Mm.. crazy diets...
My mother thought she was healthy for over ten years because she only ate 1 cheeseburger and 11 Doritos per day and weighed about 92 pounds...
I did a silly one that actually worked.. I always feel more full if I drink my calories rather than eat them, so for a couple of months I had 500-calorie ice cream shakes or smoothies blended with fresh fruit for breakfast and lunch, then ate a light dinner. I liked eating ice cream every day, and I slimmed down my stomach rofl I felt like I wasn't eating much and Mom was all proud of me for not eating.. Now I know it was silly though, all that sugar gave me way too much empty energy and it messed with my sleep patterns.
When I was a little kid (until about 12 or so) I starved myself because I wanted to at least be as skinny as my mom neutral She always told me if I gained weight no one would ever like me, so I just ate whatever she ate and ignored my hunger pains.. I still get self-conscious about my figure now-a-days but I love feeling healthy.
