Cale went to bring Fate to the picnic spot, the boys already there. Cale spotted Demi and smiled slightly. "M-mom... this is... Fate, my mate."

Fate just started off into space quietly, he didn't take well to meeting with new people and couldn't even fathom speaking to the lady first.
"Yeah... We're going to have sisters." Demi replied slowly, hesitant to talk about that to anyone.

Artemis plopped down on the blanket, but then dashed off when he spotted a squirrel he wanted to play with. "Ee~!"
Braewyn smiled as she looked over from tossing the football up in the air and catching it. She stood and held out her hand in form of a handshake to the cat. "Congratulations, both of you."
"I'm Braewyn. It's very nice to meet you. Is my son treating you well?" She smiled, feeling genuinely happy for her son and Fate.

Fate timidly reached his hand out to the fox and nodded his head slowly; of course he wasn't going to tell her everything that had went on lately, mothers love their sons too much to hear bad things.

Cale looked over to the side, truth be told, things weren't going as smoothly as they let on. He hoped for now things would be ok. He looked over at his two sons and thought they should meet Brea. "Fale! Demi! Come here..." Cale called out
Fale looked over at his father who had just called him and walked over slowly. This wasn't the part where he met his grandmother and she made fun of him for his clothes, right?

"You both are very lucky to have each other." Braewyn smiled at Fate with a nod of her head, then to Fale, blinking slightly in surprise at his clothes. Then again, she had seen worse with Lisa, and nodded.
"Hi. I'm Braewyn." She smiled soothingly.

Fate remained quite; he just couldn't help it.... Being here made him feel akward.
Demi slowly followed Fale, hesitant due to earlier experiences. "Hi."

Fale clenched his eyes shut, it was coming, but when he saw Brae nod he relaxed. She had accepted him, even his clothing, his mouth hung open in slight awe.
Cale looked down and shuffled a bit. He felt like there was a strange silence, and he wanted to break it. "Why dont we... sit and eat?

Braewyn noticed the silence as well and nodded. "I hope your house is calmer then Kali's." She teased as she went to sit down. "I mean, I gotta deal with your brother constantly."
She watched the giraffe-like male chase after squirrels, zigging as they zagged and vice versa.

"Its quiet sometimes; we have Lianme and several others who incite small squabbles from time to time." Fate answered quietly before peering over at Demi who had took his seat by Fate.
"Bunji keeps Albedo and Arioch in check so Lianme is the only real trouble mom." Demi added in to Fate's comment.

Braewyn smiled at her growing family. "I wouldn't trade Artemis away for anything. He's sweet when you can tell what he's saying."
She turned her gaze to watch said male running around and otherwise exhausting himself before continuing. "I wouldn't trade any of my kids."

Cale smiled slightly, unlike his father, his mother showed her love, he liked it, it was different.
Fale kept watching his uncle and laughing,"He's funny."

Fate watched the others quietly while Demi sat down besides Fale watching his uncle with a worried look. "I hope he doesn't fall, it'd hurt with how fast he's going." Demi whined, family instincts kicking in.
