Oh my.
Spiro's a real work of ... whatever the ******** you want to call it cause that ain't art.
I mean seriously. He always sounded like a d**k, but god. Making it look like he assaulted you? I'm almost tempted to say "Play him at his own game." Next time he gets rough with you, find some way to get it caught and then make a bruise there, and call the cops saying "Help... my step-dad's beating me."
That or if he hits you call the ambulance.
He'd find SOME way to make that not work though.

Well, for everything to work the way he wants it to, he has to be very careful. Find some way to make him slip up.
That or just stay as far away from him as you possibly can for as long as you can. You may lose material posessions, but I think I'd give up a new computer and a few trinkets with memories over lawsuits and possible jail time.
While it may not make you happy, I'm sure whatever you try to do to save what does will only make whatever Spiro does become worse.
That and to add to it, you're under 18. They'll believe Spiro before they believe you unless you look really pitiful.
If he hits/harasses/does anything not right to Jenna, (since she's younger) call him on it. But you gotta tread lightly, and not do anything to Jenna, argue with your mom, or anything.

Shoy...if I don't do anything right now I might still get my a** in jail. I mean if I go back I'll probably hit him again, but we might lose EVERYTHING WE OWN. Whether I go back or not.
And shoy spiro is not articulate and can't speak to save his life. I'm extremely intelligent and have a big vocabulary and am VERY articulate. Cops have come to our house and talked to him first and been all mad at me and I've diffused the situation. Being in court doesn't scare me. I know I'll end up with the lightest assault charge I can get, I'm scared of the juvie time. :/
And the part where I can't get a job.

YOU KNOW WHAT!! I didn't wanna say this because I KNOW I'd end up being like killed off or jailed or something (WOW way to keep up with SG references Buzz). But if I were you and he did some s**t like that to me, I would start crying my a** off for the cops and say "he touched my v****a".

update.
He went and wrote down all this s**t about how violent my mom and I are
and got a protection order against my mom and I. The cop said she was surprised it went through seeing as he can barely write a sentance...but basically she can't stay in our home and I can't stay in our home and the cops came by and made her pack up her stuff.
My sister didn't come home from school today
Because he took her away.
My mom works from home.
My mom has nowhere to go.
We can't be with Jenna.
She's meeting with her lawyer tonight and there's a hearing within a week, so I'll tell you guys about what the lawyer thinks our chances are of fixing it tonight...
I told my mom to ask to stay with old neighbors...she'll have to drive to work..she might have to stay in a hotel til we can move into our new house, but we have NOTHING. We dont have anything. literally.

I just commented on your myspace, but I'll post here too.
The ONLY reason Spiro is able to do what he's doing is because he filed the first compliant. Everything so far has been *completely* one sided because of that. Now that you guys have a lawyer you can get the courts back on YOUR side.
Everything he's doing takes a lot of paperwork, and consenting it takes a lot of paperwork. Since you dont know all the tons of paper you have to fill out to consent it he is able to get his way. Once you fight him that will all change.
And Pixie you are NOT going to go to jail for what you did. You didnt hurt him and the judge will see that. Maybe you'll get a fine or community service but you will not go to jail.

This guy is a piece of work. And I thought that assholes like that lived in my area...>>
He wins dickhead of the year, and I have seen a lot living in the so called quoted "meth capital of the US." >>
Anyway here is what I know about the law regarding juvinalies:
1) Your step dad has no right to take your little sister away unless he has legaly adoped her.
2) The social worker had no right to question to her with even her step father's consent unless he has legaly adopted her.
4) You should NOT make anything up about him molesting/abusing you. Not only is it illegal, you could actualy go to jail for slander (< considering what this a** has done up till now, he seems to know the law) and face bigger charges.
5) You will not go to juvie....at least not for hitting him in the back of the head....considering nothing is there in the first place, I'm suprised that his head didn't cave in ^_^
Here is the law as Apple knows it reguarding property:
1) He has no right to the things that your mom owns/bought with her own money.
2) Anything given to you is your property and you can do what you want with it.
And Apple will leave you, your mother, and your sister with this parting definition:
Sexual Harassment is defined by law as ANY UNWANTED touching ^_~v!

Plenty of other things I'd like to call him, but I'm gonna try and keep it civil here.
But back to the point. Spiro seriously sounds like he has enough karma to choke a whale after everything that's been going on, and he deserves a seriously hard kick in the a** or someone to whip him into shape like the a** he is. But he still seems to be at least the slightest bit clever enough to twist the situation into his favor and playing the submissive and innocent card, especially with the protection order and all that s**t, and I apologize again that this kind of crap has to happen to you and your family, or anyone else for that matter.
And I may not know much about the law, but from the things I do know from personal incidents I've had is like what Apple said: unless he has gone through the progress of adopting Jenna, which seems unlikely considering how much of a dumbass he seems, he shouldn't have the right to take her away from you and your mother. And again like what Apple said, he has no right to take any belongings he himself hasn't bought or been given to him, and I'm not positive but it could possibly be illegal if he sells it or gives it away because it's not legally his.
Not really sure of what else to tell you, since I'm thirteen and I'm probably and most likely not exactly smart with these kinds of things, but like I said: I hope things go well for you and that the court is in your and your mother's favor, because nobody deserves this kind of s**t. *hugs* D:

No reasonable judge would put you in juvenile detention for "assault" in a case like that. The worst if anything happens would be community service, but hopefully it never comes down to that. And if there is an obvious size difference between you, your mom, and spiro and don't hold back about all the suffering you guys have gone through because of him he won't be able to get away with all the crap he's pulling. And if you guys can file any motions or charges possible before he can do it.
Also isn't Jenna your half sister and Spiro's biological daughter? That could get messy, but if your mom can get the courts to see that she's the more responsible parent hopefully that will go in your favor too.
I really hope this is the worst of it... at least that way things can only improve. ):

My sister is his daughter. So my half sister.
ANYWAY.
So Spiro and the cops are retards and checked the wrong thing on the judge's sheet and stuff and whatever.
BASICALLY. My mom can stay at our house, but spiro and Jenna still can't have any contact with us without a cop being there. They're staying somewhere else and we can't see them and that SUCKS, but we can be at our house.
My mom met with her divorce lawyer and she is REALLY good. My mom got her referred to her from a friend or two and she costs $250 an hour and seriously knows her s**t. God knows we can't pay for that but our family can so she's asking for their help tomorrow.
Anyway, she says that she's surprised Spiro's report went through because it was mostly s**t just about me/him and Jenna and my mom barely were in it at all. but whatever. She said that it'll probably be easily to overturn it. There's a hearing next Wednesday that everyone has to go to. Including me, which will be superfun. She doesn't know details yet because there's police reports and everything to go through but she isn't scared. She says that there shouldn't be problems with either of us getting anything with Jenna overturned and the only that that MIGHT hold is me/spiro, but that doesn't hurt me very much, and just means that he can't live at our house during the time I am...and he can't take Jenna because she goes to school here.
She said my mom is going to go straight for a divorce and is going to go for ...physical custody I think it's called?
Where she's the primary parent and makes all the major decisions. Because that's the role she has in Jenna's life. She keeps track of her nutrition and makes sure she does her homework and gets her up in the morning and rationally disciplines.
I'm going to stay out of my house probably for the rest of the week just to avoid drama, even if spiro isn't going to be there, because he WILL come by with cops and I just don't want to be near him at all.
Basically my mommy was willing to be fair and nice about this, but now that he tried to take Jenna away seriously and she can't see her for a full week at all, or call or anything, she's pissed. And when my mommy is pissed she plays dirty and when my mommy plays dirty other people don't win.
It's still sucky and hectic, but the lawyer is smart and spiro doesn't have one.
And we're going to be in COURT. AND HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO BE PRESENTABLE OR KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT.

I'm probably going to go meet with the lawyer afore the hearing. She isn't going to be there, her partner is, but her partner also makes $250 an hour so we aren't that worried.
Mostly because he's playing dirty he's probably going to end up with very VERY near nothing. He can't get full custody of her because he has NO MONEY AT ALL even with child support.
But yeah...I have a feeling this isn't the dirtiest it's going to get.
