"Brilliant." Of all the people to see her in such a way, it had to be Seamus. "Could be worse. Could have been Kale." She managed a half smile as the boy said hello back. Perfectly normal conversation. Never mind about the tree bit. Morgan was thinking how best to free herself from the branches without crashing too the ground when Seamus took care of that for her. Once both feet were firmly on the ground, the thoroughly flustered girl took a few steps backward away from her rescuer.

Taking her chance to right herself as he looked over the lake, Morgan smoothed her hands over her skirt and righted her robes. She checked her pockets to make sure her brothers letter was still there and see that her wand wasn't damaged. No harm done. Her hands found work picking out the bits of nature that had made their home in her red locks on the fall out of the tree. "Thanks for that." It wasn't like Seamus to perform random acts of kindness like that.

"Mm." Seamus still hadn't split his attention back to Morgan yet, still chewing over the Gryffindor/Slytherin pair in the grass. He had seen that red headed Gryff with Juicy that morning also. Another Gryff/Slytherin pair. Weird. He turned back around to Morgan and assessed the damage. She still had all her limbs where they were meant, and although she was picking random leaves and pieces of tree from her hair, all in all she was unharmed. "Why were you up in that bloody tree to begin with?"

Elijah smirked. The Slytherin girl didn't look too tough, of course - they had shared numerous classes throughout their seven years and Ascella was very bright, but maybe Elijah had her outclassed it the sports department.

"I'll kick it over that way,"the blond girl said, pointing in a random direction. "Whoever gets to it first has control. Good? Ready, set - !"With a dull thump, the Gryffindor sent the ball flying and barrelled after it. It didn't even seem that Ascella was even moving. 'Too easy. Maybe I was wrong.'

Ascella blinked, unsure as what to do in her current position. The thought that she had simple flats, socks, and hardly anything covering her arms, let alone a skirt on made her almost regret her decision to play.
As the ball flew past her, she immediately moved, almost involuntarily as she ran towards the ball.

Without responding to what Elijah said, she moved as fast as she could to the soccer ball, glad that she really didn't care about her appearance anymore. After the incident at the great hall, she stopped bothering, since everyone had seen her at her worst, she might as well not try to look her best.
At least not for a while anyways.

Even though Ascella is rather short, she was relatively fast, even when slipping on the dew covered grass. As she ran, Ascella almost forgot what she was doing, that is, until the ball stopped moving ahead of her.

Moving quickly, Ascella got behind the ball, and kicked it up, trying to slow down fast enough to get a good aim at her 'goal'. However, as she moved, her feet slipped on both each other, and the grass. Before she knew it, Ascella was on the ground, on her a**. She came down with a small thud, and in her own way, she eve fell elegantly.

"Okay. That was a bad idea."
Ascella held her hand to her butt as she attempted to get up again, on the inside she was laughing, really, really hard, though, only a few small chuckles escaped her lips.

Surprised that Ascella was faster than her, Elijah sped up, determined to beat her to the ball. Sadly, her speed was outmatched by the Slytherin girl.

Elijah halted as Ascella tripped and fell roughly on her backside. She was in a stunned silence, the ball laying immobile a few feet away from the duo. Her eyebrows slowly rose their way into her hairline and a slow chuckle escaped her. Soon, she was doubled-over and clutched her sides in pain as the laughter took over.

"You...should've...seen your...face!"The blonde cracked out between bursts of laughter.

Ascella, her hand on her butt, stood up as elegantly as she could. However, even with her best efforts she still looked rather clumsy.
Seeing Elihah's face, Ascella couldn't help but to smile. It wasn't one of her standard, face smiles, this was a true, genuine smile. Wow. I can't believe I'm actually being kind of friendly towards a Gryffindor. Maybe...Maybe I could actually make some friends other than Raina and Kathos.

After hearing Elijah's fit of laughter, and the short words that came between her eruptions, Ascella couldn't help but smile.
"I really, really don't think I want to see a replay of that moment. I'm glad you enjoyed it though. However, I think I'm going to have a bruise when I wake up tomorrow. Though, if you don't mind, I think I'm going to have to pass on playing any further. my apologies, but well..My bum hurts. "
With a grin, Ascella took her hair out of her pony tail, letting the long corn slik hair fall neatly along her shoulders.

"Oh. I was just read-" Morgan paused mid sentence as she watched a very odd thing. The two girls that had been talking nearby were now playing some peculiar kick and chase game. It appeared Ascella was winning since she reached the fallen ball first. But what happened next was just to funny for words.

As Ascella performed her comedic fall, landing smartly on her arse, Morgan let out a loud, "Hah!" and quickly bent at the knees to smother her giggles. Her shoulders shook with laughter, watching the fall over again in her mind. She had never figured Ascella for a sporty girl and now she was sure of it. Morgan thanked her lucky stars that she had a past in aerobics and could handle things far more complicated than just kicking a ball.

Seamus followed Morgan's gaze, in time to watch Ascella tumble arse first to the ground. Laughter bubbled up from within him, and before he knew it, he was seated in the soft grass, laughing deeply into his palms. Blinking idiot, but it was a laugh Struggling to gain his composure, Seamus rubbed his eyes, surprised to find moisture there. He had laughed himself into tears. With a jerky breath he lifted himself off the earth and set to give his pants a dusting. His only regret was not being close enough to see her face. Turning to Morgan he was surprised to see her with her face in her knee highs, choking back laughter. He gave another booming laugh as he lost it again. Between bouts he managed, "Mor-rr-Morgan. HAH, Morgan, you're alright?" He gave in to himself and lifted his face, hysterical.

Moira walked quietly down a small path leading to the lake. Her eyes roamed the grass, looking for a suitable picnick spot. When gathering her supplies, she had managed to lose Judas, but she figured he would happen upon her sooner or later. Hopefully sooner. She was hungry. She saw two Slytherins over by a tree, laughing. She couldn't make out who they were, as there were branches covering them from her angle. Finding a place a ways from the tree, Moira set down the basket and flung out a blanket she had tucked under her arm. Settling it down properly, she placed the basket on top, and continued scanning the scenery.

Makala was wandering aimlessly, and found herself at the lake. She glanced around, looking to see if there was anyone to talk to. She saw a Gryffindor and Slytherin playing some Muggle sport.

What's worse? A Slytherin conversing with a Gryffindor? Or a Slytherin and Gryffindor playing a Muggle sport? Her cocoa brown eyes watched them a moment as she comtemplated that thought. Definatly a Slytherin and Gryffindor playing a Muggle sport.

Her gaze fell on a couple of seventh year Slytherins talking. Best not to disturb them, she thought. The boy was laughing hysterically, and the girl seemed to be trying not to laugh as well. She didn't want to disturb their 'fun'.

The last person she saw was a Gryffindor, who seemed to be having a picnic. Not an option, she told herself. The way she saw it, Gryffindors were below her. They were nothing but mudbloods and Muggle-lovers.

Completly out of options for people to talk to, she found a beach tree next to the lake to sit under. She leaned against the trunk of the tree and let out a bored sigh.

Stepping out into the bright sunlight, short brown hair bouncing slightly as she moved, the shy and gentle Gryffindor, Kari Kamiya, wandered out by the lake. Though her gaze was down, Kari could see where she was going and made her way over to a large tree and leaned against it, slowly sliding down the trunk to sit on the grass between the roots. Pulling her knees up to her chest and wrapping her arms around them, she looked out and stared at the lake.

-

Silvia was standing on a thick branch in a large oak tree, one hand gripping a branch above her head as if to stop the Slytherin girl from falling. Her dark eyes were narrowed and staring out at the horizon before her. Her face held no emotion whatsoever but one could tell by her posture that she was completely bored. There was never anything to do anymore. Well. Besides bullying the weaker students. The thought made her smirk.

Hiccuping, Seamus slowly regained composure. He wiped at his face again, grinning. "Now that was a bloody good time."
He glanced over to Morgan, making sure she wasn't going to pass out from lack of oxygen. Dangerous business, this laughter. He straightened his sweater, gazing around. There were more people now, but none of them seemed to have had the fortune of watching Ascella's less than graceful moment. Too bad really.

Makala looked around a bit more from her spot at the edge of the lake. Two more people had appeared. One was sitting against a tree much like herself, staring at the lake. She had a sweet-and-innocent look about her. She smirked to herself, wondering how fun it'd be to make the Gryffindor fly off the handle. She got up, and walked to where she was behind the girl. Crossing her arms to make her seem quite angry, she narrowed her eyes at the back of her head. "Ahem," she cleared her throat loudly. "Just what are you doing?"

Morgan fought down the last few urges of laughter and cleared her throat a bit. "Yes, yes I'm alright. That was a good laugh!" It really wasn't kind of them to take that much joy out of a simple fall. But it couldn't be helped. The situation was just far to amusing. Taking a moment to look around, the red head noticed that several other students had made their way out onto the lawn.

Seamus frowned a little, remembering. "Mind the trees after this, 'M sure Ascella wouldn't mind returning the gesture if she catches you right side down again." Truth be told, Seamus thought it was pretty funny himself, but gave Morgan a healthy respect. He'd seen what she could do and he'd like her on his good side. Plus, he thought Ascella was a priss.
