My favourite ring was easily Ghost - not because it supposedly helped me to dodge attacks (Useless against the OMGWTF), but because it made me invisible. Now that I think about it, I totes should've snuck up behind people and said Boo.
But no one really stands around talking in zOMG! Everyone's constantly on the move.
It's not Towns, this is for sure.

Toast, there are a lot of people that talk. You just have to find 'em. On the Gnome General one, I found a crew that was just talking away while we waited for the general.

.. No. The NPC near Nicolae's shop has item available to users, no big head or ID badge. I think his name was "Smith" or something. This is a really new NPC. How'd you find it?

I was messing around on the test server ages ago, and came across him.
I went through the search function looking for new NPCs... I think I got to R before boredom took over x.x

I got lazy in Zeta, and generally sat inm barton and talked to others.
i got to the gnomes before i got really lazy

Well, technically what I'm about to tell you is a spoiler, so highlight at your own risk.
So, this is pretty general stuff. I'm not 100% sure if it's all accurate, but one thing is for certain. LabtechX is alive. Apparently, G-corp is behind the whole animated coming alive thing. The animated got lose and G-corp gave out the rings as a way to lessen the guilt they felt for having it happen... or something like that. The null zones and the animated getting out is suppose to have something to do with LabtechX. As well as that, there is a quest for a special item. You'll like this one, TIM. It's a scarf. A secret scarf. One like LabtechX's. That's suppose to be the major first sign that he's alive.

Where in Cripe's name did you find this? Did X hand it to you in a letter like he did with the news crew when he was about to make Gino explode at the cliff? Or did you find it all in the quests?
