DisneyWorld/Land is a hit or miss. There are times where the employees won't let you enter the park because they think you're dressed too costume-y and won't let you enter until you remove certain items (i.e. petticoat) or just go back to your hotel and change your outfit completely. Some employees might let you go but there has been many occasions where girls complained about them not giving them entry to the park.

That's true. But you just have to be careful on what you wear. Like, wearing baby blue isn't a good idea, or wearing something too flashy isn't good either (Like, hot pink with neon and ect.) Aprons are also not the best idea. Oh, and wearing a wig isn't the best either.
Mostly, they're concerned of you looking like Alice (In wonderland). But You'll want to keep it simple in general. heart

I know a lot about Disneyland/world/all of them so I'm pretty good with their rules. sweatdrop

To the gynecologist.

... don't see why that would matter, since. Y'know. You take everything off to be examined, anyway. o_O

Going to the dentist in lolita, though. That'd be awkward.

That is sooooo typical Disneyland! nothing is ever consistent there... ive seen actual girls from japan in a red and white polka dot one pieces and Minnie ears. Sooo maybe it was just same jerk employee. Ive also been to Disneyland on gay day and a guy wore a shirt that said "Mickey Mouse loves my meat" and was let in the park.....soooooo Disneyland is dumb BUT, i love it and defiantly think it would be fun and appropriate to wear lolita there.

I honestly wouldn't wear Lolita to a funeral. I think its because its a little to appropriate, especially Gothic Lolita, and it might offend people. thats just me though.

Yes, it's very lame. Me and my friend went to DisneyLand and she was wearing a blue Sweet Lolita dress, but they wouldnt let us in until she changed so the kids wouldnt think she was Alice.

Disneyland sucks. Its hot, crowded, loud, and a lot of the employees are mean.
Lol. Well, its not like the kids would run up to you if they thought you were Alice. D; They'd probably be too afraid of getting yelled at by the mean security guards. (You're not allowed to just run up and hug them anymore. There's a line you have to wait in just to get some guy in a costume's autograph... << )

To a concert, especially something vulgar like a heavy medal concert where they mosh and spray fake blood on people.

I wouldn't wear it on a long car trip.
Or camping/hiking . dirt + lolita does not equal happy.
or First time meeting your boyfriends parents >.< second time maybe....

and its a hit or miss with playgrounds
I find the idea cute: lolitas on swings, slides , ADORABLE.....
but they could tear )=

I'm always worried my skirt will knock things over if the store is small/cramped sweatdrop Wearing it on a plane seems like a bad idea too, what with the turbulence and all. It'd be very easy to spill something in your lap.

Whenever I go to Disneyland, they never seem to care.
And all the employees I've met are quite nice.
If you go to Disneyland during Bats Day, there is no way they can tell a loli to go change (I saw a girl dressed as Alice last year in the park, but it was so costume-y!)
There was this gorgeous set of gothlolis there, one with green hair and the other with purple, they looked like twins!
I wanted to talk to them, but they were in the group before me on the Teacups. D:

I remember when I went on my birthday, I wore black and white striped socks and one of the gentlemen that work on Pirates came over and commented on them, saying that we matched (the people on the ride wear striped socks too.)

I think wearing lolita when you're going to be around animals (not zoo ones) is a bad idea, because they could get it dirty.
