accent Taijutsu is important to the, so make Taijutsu more important, why make a sword if you cant use it you know

Tejina Clan- The clan of magicians, master of illusions, tricksters of the ninja world. With hundreds of tricks up their sleeves they are able to lay waste to an enemy without even touching them. Henka Clan- This clan of shapeshifters has been around for as long as many clans can remember. They have spent there entire lives pleasing the animals spirits who in turn grant them the ability to change there shape. Some spirits are harder to impress then others and some are nearly impossible.

ok a thing about modifiers:
+4~Amazingly skilled
+3~very good at
+2~well proficient
+1~has spent time perfecting
0~can do relatively well
-1~Slightly neglected
-2~rarely used
-3~has no talent what so ever
-4~imposable to do
there, now you know what a modifier means lol
