Very nicely said. Though I'm not christain I do agree that animals are just as good as humans and humans are just as good as animals, I dont agree with everything in the bible. I'm a vegitarain too by the way, whenever someone tries to agrue about it though ( me being christain and/or vegetarian ) I always say that its my life and I can do what I want and it shouldnt effect you and so on, soon enough they leave me alone...usally.

First, did you mean that you are a Christian? Because your sentence afterward confused me. ^_^;; Second, I'm glad you have your own views for yourself and the world. Third, like I've said in the past, I'm not a vegetarian, only because I believe plants have spirits as well.

There's nothing wrong with being Christian and vegan.

I know that being vegetarian has made it easier to be jewish. I haven't had to work hard at all at being kosher. It's extremely compatable in other ways as well. There are many passages in the Torah, Haftorah, and other jewish traditions about the positive treatment of animals and being good to the earth. I find that I fufill more of my own tradition by taking a dynamic view of it.

I would imagine it can be similar with christianity.

Heh, well I guess there is something wrong with being a vegitarian...lately I havnt been getting enough protien at all...I eat stuff from animals and stuff, but now I'm thinking I should be eating fish too, I would still be a vegetarain, just one of those kinds that eat fish. I think I should...yesterday I couldnt even left my binder, my friend Naomi had to left it for me, and I couldnt hold my head up with my hand, I killed myself in dance class today, once I got home I just went to my room and fell and layed there for a few minutes, then started crying, got up, went to the kitchen, got milk and bread with peanutbutter on it, ate it, got online to see if I could talk to Jason hoping he would help me, but he isnt online....right now I'm just scared. This is the first time this ever happened to me, I've been a vegetarian since 4th grade but...this never happened before...I'm just so scared...I barely made it in volleyball too....I dont know what to do, I cant eat meat again because my body cant handle meat anymore, its been to long, though I could try to eat very very very little then slowly eat more...but I dont want to, I'm going to try to eat fish, though I would still have to start out small...all I know is that I want to talk to Jason now... :: sighs ::

Peanuts as well are high in protein. And I'm sorry to say that even if you do eat fish, you are still eating meat.

And if you want energy--bread, spaghetti, potatoes!
