Huian made a 'tch' sound between her teeth. "Mnnn. This just means I get to run around with a coin, bitching and moaning about my lost Rachael and how nothing's fair." She stared at Soma, deadpan and uncaring. "Besides, moron, how can I burn anyone? It's not like I'm a freak like her." Heedless of the way the burnt skin on her neck cracked, she jerked her head towards Hinalle.
"God, now I understand why Princess is such a goddamn freak. Friends like you and the Masked Wonder there, how the hell did he avoid it this long? Ha! Tch!" She stared at the black-haired man. "You the moron who dumped this whiny blob on me?" In her out thrust hand, chain melted into her palm. "Which your freak almost obliterated, by the way. Not like you're much better. You look like a whore."

Hinalle stood with her mouth slightly open as she listened to Huian complain at this new figure, the one called Soma, and she prayed that the man who snapped his book shut with a loud enough noise to cause Fineas to jump wasn't going to do anything rash. She had yet to see him do a lot of things, actually, but that didn't mean he wasn't key to do something when being insulted.
For a moment it seemed like something indeed would happen, what with the book closing and all, but instead of a rush of words a few faint chuckles escaped from Soma's lips, quickly followed by a loud belly laugh that sounded almost forced and a little more than evil. The laughter continued until he rose to his feet, slowly making his way over to the masked Hinalle and the now-clinging to her in fear Fineas, and he stopped at their side before he wiped away a few tears.
"Eh, say what you will Britney and I'll say what I know. I know exactly what you are and what you can do so there's no point in trying to lie to me. Talk about a pot calling the kettle black, you just, man."
Soma started to laugh again, this time much harder and causing the ground beneath his feet to slowly start to rumble. A small crack appeared at the tip of his left sneaker and began to widen in length, spreading towards Huian at a rather alarming pace.

"The name's Huian." She despised being laughed at; with an ugly sneer on her face that wasn't improved by the third-degree burns, one heel stomped on the ground and with a twist, fire shot out of the crack in the ground. "Hard to believe you know anything, b*****d. Laughing like that? Here, let me show you how it's done!"
In her mind, there were no such things as casual bystanders. At a gesture, the fire whipped around her in a circle and then shot outwards, searing the nearby foliage with the sheer heat. Nothing caught, but it was enough in her mind to demonstrate her control over the fire itself. Nimbly- her legs hadn't been burned, after all- she leapt away from the crack. "Aren't you supposed to be some kind of God or something ridiculous? Prove it!"

"Okay."
Soma snapped his fingers at the little challenge, the sound echoing about the area as suddenly the ground healed itself back into a solid piece. What looked like a crumbling wall seemed to fall down and away from Fineas's shivering frame, though only in front of him, and the boy gasped as he watched the fragments splinter in front of him and shower down.
The air suddenly turned chilly despite having been so heated up from the fire that Huian had tried to show off during her little fireworks show, and for a moment it seemed like Soma was planning on doing something else before he placed a finger to his lips in thought. So many places, so many choices. . .
"You like Mars? I hear its rather cold there."

She barely suppressed a shiver. This son of a b***h, how did he know? Reaching out delicately with her sixth sense, she touched the edge of the weirdo's consciousness. Yes, he definitely did feel like a god, and she wondered for a moment if she might have made a mistake.
Nah.
Huian still had fire, and she pulled it in close. The heat didn't sear her skin; this was her blaze. "Bring it, you ignorant poofter. You don't even got a gender!"

At the end of Huian's words Soma smiled, a thin smile that spread across his face as it seemed to transform, and within moments the pair were gone from the side of Hinalle and Fineas. The young boy quickly buried his face into Hinalle's leg and probably would have started to cry if he wasn't already too stunned beyond that to do anything. Hinalle could only gently touch his shoulder before lifting him into her warm arms, waiting.
"Okay, so, here we are. How do you like Mars?"
Soma stood on the cold surface, the red rocks underneath his shoes seeming to release small puffs of dust. It didn't matter that there was no oxygen here, he didn't need it to breathe anyway, but he was wondering how the girl in front of him was fairing in this environment.
"I like to come here to think sometimes, it's so quiet and lifeless. I personally like the cold that it offers...and oh dear. You're not talking, having a hard time?"
The faked concern in Soma's voice was very apparent as he grinned once more at Huian, the God knowing what he was doing. It would only be a few more seconds and he'd return them to Earth, but for now . . .

The flames had provided a moment of oxygen before being snuffed out by the vacuum, so she managed a sneer before she realized... she couldn't breathe. Nothing was entering her lungs when she gasped; the sound didn't even travel beyond her own mind. At the same time, as she turned an unflattering shade of blue- her affinity towards fire always made her weak to low temperatures and Mars was in vacuum- her feelings for Soma increased. It had been just interest and mild irritation for dumping her with a stupid ink blot of all things, but now she hated and resented this not-being God-monster.
Instead of gasping, Huian jerked her body back under her complete control. "b*****d," she breathed- in vacuum, she might have just thought it. b*****d.
Sumi finally reacted, a high-pitched keen coming from the diamond bottle. He was freezing, and unsure if he would be able to maintain his form once he thawed...

With another snap of his fingers Soma brought the pair back to Earth, back int he spot they had been before. It was not out of concern for Huian, as humans didn't mean much to him other than annoyance, but for the small vile of Ink that had been crying out.
As heartless as Soma may have seemed he always did feel slightly responsible for those his stupid brother somehow brought to 'life', and that little bit of ink was no different than the woman that was now at his side, looking at him with her masked face and a frown.
"What? Whaaat? I didn't kill her, the color will come back in a second."
Soma looked at the pair, even moreso at Fineas who looked like he was about to die from shock at any moment. Hinalle could only hold the boy closer to her and keep the frown on her face, letting the God know she did not approve.

"b*****d," she gasped, her knees giving out. Damnit! How was she going to explain this to her mother? All else was ignored as she flexed her fingers, trying to get enough heat back into them naturally for her to summon up flame again. "Son of a gutter whore!"
The ink, laying on the ground in his vial, splashed helplessly against the sides. He sent a general idea towards Soma: Grateful. familiar? you remember me?

"Are you still talking? Jesus you just don't know when to quit. I'm pretty sure I'd have fun snapping your vocal chords and making it so you couldn't ever speak again, but where's the sense in that? You'd only get more physical and I'd hate to have to break your neck too."
Soma stretched his arms and let out a small groan as his muscles moved with him, a little stiff from the trip to Mars and back. It'd been a while since he actually did something like that and considering his powers were bound since he was down here on Earth it actually took a bit of effort to perform. Hense - stiff muscles.
He looked over at the ink that was sending mental messages his way and he frowned for a moment, pondering if he should respond before he actually did.
Of course I do. You're another accident Nayeli made that I have to clean up.

"Ha," Huian said dryly.
Sumi paused, struggling to take in the words. He tended to speak in emotions, concepts- not letters. Even knowing he had to learn the letters, Huian got impatient while he tried to communicate, so he rarely if ever practiced. "What? I am..." accidentcrashpainfeardeath?

"You're fine, little one. Soma is like that with all of us, so there is no need to worry."
It was Hinalle who answered to Sumi's worries, his troubles, and for a moment it seemed like a small ray of sunlight crept through the overhanging branches that stuck out from the trees that lined the sidewalk. It was meant to be reassuring to the Ink, to help him feel less frightened while at least in her presence. As the oldest of the Galateans (as she had heard Nayeli call her 'kind') she felt some sort of responsibility to protect the younger generations, more so the ones in places like this.
With a human who cared not for anything but themselves.
"You are more or less another one of Nayeli's new friends, so you should think of it like that."

Sumi panicked, swirling like a maelstrom for a moment as he exuded emotional combinations that were nonsensical, even nauseatingly confusing. His human guardian fell to her knees and retched, though she brought up nothing but bile. Finally, the emotions slowed enough to be accurately sense: "Nayeli?"
The girl coughed into her hand and looked at the ground. "Eck. Christ. I'm going home." The side of her face was starting to throb.

"Nayeli, my idiot younger brother. You could say that he's the father of all of you and I'm basically the clean-up crew."
Not really a job Soma wanted to be doing, but one couldn't really afford to be so picky when they were busy cleaning up the mess left behind by a younger more crackpot sibling. Even though they were all the same age Soma had naturally matured faster, almost a little better, and somehow became the 'big sister/big brother' of the trio.
"Anyway if you're going, get gone. I don't have any more patience for you."
The God ushered with his hand towards Huian, a 'shoo' type of motion. A crackling sound filled the air at the wave of his hand though he didn't say anything, and for a moment there was silence before Fineas gasped and motioned towards Huinan's face. There was....nothing there anymore. Healthy skin.

She snorted indelicately. "Damn. Gee jay, patron saint of hobos. Ruin my Halloween plans. Baaaw! Rachael!" Huian folded her arms behind her head and then linked the fingers together.
The girl really never learned, but she was already walking away as she shoved past Fineas and Hinalle like they weren't even there. Only Sumi seemed to bother with a farewell- a little slowly, he said "Goodbye" to the trio as his human guardian stalked off.
