I'm a fan of the ABC (I'm in Australia)
I listen to both TripleJ - for music, mostly alternative and not much charts stuff, and ABC Local Melbourne 774- Talkback/Interviews
Both I usually listen to in the car but they stream online as well. If you're interested try www.abc.net.au or www.triplej.net.au
Best thing about them is NO CHEESY ADS!! It's all government funded but they have complete independence in broadcasting. This means that swearing is not edited and they don't have to worry about advertising companies not liking the content. Both Stations rock.

Angel Of Sol I like 94.5 ROXY out of Olympia, Washington. MIXX96 ~ Jack Archer's traffic report is a must for commuting... tis also outta Oly... though when I lived in Frisco it would have been KOME... and you'd need to have that sticker on your bumper wink
