PLEASE fill this out and send it in now or the next time you send a form to Rika! It is not necessary to give detailed answers, and you can skip questions if they don't apply to you.

For help filling out your will (if you choose to write one -- you don't have to!), check Player Will in the Guide. Remember to include "I must receive my Porcelain if I reclaim" if you want this service -- under each one of the four categories you wish to apply it to!

You can update it whenever you feel like it by sending a new form to Rika.

"Temperament" should generally be extremely brief, hopefully one word; "coloration" can be as detailed or as vague as you like, but the more detailed the more likely Setsushi is to tweak, of course.

If you don't send in this form, your petpet's cert will not change (because Setsushi doesn't pay close attention to the petpets.) Therefore, if you want to name your petpet after it hatches, gift (or trade,) or note increases in age from following your Porcelain on a growth retreat or so forth, use this form.
