"Oh, so you get ta leave da island while we all suffer then, huh? How was it, bein' somewhere dat you ain't gotta look at what you ********' did, huh? I know you guys watch us on them ********' cameras. Ya see ev'rythin, don't ya?" he interjected as he picked up steam to his ranting, lowering his hands, but doing little else to show he was even somewhat rational. "How was it? What'd ya go do? See a coupla friends? Yo' family? Must be ********' WONDA'FUL ta be able ta see people ya ain't seen in awhile. I wouldn't ********' know, bein' your goddamn plaything in Hell! We all 'bout -starved-. I transformed out -there- 'n' almost killed people." His voice quavered on the word 'kill', but whether it was from anger or disbelief, it was hard to tell.
He had to severely repress the urge to lash out at her and set his claws into her face. He could just feel the flesh parting beneath the nails, the warm blood oozing... Her last comment made him inhale sharply and he almost looked as though he had grown as his anger slowly approached it's peak. It might have sounded better to her, but Jamal did not think so in the slightest.
"WORSE? How da ******** ain't this worse? TELL ME. TELL ME HOW HAVIN' YO NAILS POP OFF LIKE ********' BOTTLE CAPS, ONLY TA BE REPLACED WIT' THESE," and it was then that he threw a hand in front of her face to emphasize his claws. "AIN'T WORSE. Ya think THAT feels great? How 'bout YOU turn inta somethin'. Then you tell me what is worse!"
He hadn't made a move to actually physically hurt her yet, but it was coming soon if he didn't calm down. Then all bets were off.

Okay, so admitting she was aware wan't the best idea.
She didn't bothering answering most of it, knowing that 'why yes, actually, I got to see my family and then tour Europe' wouldn't incite the nicest response from the angry man.
"No one was ever in any real danger," she said bitterly, forcing herself to regurgatate what Sabin had told her when she was ranting at him. How ironic, the situation was almost exactly reversed. Except Aubrey's language wasn't quite this colorful. And, in comparison, she was nearly as furious. "You were under survellence the whole time.. had anything happened, it would have been covered. You wouldn't have starved, or anything."
She took a few breaths. "And things could be a lot worse. You could be living stuck in some little padded room somewhere. No games, no beds, no ******** BAR. Just you, in a room. With two-way mirrors!"

"BULLSHIT."
The word was thrown so forcefully that his voice almost cracked, his brow knitting heavily at the same time as he abruptly closed the distance between him and her, practically nose to nose with her. His voice adopted a silky, low rumbling quality now instead of his frantic screaming tone.
"You ********' mean ta tell me we was bein' -watched- dat WHOLE time? Dat all dat lockdown s**t wasn't real?! Was this some sorta -game- fo' you people?!"

Aubrey squeaked again in surprise, a part of her almos wishing he would touch her so she would feel justified in activating the chip. BUt she help on for now. She really didn't want to look like a bad guy... and she knew the fact that Moreau was so trigger-happy with the chip didn't help his popularity at all.
"It wasn't a game," she insisited, "it was a...a... experiement?" She blinked. "NotonethatIgreedwithatallletmepleasenote," she scrambled to get in before he had a chance to react.

"An experiment," he repeated, obvious disbelief now coloring his voice along with the anger, still keeping deceptively low-toned as he continued to stand face-to-face with the woman, though he had to look down since she was shorter than he was. "An experiment FOR WHAT? What in da ********' hell could you ********' be lookin' fo'?! You guys ain't happy watchin' us turn inta freaks? We don't give ya enough of a show in da duplexes?! Antony will be disappointed." It was a veiled comment, but if Aubrey had caught any of their 'extracurriculars' on the camera, she'd get his implied meaning. It was enough to make him give a barking, choked laugh before he regained his icey countenance.
Just hit her, Jamal... came a gentle, insistent prod in the back of his mind. Claw her in the eyes. Teach her not to mess with a dominant male. This is your territory after all.
The black man seemed to outwardly bristle and tense, staring silently at Aubrey with silent accusation for so much of what had gone on since he had been dropped there. Sadly, no answer would make him happy.

"I don't know what they were looking for, okay?" she snapped. "It wasn't me, it was Dr. Duvert's idea. I didn't even know about it until I came back with Moreau. I didn't even know about it until I went to bring my gifts to the cafeteria and I saw everyone. I don't agree with happened. Which is why they didn't tell me what would be happening when I was gone!" Her cheeks stung again with embarassment, as she felt such the fool for the that debacle. It was embarassing to try to stand there and exert authority as second-in-command when having to admit the whole island was in panic mode and she didn't even know. She hated it.

"I don't believe you. Not afta' da' s**t you already pulled. Ain't no WAY." His hands would have scissored the air had he not been in such close proximity to the woman. "I ********' HATE bein' lied to...almost as much as I hate bein' treated like I ain't nuthin' but s**t on a white b***h's shoe."
He laughed again, but it was a dangerous one and his hand twitched as he became acutely aware suddenly of the smell of fear in the immediate area and then something else shortly later. His eyes had focused on her neck and it was as though a switch had been flipped. It was like he could see the blood pumping through her vital jugular...yet he had no idea what that even was in his human mind. It had been drawn to his attention in some other manner. It would be so easy to slip a claw across that tender portion of flesh.

"I'm NOT LYING!" she snapped back agrily, glaring at him. THat's it... she couldn't make the islanders happy by trying to be nice, and she couldn't make Moreau happy by trying to fight for more sympathy for the islanders. She was sick of this damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don't bullshit. "Just you try to imagine how much worse your position could be in! We hold your very godforsaken LIFE in the balance here, Mr. Reedy, and I know for a fact with YOUR CASE you might be on death row if it wasn't for us! Your a** could be rotting away in a jail cell being b***h to some guy named Bubba - so if thats where you'd RATHER be I'm sure something could be arranged!"

"Then I guess I best take advantage of it," he snarled as something inside him finally snapped and he gave in to the urges that the tiger had been practically cooing at him since this started. "You all wanted me ta be a ********' predator...now ya got what ya wanted!"
He reached out again for Aubrey, this time NOT fooling around, and went to wrap one of his broad, paled hands about her neck, the nails pulling inwards to dig into her skin and muscle. He was either aiming to choke her or tear out vital lifelines in her throat...whichever happened, happened.

Aubrey yelped, taking her mind a second to register. She started screaming, as much as she could with his strong hands around her neck. Her brains started rapid-firing as she tried to get out the command words to get him to sleep. But the words "Jamal Reedy Sleep" were heavily interupted between her paniced cries.
Whether it was Aubrey's command, or whoever was on camera duty there was no way to tell, but only a few moments could pass before Jamal would feel an electrical-like surge tingle through his neck and down his spine as his vision clouded up. Within moments, he would fall to the ground unconscious.
Aubrey pulled his limp hand away from her throat and made a dead run for the facility - leaving everything else behind, including the blacked out Jamal.

Jamal snarled and dug as deep as he could. This would be glorious...it would be...
He'd never know.
The tingle shot up his spine so fast that only a look of utter confusion and a flash of terror managed to make it to his face before his eyes rolled back in his head and he slumped to the ground like a limp rag doll, left alone as Aubrey sprinted for safety.

NEW RP
Pyroth, in contrast to many of his previous moods was positively happy as he sauntered down towards the beach bar, he had had a shower and something to eat from the cafeteria before the idea of alcohol even occured to him. Last he had heard there wasn't any at the bar, but that was ages ago, so his mood was hopeful as he headed over to the wooden counter and checked behind it.
Aha! There was plenty.
With a pleased flourish, Pyroth took out a bottle of whisky and a shotglass, placed both on the counter, sat down and poured himself a drink, listening to the seagulls and miscellenious other birds squawking.
It looked set to be a lovely day.

Bobby was steaming after her talk with Ambrose. She was not happy to be stuck here, and turning into an animal... for all she knew, everyone turned into a wolf. The woman had no idea where she was going, just that she was going somewhere.
Finally, she made it to the beach and scanned the area, catching sight of the Beach Bar. A lone figure was there, with what appeared to be an alcohol bottle. Good, she could really use a drink right now! Bobby stalked over. Her hand wasn't as clenched anymore, but a few drops of blood dripped where her nails had pierced her palm...but she was in no mood to notice.
As she approached, Bobby noticed that there was a nother canineman there...and she couldn't tell the difference from the wolfman to the coyoteman, so it seemed to her everyone was turning into a wolf. The woman plopped down next to Pyroth, "Hey, what's there to drink here?" As she had done with Ambrose, Bobby took everything in stride, the coyote's appearance didn't phase her.

Pyroth glanced over his shoulder as another person spoke, he was actually surprised to see that the woman who had addressed him was normal looking, devoid of any of the typical animalistic features of the islanders. He didn't comment though, simply raised a brow a tiny bit.
He gestured with a paw at the rows of bottles and comment slimply "Pretty much anything. Why? Come to drown your sorrows?" he gave a wicked grin. Lately Pyroth had been getting more and more like the way he used to be back home. He assumed that the anger that practically emenated from her skin was the source of the woman possibly finding out the nature of the island. Most of the islanders got pissed off at the prospect of being stuck here.
He didn't wait for an answer, merely smirked and downed a shot "Don't blame you, this island is a b*****d."

Bobby shrugged and reached forward to grab bottle of vodka. Finally, she noticed the little strings of blood on her hand and stared at it. The sight just mad her more angry. The woman sat back and rubbed as much off as she could on her jeans. Glancing at the coyote, Bobby smirked ironically, "Not so much drown my sorrows as fuel the fire."
She didn't even grab a glass, instead Bobby opened the bottle and drank from it. The liquid burned down her throat and settled horribly in her stomach, but she didn't care. Grinning, almost madly, the woman raised the bottle before taking another, burning drink, "To the island, the one that ******** us all!"
