Scarlet giggled and nuzzled some grass next to her. "Please, take a seat! No use standing while you chat!" She sighed adn said, "You sound like my brother Admon. He's a flower boy. He loves all kinds of flowers. He even looks and smells like one." She beamed again and shook a fly off her mane. "White roses are pretty. You're really nice. And sweet too. I think I'll make you my new friend. Is that okay with you?"

Amatsila hestitated as she looked down at the mini soquili and the spot she had suggested. Ama shook her head and smiled, "No thank you. I---I prefer standing right now." The natural mare had mentioned something about her brother, that made Ama think of her family, she had none. Left on the side of a field all alone in a basket when she was a baby. She had not kept the basket, which she had wish she did. It mattered a lot more now than before when she was just a filly. Too bad she wandered away from it and it was no longer anywhere to be found. "Sure, friends." Ama wasnt sure she was actually friends with this one. Even though she seemed nice, she could pull off a dirty trick any moment. Ama looked at her friend suspiciously at first, then released a smile after it. She wont try and disagree with the mare. So she just let them be 'friends'. Even when the aqua mare did not trust her company one hundred percent.

Scarlet giggled and wiggled. "Yay! I have a new friend! New friends make me very excited. Do you like to make new friends?" Scarlet shook out her mane and sighed. "My son says I'm childish. Oh, but I'm tlaking about myself too much. Tell em about you and your home? Is it lovley?" She turned big brown eyes towards the blue mare.

Ama stood there silently as she listened to the mare chat on about different things. "I..prefer to keep to myself," she answered quite honestly. Her choice with words has been affected by Spinel, they were honest but nothing like 'I dont like to meet people'. Ama smiled and looked out into the sky. This mare was rather childish, sort of like Tetyawna. Ama chuckled a bit at her thought. Then the 'home' question hit her. "I...dont have a home," she said looking down now, at her hooves. "I like to wander around, stay in different places." That was part of her 'exploring' and 'discovery' side. She was shy but had a heart and dream to explore the land. A butterfly fluttered past the usdia and landed on her flower, that was in her hair. She smiled and shook her head off to relieve the insect from her hair. Watching it flutter off into the woods. She thought about how it was able to lift itself off the ground, course by its wings and wind. If you flap them just fast enough and just right, you can lift yourself into flight. Ama broke her gaze and daydream, as the butterfly image was replaced by Spinel Sun.

Scarlet gasped and jumped up. "Quick, make a wish before it forgets you!" Scarlet beamed and continued, "a butterfly lands on someone asking for a whish to grant. If you make it too late it will froget about it's venture, butterflies don't have a very long memory. Hurry up!" Scarlet giggled and watched the butterfly go.

Ama watched her 'friend' get all over excited about the butterfly. She has never heard that wishes could be made on a butterfly.Although, she did not believe, she couldnt help but try. Closing her eyes, she made a wish quietly in her mind. Her eyes saw the world once again. Course if the usdia asked what she'd wish for, she wouldnt say since she knew wishes would not come true, or so they say, if you tell. "I'm Amatsila," she wasnt sure if she had introduced herself before, but every conversation she had encountered, she almost got the name at the very end of the chat. Ama felt maybe introducing herself this time earlier it would help her feel more comfortable knowing the other one's name.

Scarlet contemplated the name. She smiled and said, "that may be the prettiest name I ever did hear!" She beamed and bowed her head. "It's a pleasure to finally know the name of the mare I'm speaking with!" She giggled and laid back down on the grass. "There are lots of things you can make wishes on. the first robin you see in spring, those fluffy flowers, falling stars, the first star you see at night, oh, so many things!" She giggled and said, "what do you like to wish on most? I myself perfer the stars. They're so pretty!"

The mini soquili had not offered her name, perhaps because she did not ask? No matter, manners were important. When one offers a name, the other shall answer with one even when the one did not ask. Ama felt a bit repelled by this mare's bahavior. However, she just let her continue on. "I prefer the stars as well," they were the spirits to protect or as she believed many times when she was younger. Now she knew they were just stars, but who knows what they could really be. Ama flicked her tail side to side and listened to the things around her with her ears. Her body was feeling perfectly comfortable in her position, but Ama was still aware of her company. She still kept her careful eye on her.

((The first thing Scarlet said was her name. Along with about forty other things. xD))
"The stars are so pretty! I don't know what they are though. One day I'm going to ask a wind to go and chack them out for me. Then maybe they can take me to go see them! We could play on the moon! Oh, the moon is so pretty too." Scarlet sighed. "I can stay up all night looking at stars and the moon. My two legger once pointed out all the contellations to me! Did you know there are animals up there?!"

Ama looked up and saw nothing that looked like animals. She never saw any stars that resembled animals at all. The turquoise mare stared at her company and watched her continue on with her talking. She had nothing to really say. She just watched her go on and on about this and that. "That is very interesting." She nodded, they actually were. She looked up and on the landscape before them. Beautiful and peaceful. Ama had now noticed this mare like to talk a lot, was that what Usdias were good at? Talking.

Scarlet giggled. "Well... I guess the stars THEMSELVES don't make animals. But if you connect them, they do! Like connect the dots! Now there's a fun game. But I digress. See there?" She pointed upwards. "If you look closely you see a bear! It's the baby, and the momma is a little ways that way," she pointed again. She smile, her nech starting to ache a little. But she held her head up towards the heavens.
"What do stars feel like, do you think?" She tilted her head a little to watch her friend. "If you could fly through them would they be cold and wet? Or would they be hot and dry? Would they sting or feel good?"

Ama listened closely and followed where her friend had pointed. She did not see anything but smiled and nodded. She didnt often stretch the truth, but ever since meeting Spinel, she has changed a bit. Sometimes you just needed to stretch it. The question about what stars felt like made Ama think hard. That she liked. Finally something she could conclude and understand. "Well, they're bright and shining, like the sun almost. I believe they are probably hot, since the sun is hot." She nodded. "I dont think anyone would want to fly to the stars, it might burn them....as well be so far way." Nodding again while staring up at the sky. It was a scientific guess, and Ama liked it. Hoping more questions like these can get her mind thinking again.

Scarlet nodded. "Very far. I'd get lonesome being so far from home. I don't like to wander. I've done so much of it already. Most of my life, in fact. What do you think, being far from home, I mean." She turned to the mare and smiled. It was a softer smile this time. Scarlet had calmed down a great deal and was organizing her thoughts and her wits about her.

She did not like to wander. For Ama it was quite the opposite, she couldnt stay still in one place, just too much out there that caught her curious side. Ama was sure glad that Scarlet seem to be calming down, Ama could tell. Her eyes watched her for a moment then she switched her view to a small patch of grass which grew taller than all the other grass heights. "I dont have a home, I like to wander around and......I guess my 'home' is all over the place," the mare smiled shortly after. It was true. She did not consider the teepee, which contained her adoptive family, to be a home but it was a nice place to stay at when ever you needed some warmth.

Scarlet tipped her head a little. "That would be a bit lonley for me. I can't imagine not having a home." She lifted her head a little and them smiled again. "But you seem happy enough! Perhaps you do not get lonley! Or maybe you meet enough Soquili that you don't get lonley. Whatever the reason, I am glad that you are happy." She beamed and then stood stiffly.
Stretching she groaned. "It is dark, therefore late. My two leggers will be sad if I don't hurry home. I live in the mountains. Feel free to visit me! You can meet my sons!"
