Haru turned his head when the sun came.. having lighter eyes the sun was always worse then it needed to be. When she appeared next to him he got a little nervous, but then laughed when he realized she was using him for shade. Shaking his head a bit, he looked around... "It might be good to get ouf of the sun and field, before it gets to hot. What do you think?" Th forest would have tons of shade and probably plenty of things to do.

She tilted her head to the side, confused. What was he laughing for? She was about to ask when he spoke. Forgetting her question, she said, "Yes." and got up to leave. Shaking herself to loosen her muscles, she closed her eyes and ran to what she hoped was the general direction of the forest. When the inside of her eyes turned from red to black, she opened them and was pleased to see that she had gone in the right direction. Turning around, she scanned the trees to see if Haru would follow.

He looked at hr run, he would have walked blocking the sun for her. He shrugged a bit and padded after her quickly, as to not loose her from his sight. The last thing he wanted was to loose her not. When he reached the shade she stretched out. "This feels so much better." His bright eyes looked around. "Are there any rivers here in the forest? It might be nice to lay in one, the water would probably feel nice."

For some reason she couldn't understand, she felt glad when she saw him emerge from the trees. "Yes," she agreed and she waved her tail as if to emphasize the statement. "River is over there." she said, pointing her muzzle a bit to the right, where the river from outside flowed into the forest. She looked him over, lingering on his eyes for a bit longer, before looking away and wondering who this male was. The one who she spoke to most when it hadn't even passed a day yet.

Haru blinked and looked over in the direction. He perked his ears and heard it. "Wonderful, would you be interested in joining me?" He asked her, as he padded forward in the direction of the river. He hoped that she would come. He bet she looked really pretty again the water...

She nodded, smiling. She'd already seen this part of the river and knew the water was low, going about in a soft and steady pace so she felt no threat from it. She followed behind him but was soon in front, weaving through the trees and leading the way. As they walked, the noise of the river got louder. Suddenly, the trees thinned and a river came in view. Patches of it were bright, where the sun reached it through the trees and the muddy bottom of the river could be seen because it was so shallow. Running towards it, she leaned down and took a drink.

Haru followed after her and walked past into the water, in a shaded area and he plopped himself down. "Oh the water feels really nice" He laughed some as the water cooled his skin down under his fur. Looking over at her, he noticed a gracefulness about her. He liked that. She wasn't boisterous, but she was independent.

She watched as he padded into the water... and laid down on it. Was this what he meant when he asked her to join him? She wasn't completly sure but it looked nice so she placed a paw tentatively in the water. Nothing was happening and decided to walked in. Her paws felt cold at first but then it felt refreshing. "Feels nice." she told him. The mud sucked feebly at her as she walked around, testing it. Soon she, too, laid on the water and was delighted to feel it all around her.

Haru was happy when she joined him. "You like it?" He was surprised she had never tried it before. She lapped up some of the water and just fell silent. It was nice to have company, whether they talked or not. Just listen around them to the birds and whatever else was out there.

"Yes... do you?" she watched him, and was curious. He seemed different that the others she'd met and wanted to know more about him. She put her head on her paws -- the water was so low it only touched the bottom of her jaw -- and watched him, listening to the other sounds of the forest, incase anyone else came. "Your friends. Are they fun?" she meant to ask what they were like but she couldn't get the words right in her head. She hoped he understood what she meant to say.

He nodded at her, liking the cool feeling, she lapped up some more water, he felt so relax, he wanted to fall asleep. "Friends?" He had to think about it.. "Well there's Forte, she's more like mother, she found me as a pup. Thanatos is her special someone, and hes grumpy... Then theres Lunar who's like an aunt... I met a girl a while ago named Masha, but i haven't seen her since. And then there was another girl.. I tripped over a week or so back.." He blinked a few things.. "Elle... I think was her name?"

With a pang, she realized most of his friends were more like family. But... they sounded nice, except for the... Danatoes was it? Hm... were all families friends, then? she wondered. This Haru might be able to help her learn what she didn't know. Lapping up some water, she asked, "Haru have pack?" She'd seen groups of wolves sometimes while she was wandering. Some drove her away and others asked if she would join. At first, she wasn't sure what they were until she asked one of the nice groups. However, being with too many others disturbed her and so she never had a chance to find out what they were like.

Haru blinked. This was another question he needed to think about. "Well, not officially. Forte and Thanatos are both Alphas now, and Lunar's a beta, but I don't think we really are. I mean we function well, but its nothing official." He nodded a little at her. "Do you belong to a pack?" He hadn't even though of it until she brought up.

((Maybe we should end this RP with Haru trying to teach Azula how to speak XD))
"Family not always pack?" she asked. The cubs were always loved, she could tell from the howls she heard, so she thought that they always stayed together. "Azula have no pack." she stated. For now, the thought of being around so many others, of having to stay in a set territory, and being told what to do didn't appeal to her. She nibbled on the wet tip of her tail thoughtfully, what to ask next? She got up, shaking, and asked, "Haru eat anything?" Deciding she didn't want to stay in the water any longer, she got out, shaking the water off her paws and spraying Haru with a few droplets.

Haru turned his head when she shook so the water hit his neck. He got up and blinked at her. "What?" He got out and did a light shake. He didn't mind the water... but he was now starting to have trouble with understanding her. She apparently didn't know how to speak in complete sentences. "Have I eaten? Or am I hungry?"
