Nodding slightly, Allariana tried not to worry about kalona and skinwalkers. She liked enjoying herself so she just avoided the areas where they were most likely found. "Well... Skinwalkers can look just like any other soquili but most of them wear an animal pelt. Coyotes, wolves, and various other pelts. But... they can also transform into the animal that they have a pelt of." Shrugging, she had seen one before but thankfully it didn't see her. "Skinwalkers are overall and generally more mean and more twisted. They don't have any morals."
Pausing, Allariana answered her question, "Well, you would just avoid dark places. The forest being one of them. And if you must go there then do not go alone. Wolves like to lurk there too and they are also dangerous." Allariana had told Lycoris basically everything she knew about dangerous soquili. "It's best to be careful but just as long as you don't go into those areas, then you should be fine." She nodded hoping that she didn't scare the other mare too much.

A bolt of fear ran down her spine at this information. They looked like normal soquili and could shapeshift. She did not like that at all. A pelt was the only real clue to what they really were. "This pelt...do they ever remove them?" She hoped that the answer was a no. If the could change there shape into another creature then she stood less of a chance.
She took in a deep breath to calm her nerves. It was not as though she was speaking to one of these creatures now after all. The mare in front of her most certainly did not look like a normal horse. It was a comfort, a small one, but a comfort non-the-less.
"Staying away from the dark areas should be no problem." She said almost as though she were speaking to herself. "I had no plans of wandering off to such a place after all."

Shaking her head, Allariana was pretty sure about her knowledge about all of this. She had to do something while Spectre was gone. "Nope. I don't think they can remove it and it would be a disgrace if they did or something." She shrugged once more hoping that she was being of some help to Lycoris.
"That's good. That's really the only reason why you might meet up with a kalona or skinwalker. But kalona are basically all different and you can find them wandering around everywhere. But again, they're not all mean. Skinwalkers, all of them are mean."
Looking around, Allariana felt like while speaking of this, she should probably be more wary of those creatures. She tended to be very carefree and not caring of where she went because she hated feeling restricted.

What a relief. If they could not remove their pelt that was one less form she would have to worry about. If by some unfortunate circumstance she encountered one she would know it by the pelt and could run to safety or else hide. She thought that perhaps she should start wandering about more. Then no matter where she was there would be a good chance of her knowing safe places.
"Not all kalona are mean?" She questioned tilting her head to the side. Well that wasn't good. Then she would either be on guard around all of them and offend someone or be relaxed and be killed.
The image that flashed through her mind made her feel nauseous. Yes, being on guard was definitely the better option here. Better to offend one then become lunch for some foul beast. "I imagine that doesn't much matter though..." She said laughing slightly. She wondered if that was all the mare knew, it was an awful lot of information but if there was more it could be important.
"Is there anything else that I should know about?"

Nodding once again, Allariana was surprised that she knew so much about this subject. Then again, she had been around for a very long time. "Yeah, they're all twisted in their own ways. It's strange but makes things easier for us." But then she stopped, Allariana just realized her words might have a negative effect on Lycoris. She regained composure and would try to fix this.
"Hm. Yes.. I think that is all. Well, there aren't that many of them. You don't have to wander around this land cautiously. Chances of you running into a kalona is slim and then a skinwalker is even slimmer." Smiling, Allariana tried to reassure Lycoris because she didn't want her to be constantly worried. "So you really shouldn't worry. Be prepared but just don't worry." She hoped that she hadn't made a mistake by warning Lycoris about these dangers.

She was rather confused by this mare. If they were all 'twisted' how was that a good thing at all? She couldn't see how it could possibly make anything easier at all but chose not to comment on it. It was not her place to question another's views on things.
"I do believe I like those odds." She said with a small nod of her head. She had not imagined that the lands were crawling with the creatures having never seen one but she had thought that the odds would be fairly high of encountering them. She allowed all the information to sink fully into her mind before nodding once again. "You have been most helpful...but if I could trouble you for a minute longer..."
She bit her lip gently debating whether to ask what was on her mind. She was curious of course but it did not seem appropriate. "Forgive my rudeness...but...what are you...?" She asked very softly almost as though she didn't wish to be heard.
