Still quite squished underneath the rump of the Pikachu, Bob put on "the look." "The look" was all LizDuck needed to see before uttering out two sounds: "Uh oh."
"The look" consisted of a rather large pout on the Jigglypuff's face. It was soon followed by her puffing up even more and getting up to waddling off. Once she was far enough away, she floated up again and this time went to the nearest hiding spot she could to go sulk. Fortunately, this place didn't have trees, but the buildings did have roofs. Once on the roof of a simple shop, the Jigglypuff deflated a bit and crossed her arms: "Jiggly jig puff jigglypuff puff puff!" she bitterly sulked aloud.
Leaning down towards Jen's Pikachu, she mentioned to the Pokemon "That probably wasn't the best thing to do. Bob can be very moody... we'll probably be here for another hour now..." Standing up again, she sighed and shook her head. High maintenance Pokemon were high maintenance.

Abiba flattened her ears against her head and did her saddest, most pitiful pout at what the human said. She didn't mean to make the balloon unhappy, she had just wanted to fly like it did! Miserable, the little pikachu climbed up and into Jen's backpack. "Pikachu....pi pika..."
Casting a glance between her sad pokemon and the sulking Jigglypuff on the roof, Jen let a half-grin touch her lips as she scratched her cheek in though. "An hour? That's pretty harsh, no? I'd say put her into her pokeball, but that would probably make her even more upset." She laughed and turned towards Liz. "A Rain Dance would make her epic-poutness complete."
Jen really SHOULD NOT have said the techniques' name aloud; one of the pokeballs on her backpack strap burst open and the white light shifted into a dark-shaded pokemon. Tail wagging happily at his human, Demyx nodded (eagered to please), stood and concentrated. "Vapor por!" A small cloud gathered over Bob's head and a light drizzle trickled down on the pokemon. Attack completed, the pokemon turned towards the two humans with a cute expression on his face. He did good, Yes?
She could only do a faceslap before parting her fingers to stare up at Bob....Jen had a feeling Dem just made that pokemon's mood ten times worse.

Feeling sympathy for the Pikachu, LizDuck attempted to pat the poor Abiba on the head. "Don't worry about it, you didn't know."
If it weren't for the fact she knew her Jigglypuff very well, she might have laughed at the notion of Rain Dance being done. Yet, the idol knew better and kept as serious and pleasant as she could. Then something unexpected happened. A Vaporeon popped out a Pokeball and started what seemed to be an attack.
"No, wait..." she called out, but it was too late. Now the pink balloon was being sprinkled lightly with rain drops.
Bob did not seem to approve, for she now inflated again and let out an aggrivated "PUUUUUUUUUFFFFFF!!!!"
"...okay, make that two hours..." LizDuck sighed.

"Por?"
"Ugh....okay...We should try and figure out how to get her down." Scratching the back of her neck, Jen stared up at the pink pokemon with a serious expression. The little fuzzball-balloon was making stand here on a dark street in the middle of the night.
Nice thought, wasn't it?
"Poreon!" A light tug at her jeans. "Va!"
"Not now, Dem!" Jen gently pulled the fabric out of the Vaporeons' mouth. "Hey Liz, any ideas? Or do we just wait it out?"

Offering the first suggestion she could, the idol pointed out the obvious: "Perhaps getting rid of the cloud would help most right now."
Such was obvious as the Jigglypuff just kept inflating. It was a slow and gradual inflation, but that usually signaled how upset she was.
LizDuck tapped her chin a bit as she thought a bit more. "I don't usually like bribing my Pokemon, especially Bob. I usually wait things out." The idol always had more than enough time usually to do such. "However, I suppose if you want to try and coax her down, she likes sweet things. Like sweet poffins."

"Poffins? Um....I think I have some in my bag, lemme check here..."
Plopping the beat-up backpack on the sidewalk, Jen carefully pulled out and handed a sleeping Abiba to Liz before digging through her things; she pulled them out and placed them out of the way while muttering to herself:
"Lessee....PokeDex, Safari Ball, ramen bowl and plastic chopsticks, i dunno what the heck this is but i'll hold onto it....um..squashed berry pouch, berry medicine bottle, empty potion and antidote stuff, a revive, and.....HAH!"
SUCCESS! Jen held up the slightly squished poffin bag with an air of triumph. Standing up, she opened it and poked through the treats, looking for any sweet flavored ones.
In the mean time, Demyx had wandered towards where Bob was sulking like a small child, blinking up at the Balloon pokemon with teal eyes. "Por por?!" He called out. The friendly pokemon had wanted to know why such sadness display?

Walking up closer so she could watch as a mountain of things were sorted through, LizDuck simply just watched quietly. It had been a while since Bob had a Poffin. All she could do was hope there was a Poffin and maybe an apology to the balloon about the whole situation.
In the meanwhile, Bob remained where she was. In an obviously upset highpitched voice, she explained all of her problems of the day. "Jiggly puff puff, jiggly jig, puff puff puff!!! Jigglypuff!!!" She probably sounded like a spoiled child to any other nearby Pokemon, but she couldn't help it. She didn't like being pounced or embarassed.

Walking a bit closer to where Bob was sulking, Jen glanced up at her and smiled while waving the sweet Poffin in a friendly manner. "Aw, c'mon! Don't be all sulky and whatnot! That's not how a pretty Jigglypuff like yourself should act!"
Demyx winced in sympathy at the complaints but could do nothing except dispell the rain cloud from before, just like the red-clothed trainer had requested. "Va por? Vaporeon por!" Surely whatever was bugging her couldn't have been that bad!

The pink balloon Pokemon glanced to the sweet Poffin. Certainly the form wasn't pristine, but it definitely looked like it was high quality. The words of the trainer seemed to blend in with the background noise, as did the Vaporeon's calls. Bob crossed her tiny arms and seemed to think about it. She obviously couldn't have the Poffin from where she was at right now. Maybe if she came down she'd get the treat?
Puffing up slightly, she then jumped off her current perch and floated herself back down to where the trainers and Pokemon were at. Landing delicately on her feet, she slowly let out the air so she wouldn't whiz off again like earlier. Holding out her arms, she asked as politely as she could "Jigglypuff?"
The idol stood behind Jen and sighed quietly. Disaster had been averted. At least they'd be able to get to the Karaoke bar before they closed. In a quiet voice, she thanked the other trainer with a simple "I owe you one!"

Jen nodded and handed the poffin to the pokemon before casting a grin at LizDuck. "It's no problem, Really! Now let's skidaddle before the places, eh?"
With Demyx at her heels, Jen bowed to the idol and made an "after you" motion. "Lead the way, my friend!"

Bob's eyes almost seemed to sparkle as she was handed the delicious treat. Holding onto it carefully with her short arms, she delicately nibbled on it.
LizDuck curtsied and then began to lead the way. She was horrible at giving directions, so she'd merely just guide the way. However, she wasn't even good at that, for she didn't point out any key landmarks which helped her remember how to get there.
Bob obediently followed along, seeming to waddle at a leisurely pace, since Poffins were on the brain at the moment. "Puff puff puff!"
Hoping to pipe up a conversation, the idol asked "So, how long have you been here in Zatao?"
