"Wait, what? I never said anything about clever ideas or pranks." Lori said honestly, sounding so confused so that even a professional could not tell the difference. "And could I please have my school things back? I'll need them for my next class." She said, looking up at the pounds of supplies floating over her. “And if the spell wears off, all that would land on me, and that wouldn’t be very good.” For both of us, she thought, her face still pure innocence. “And no offense, but could you explain what ‘not a 3rd year with a chip on her shoulder the size of the American Continent Plate’ means?” Lori had, in fact, been confused when Professor Lithiyane had said that, wondering what it meant. Behind her back, Lori flicked her wand, making the warm chocolate smell disappear, and slipped it back into her pocket.
((Seriously, what does that mean? I was kinda confused on that...))

"Bloody hell...nice going Lori. Now we not only lost those hard earned points but you get a bloody whole weeks worth of detention." Xurdion looked like he was about to throw a fit but those who knew him well knew that Xurdion was only really angry was he was dead calm. "Those points I worked so hard for!" He added angrily at Lori. He shook his head and sighed, he wished there was a way for the points to stay. "Professor, is there some way that we can not have points deducted if we did some after school work or something?" He asked, his voice was filled with sadness but not the kind that would mean that he would well up in tears or anything, just the sadness of dissappointment.

Jordan was surprised that the professor even noticed him come in, but he didn't hesitate to do as instructed, "Yes ma'am," he said quietly as he methodiacally packed everything back in his school bag, except for his wand of course. Jordan si;ently pondered what it was that they would be working on that day. No books, quill, and parchment, could possibly mean a practical applications lesson wherein they could use the spells they had been studying so diligently over. His thoughts were distracted, however, by the discussion between two other students and the teacher. He turned to peer at the other students and was surprised to find that they were two ther Ravenclaws like him. It took a few moments more for him to recognize them. One was a boy he hadn't really talked to, 'What's his name again?' Jordan asked himself, 'Oh, yeah! Xurdion' Jordan actually though the name was sort of funny, but he would've never told someone that.
Jordan then took a moment to register the face of the student. It only took a moment for him to recognize her as Lori. A seventh year. The truth was Jordan slightly fancied her, but no more than any of the other girls that had a pretty face around Hogwarts. She definately intrigued him though. Jordan thought that perhaps he might stand out to her a little more if he spoke up for her, "Pardon me professor," He interrupted, "but I don't think that your looking at Lori's full pranking career, and for that matter I don't think the word "prank" gives her the full credit she deserves. I mean, I was only exposed to her, for lack of a better word, talent, in her second year which was my first year here at Hogwarts, but already I could tell she was an exceptionally clever witch. I would place her more elaborate designs for trickery among the top ones in Hogwart's history, and I don't say that lightly after reading some of the doozies that are highlighted in "Hogwarts: A History. Besides, we can't really expect her to come up with another fantastic one on her way to class. Sometimes those things take time and planning, and we all know how short on time that students are these days."

((Just posting for the heck of it...))
Gah, aw man, Lori thought, feeling like a good bashing of her head would feel a lot better than this. Yet, instead of that, she kept an impassive look and glanced behind her to see who had spoken. Catching sight of the brown-hair boy with tousled hair, she thought for a moment. Who the heck is that? She thought, thinking back. After several minutes, she remembered his first name. Jordan. They'd never really spoken much since they ran in different circles, but Lori heard he was a nice kid. He can also actually accept a little trickery, she thought, unlike some people I know. Lori coughed a few times, glancing up at the hovering supplies above her. She decided not to comment on what he just said, mainly due to the fact that she was still trying not to get detention and openly admitting to pranks was the number two rule not to do as a prankster. The first rule was not to get caught, which was basically thrown on the ground, stabbed, shot, thrown off a skyscraper, torched, and flushed down the toilet by now.
