnat stand some of the ones were they scream and stuff like "one step closer" "crawling" and "by myself" those are the main ones they hate stressed but they would never DARE thow out my LP cds.....cause i'de kill them if they did xp i love my cds nobody thows them out sept me scream

My mom doesn't really care that I listen to LP. She even likes a couple of their songs. My dad doesn't even know who they are despite me having their t-shirts and cds.

My parents dont car what kind of music I am listening to. They even like LP. My dad like most of the songs. My mum likes "Numb" most. The original and the encore. 3nodding biggrin

well my mom likes Lp but my dad hates all rock music he says it is garbage but oh well.
Maybe parents hate LP because they might have been the cause of one of the events that Lp is saying to their children.Does that make sense?
