"I got my daddy's hair," Nadia giggled, and her father had been a Spring elf of a darker ethnicity. She was thankful for the cool hair!
"I dyed it because people always asked me if I did. The green's real...so I did! And now they ask, and I can say yes."
She wandered up to a diner and held the door open for Felyndax.

The man raised an eyebrow and walked in, looking about. He spotted a free clean booth and went over, sitting down.

Nadia sat in the booth across from him and kicked her feet, passing Felyndax a menu she'd plucked from the front desk before sitting down. it was a nice homey place, real old-fashioned, with a juice bar and a glass case of desserts.
"Watcha in th'mood for?"

"Noodles." Dax paused and caught sight of his hands, which were dirty. "Be right back." He ducked off to the restroom and cleaned his hands off before returning.
"Jest got done with work."

"Or so I see~" Nadia chimed, having already decided on something sweet for herself. She just smiled at the man, her chin resting in her hands.

Nadia clicked her tongue, looking concerned. The poor man!
"No, sure. Smoking's sexy." Huh! She was certainly the type to say whatever was on her mind!

Dax snorted and lit up, giving a little sigh. He left the pack on the table towards her, in case she did as well.
"Frank, aren't you?"

Nadia laughed. "I never saw any use in the fronts people put up." She pushed the pack back toward him.
"Sure, a lot of things go wrong being brutally honest, but a lot of things go right too."

A smile at the girl. Dax sighed and ground out his cigarette in the ashtray.
"So, do you normally take strange large men out to diners?"

"I mean, I haven't brought anyone out in a long time. Not saying this is a date or anything, but you seem like a nice safe person to be around."

"Not many people think I'm safe." He mentioned. Hey, he was large and quite rough looking.

"Not many people think I am either. They hold their kids closer when I walk by," Nadia shrugged, "Their loss! I'm a rockin' babysitter." She giggled and placed her order (and one for Dax) when the waitress came.
"Did you lose your eye in an accident?"
