The family members dying is the stuff we dont have evidence on, so we're not using that in this case.

After reading all of the evidence, I now see what was going on.
I think she should be banned as well. Like many other people, I did not notice that much of what she was wearing, but after seeing the picture of her post, saying that she lost these items and her wishlist saying she does not have these items, I see that she has in fact been lying to us.

that's just wrong....she's lying and begging for all the wrong reasons..
I say we should ban her from the thread, or penalize her.And that's a gppd question, why'd she change her user?

The family does sound very fishy. They were dropping like dead flies.
XD Asian-Canadian in Virginia.
My theory behind the name-change is because she was blacklisted. She changed it after she was blacklisted, because I left right before she was blacklisted, and when I came back, she was on the list and her name was different.

wild - I do believe that there are asians living in canada. I think there are people from all over the world living in canada. lol. I also just posted this in reference to chic claiming that she had amnesia. that little thing bothered me. This is what I said:
I don't know if chic is still lurking in our background, amnesia doesn't mean that you have a bad memory. depending if you have anterograde or retrograde amnesia one means you can't hold on to memories of new things and one means that you can't remember things up to a certain point. now if you just mean that you have the amnesia that makes your short term memory not function well, then that is different, and technically you wouldn't be able to function. It is like what Drew Barrymore's character had in 50 First Dates. You literally only have memories up to a certain point and when you go to sleep you keep reliving that same day over and over. If you are going to try and lie to us, don't use psychological issues. I'm a psych major and very passionate about it. Just my two cents on this matter.

I can honestly say I've never liked Chic at all. I was nice unless she pushed the annoyance or whining too far. After reading all of that, I think she should be banned. Lying isn't always a big deal, but lying many times is what gets you, especially with proof. With the item claim, I never saw her wearing anything of that much value EVER and I've been in the thread a lot and have been there when she started showing up.

Worst December Hey, I know this whole thing is one giant fiasco and you're probably upset. I'm really sorry that things have come down to this, but this really needs to be settled once and for all. I have set up your hearing thread in the guild so that you can defend yourself. Here's the link. If you can post at least one screen shot of the trade you sent to the beggar, you may have a chance at clearing your name. You have four minutes from the time you receive this message, to get screen shots up on that thread. To take a screen shot, hit the "PrtSc" key. Go into paint and paste the image, then save it and upload it to an image-hosting site. If you have a Mac, Hold down the Apple (Command) Key + Shift + 3. The picture will save as "Picture " with a number after it. Find it, and upload it to an image-hosting site. If you cannot get the screen shots up in a timely manner, people will assume that you have photoshopped them into being the correct trade. If you can't get the screen shots up at all, for any excuse, no one will believe you. To be frank, your word is useless at the moment, so until you can clear your name, no one will believe your claims. Again, I am sorry that this is happening, but this needs to end. Forever... It would take to much for her to ever get in good graces again. I say ban her from both the thread and guild. The Guild is an extension on the thread and there is no reason why she should be given the chance to try to dupe any of the guilds members. She lied to get items and that's up there with begging. She tried to take advantage of the family's caring nature and that's not an offense I'll easily forgive. ..Always end too soon

the family is a bit fishy... ill talk to her about it... the lying of her race and were is lives is bad and then she begged... WE SHOULD BAN HER... even though she is my friend!

*scratches head* I have not met this person that I can recall, and after looking through the evidence... I guess for the fact that it IS a gift giving thread and it seems that she is lying about items to gain sympathy... I would go with banning...
Correct me if I have misinterpreted the evidence. ^ ^;
